The working relationship between MLW and New Japan Pro Wrestling reportedly came to an end in mid-November which means former IWGP Champion Will Ospreay will not appear for the company as previously announced.

SES Scoops first reported the news, confirming with Ospreay. They said a source told them that MLW working with All-Japan Pro Wrestling "didn't sit well" with New Japan who works with NOAH but not AJPW.

Neither MLW nor Court Bauer have commented publicly about either the relationship or Ospreay.

In October. MLW announced that Ospreay would be debuting for the company in the fall but didn't announce any specific date. At that point, they had a November event planned and later announced a co-promoted show with The Crash that happened this past Friday in Mexico.

Ospreay has been staying busy since returning from injury in August, working for New Japan in the U.S. and both RevPro and OTT overseas.

MLW next runs in January in Dallas, Texas.

figured. I don't think Bauer ever had real plans for him, just a convo, but the real plan for months has been working with The Crash and setting up that MLW Azteca series up. They probably shouldn't have announced it to begin with, but I get them, it's juicy news that you just wanna tell someone
