So Kenny Omega has launched a preworkout line....

Won't be trying this.

for any other reason than it being Omega's? or is the product just not good enough? I honestly don't know shit about pre-workouts.

I mean this tongue-in-cheek, with a side eye grin, but he barely looks like he'd know anything about working out lmao, kind of like a guy trying to sell you something that ot doesn't even look like he should be endorsing.

"Vanilla midget" over here.

It's made by Redcon though, which I've never used.

For those curious, just about the subject...you midgets don't lift weights...

I can't find anything about the actual ingredients....

Pretty much the usual stuff plus citrus and all the other flavors, minus the creatine. Never been one for "celebrity " products, even though they feature Brian Cage quiet often, I'm not gonna turn around and buy their stuff just because I know of him or whatever.

Again, never used them, but I imagine they're one of the "more expensive than others just because, even though we don't really offer anything they don't..." types of supplement company.

I've used C4, Which was very underwhelming at the time, maybe it was an off period for mr, 6Star for the longest time (which was great but is bad for the "jitters", beforehand, makes your ears and nose tingle, and now I'm on Mr Hyde, which is much better in that regard. Which all go for 10 or less with the intended result.

....odd name though....I still am yet to turn into a green guy maniac with an alter ego or something while lifting...

So...does anyone know of or remember ...Tom Macdonald as a wrestler?

You probably won't have heard of this (I'm hoping for your personal musical peace that you haven't), but this man has the song called "Bad News", which is is legitimately the worst 3 people I've ever heard together in one song, but evidently this dude used to wrestle for about 6 years lmao...he did some NWA and other things...🤦‍♂️

Dude, the "Don't ruin Sasuke" guy was ahead of his time for bitching about how Vince treats indy guys by like 20 years it's incredible.

Yeah.

Apparently somewhere on Twitter there is a picture of the "Patterson 3:16 says I just bruised your colon" sign and Pat looking at it with approval.

This is why the Hardcore Title was miles better than the 24/7 Title. With the Hardcore Title, it wasn't the same joke over and over again! They came up with new ways to change the belt.

Well, it may not surprise you these days...but I actually watched an AEW clip last night of the Cage and Darby Allen weigh-in...

Are they testing? Because if it was legit...cage was under 3 by quite a bit lol.
