Overnight ratings for Friday's WWE SmackDown show on Fox saw the show average 2.47 million viewers for the final broadcast TV show before Sunday's Royal Rumble in Houston.

The number is down 4% from last week.

The show opened with 2.548 million viewers in the first hour, but fell to 2.391 million in the second hour, a drop of nearly 6%. It was the lowest number SmackDown had done in the last three weeks, but was over their ten-week rolling average.

In the demos, the show averaged 0.4 in 18-34, down 20% from last week. In 18-49, they were down 13%, averaging 0.7. Both numbers matched the lowest the show has done since debuting on Fox in October.

SmackDown did finish well ahead of all other network programming in the demos and even finished ahead of some shows on both ABC and NBC in terms of total viewers.
