Re: WWE care packages?
See I always thought wrestlers just had that on them at all times. Maybe not now in light of Covid but I didn't think talent had stuff in WWE storage relevant https://twitter.com/gailkimITSME/status/1385318630653562881 This is why I love WR because I can learn new things in a polite environment

WWE care packages?
I wanted to know this and in light of the Mickie James news But wanted to post it here because I don't feel like getting dragged by wrestling Twitter again asking a basic question. What is in these care packages released talent get? Has anyone ever brought that up?

Re: 2 Cents: Dain and Maverick's theme
If it's a comedy geek team, it's ok, but i'm sure it's gonna get over because of the lolz and they'll be champions soon It's already over because of the lolz. I'll object to the "comedy geek" characterization because I think the whole point of the team is that Maverick is a geek but Dain ...

2 Cents: Dain and Maverick's theme
Def Rebel has been lauded for having generic rock themes, but Dain and Maverick's tag team theme is absolute gold. Completely ridiculous themes should be the order of the day for odd couple tag teams, as I can see, in kayfabe, Dain and Maverick in the studio picking their song, and compromising to t...

Re: BRM Reviews the 3/24/2021 Dynamite (THIS is the Kenny Omega that AEW needs!)
This was an awesome episode of Dynamite. Omega in particular had his best show… ever, maybe? I get the point you're trying to make here is "Manic Omega is better than Kenny Omega who just stands around in garish suits and lets Don do most of the talking for him", which is a completely val...

Re: BRM Reviews the 3/31/2021 NXT (very bad go-home show)
1. I mean, technically Cody already put Pharaoh on TV at All Out 2019, technically they would be copying him. 2. I would bet money Frankie is the mascot for a debuting wrestler. I mean, Frankie is the name of Koko B. Ware's bird for crying out loud. The dog is gonna be Taya's, that was her final gi...

Re: BRM Reviews the 3/31/2021 NXT (very bad go-home show)
VIDEO OF A DOG RUNNING AROUNF THE PERFORMANCE CENTER- Whatever this is, I’m sure it will be dumb. I’m also worried it will make Cody feel like he has to put his own f*cking dog on TV more, which I would also hate. 1. I mean, technically Cody already put Pharaoh on TV at All Out 2019, technically th...

NWK Reviews NWA-TNA PPV #1
June 19, 2002 Huntsville AL Intro [/b] For my money, 2002 was the most transformative year in wrestling. WCW's Time Warner contracts were expiring, and ROH/TNA were rising up to combat the monopoly. We've looked at ROH's first year, so why not look at the NWA-TNA PPV era of TNA, starting with the fi...

Re: WWE Hall of Fame ceremony set for April, two classes to be inducted
I think the whole nWo would be 2 time + HBK Actually, if I remember correctly, they are specifically only inducting Hogan, Hall, Nash, and Waltman as the nWo. No one else. Also, now that I think about it. Hogan, Hall, and Nash would also be joining that club via this induction. It makes no sense th...

Re: 2 Cents: The Meltzer Driver
Something I've never understood. Why does the Buck doing the Tombstone just.... tombstone the guy if the Buck doing the 450 is held up? And it's never like the Buck doing the 450 ever tumbles off the rope when the move is blocked. They always weeble wobble. Don't wait to do your move! Just tombston...

Meltzer is an incredibly hard working, thorough journalist. However, when he reports *his own opinions* that's just what they are, opinions. Wrestling fans are so horny to stan one promotion or another that they'll dogpile on anyone for expressing their opinions to a wide spread audience. The flip ...
