Re: Ranking the ROH World Title Reigns
Anything I need to go out of my way to watch? His match with Sabin from August is definitely worth checking out, it's also not that long. I went ahead and checked out Gresham's reign, he does have a ton of defenses in the indies, which I guess could make it weird to give him a placement I saw the S...

Re: Reports: Stephanie McMahon & Triple H opposed WWE sale, Khans noted as potential buyers
I'm sure Vince will rather sell yo the Saudis than the Khans 100% Vince would see selling to his competitors the Khans as “losing” and would never allow that. Plus they would just send him home, and everything points to him wanting to sell to someone that will leave him in charge of running things

Re: Ranking the ROH World Title Reigns
Have you considered adding Bandido, Gresham, Claudio, and Jericho's? I'm curious about the last one I probably should, shouldn't I? I'll give it some thought over the weekend. At first glance I don't see any of them breaking the top 20. Only Jericho really has a shot at breaking the top 25 (which h...

Re: Stephanie McMahon resigns as WWE co-CEO, Vince McMahon named executive chairman
Fox and USA wouldn't take them if they were owned by the Saudis. I don't see anyone other than Fox or USA buying them. That's what I'd assume, but that's also Vince's only value at this point too. Other names that have come up are Endeavor (already own UFC), and Disney, but I think the latter is ju...

Re: Sting has plotted career ‘endgame,’ Darby Allin will be part of it
I always expected a turn and Sting putting Darby over in one last match, looks like Sting doesn't plan it that way. Which I do get, you can't make Darby a heel because people root for him because of his size and his work style (underdog who literally throws his body at you to get the job done) and ...

Re: Stephanie McMahon resigns as WWE co-CEO, Vince McMahon named executive chairman
They're not selling to the Saudis unless the Saudis offer something totally insane, and they won't because WWE's value to the Saudis is it being owned by Americans who are happy to do business with them. If McMahon managed to keep them on USA and FOX, the Saudis could gain weekly live propaganda on...

This is getting interesting. While not confirmed, a sell to SA could completely shift the biz, it opens up soo many questions

On a personal, biased way, I'd go with
Minoru Suzuki
Perro Aguayo
Eddie Guerrero
Bryan Danielson (edging out Kobashi)

Re: Your all time "Mount Rushmore" of wrestling managers
late to the party here Mount Rushmores are kinda weird for me lately, because there are many new ones that I really really like, but don't have the lengivity or have managed big champions. Like Salina de la Renta, Stokely, or Tully have been fantastic managers, arguably better than some of my picks,...

I can't fail to notice that all those people that came out to block him from going to AEW didn't make much noise this time around.

Re: Jun Akiyama to make AEW debut on next Rampage
I'm happy for him, too, but I wish it were a singles match. Takeshita in particular feels so random it almost feels like he's in there just because he's also Japanese. And having Ortiz in that other spot feels like a waste. Why not Mox? Well yeah, just wrestling wise, I much rather have a singles, ...
