Re: Wrestlers to Watch in 2011

If this is the same Jack Evans from WSX, then he would make an awesome competitor in TNA's X-Div. He would fit in well with guys like Kaz, MCMG, Gen Me, Red, Lethal, and others. Think of the awesome matches he could have with guys like Petey Williams, Consequences Creed, Daniels, Jerry Lynn, Sean Wa...

Re: Fake

One thing that has always ticked me off since the start of my venture into wrestling is the troll-like people who typically “hate” on the thought of Wrestling. The term “fake and gay” would fit in it, as most ignorant folks would do. My first point is the fact that when you grab a link to a wrestli...

Re: God Bless Matt Hardy!!!

Matt will surely be World Champion in TNA, no doubt about it. Once he establishes the proper hype (or heat), name, and reputation for himself, the belt will be drawn to him like a magnet. Jeff Hardy was punished for his drug issues in WWE when they gave him crappy storylines and lackluster title rei...

Re: XPW VS ECW

I'll never forget the summer of 98 (at least I think it was in the summer) when the match ended up outside the ring and Sabu, living up to his death-defying character, landed in my and my father's laps. His opponent grabbed my chair and damn near took Sabu's head off with it...ah good times... Luck...

Re: Wrestlers to Watch in 2011

Well as for Drew McIntyre, if you remember correctly, the WWE expressed concerns in him not being able to draw enough heat. They give him so dispicable acts, but nothing he did could draw the right heat... no idea why, McIntyre's execution was always great. Just something didn't click. Ok, Lynas, y...

Re: God Bless Matt Hardy!!!

Matt Hardy is very talented, but he made himself look like a real butt on the way out of WWE & therefore is someone I don't trust... Sadly, you're right. He kind of screwed himself out of his job in WWE, despite creative not having anything for him at the time. I remember hearing about Matt bei...

Re: God Bless Matt Hardy!!!

DAMN RIGHT!!! WOOHOO!!!!! Someone agrees! Though I should have made it quite clear before...while I rant and rave about Matt's bad decisions (i.e. those insanely lame and crazy YouTube videos) I only do it because I am a huge fan and supporter. As noted, I grew up idolizing the Hardys and am quite ...

Re: 2 man shoot interviews you'd like to see

Jim Cornette & Paul Heyman I'd love to see Cornette and Russo shot at each other...if possible with actual guns :p LOL!!! Imagine the screaming match that would be...followed by gunshots. Sadly "Oh my God! You killed Cornette!" doesn't really have a nice ring to it. Now, throw Russo's...

Re: XPW VS ECW

Sorry Rob, but I have to say ECW as well. As a child, my father took me to wrestling shows all over PA, a few of them being ECW shows in Philly, Reading, Whitehall, Wilkes-Barre, Hazleton...just to name a few. ECW was where my love for wrestling began in the late 90s. I don't remember too much from ...

Re: Wrestlers to Watch in 2011

First off, I must agree with all of those names on that list, especially Kofi and CM Punk. CM Punk is returning from hip surgery and has remained fairly quiet as to his career plans as of late (only because his talking time was on commentary, telling Michael Cole how to do his job). Then, Punk unexp...

Re: Matt Hardy’s Sad Story

This! Matt has dug himself into a hole that he might not be able to crawl out of. The poor chap has even jigged himslef out of a job in WWE. If what he used to say ("Matt Hardy WILL..NOT..DIE!!!) was true, he will beg and plead for a turn-around or, dare I say, a revolution. Matt needs to quit ...

God Bless Matt Hardy!!!

God Bless Matt Hardy...he's going to need it. I grew up watching the Hardy's at the peak of their tag career in the late 90s and I loved them both. I was amazed at the pure athleticism and agility both brothers possessed. Today, things have changed completely. Jeff Hardy has gone from the fan-favori...
