ROH Death Before Dishonor V: Night 2 (8/11/2007)- Philadelphia, PA

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH: Mark Briscoe vs. El Generico- 7/10 Great opener!

NO REMORSE CORPS PROMO- Good stuff, and it helped set up the main event. Davey’s slightly whiney character is actually pretty amusing.

JACK EVANS vs. DERANGED- 5/10

NIGEL MCGUINNESS & CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI vs. JIGSAW & CHRIS HERO (w/Sweet N’ Sour Inc.)- 6.5/10 (although Claudio brining the trophy to the ring seemed slightly awkward to me, since he already got the title shot from winning it last night. Well… I guess it wouldn’t be a wrestling trophy if it didn’t get destroyed somehow.

BRYAN DANIELSON PROMO- good.

SHIMMER TITLE MATCH: Sara Del Rey(c) vs. Lacey- 5/10

MIKE QUACKENBUSH vs. BRYAN DANIELSON- 7.75/10

LIGHTS OUT MATCH: Jay Briscoe vs. Kevin Steen- 6.5/10

ROH WORLD TITLE MATCH: Takeshi Morishima(c) vs. Brent Albright- 7.75/10 Good story with an AWESOME nearfall built well on Albright’s promo from last night.

PHILADEPHIA STREET FIGHT: Delirious & The Resilience (Austin Aries, Erick Stevens, & Matt Cross) vs. Matt Sydal & The No Remorse Corps (Davey Richards, Roderick Strong, & Rocky Romero)- 9.25/10 F*CKING AMAZING! The very definition of an awesome, violent, wild, crazy, all-over-the-place brawl!

Overall, an awesome show from ROH with a main event you should definitely do everything in your power to see!
