WR's Best of 2015 Wrestling Awards

Another year on the history books. In 2015 we saw a lot of wrestlers pass on, we saw double champions, Aztec Medallions, Cena didn't win a single world title, but Reigns did; WWE hired every single independent wrestler and NJPW got closer to their plans of replacing all the jr division with gaijins. But it wasn't all good, because Mojo Rawley is still a wrestler. It's time for the Wrestling Revolution's Best of 2015 Wrestling Awards

I took the liberty to add some categories and remove some that i felt were a bit repetitive.

Submit one winner and one runner up. You may use a tag team for all individual awards aside from Wrestler of the Year, Worker of the Year, best on the Mic.

Promotion of the Year: ROH
(A very strong year in the ring and their strongest year ever at the box office, plus eight and a half months of awesome booking that was dimmed by a poor last third of the year. ROH also expanded their TV coverage, their number of PPVs, and showed a willingness to spend money on talent that will hopefully continue into next year as Lethal, Elgin, and reDRagon need new contracts)
RU: Evolve
(Had a great year in the ring and creatively, but didn’t really feel like they moved forward at all, and they’re still a million years behind on DVDs)
(Honorable mention to Lucha Underground, whose TV schedule will likely lead to them getting boned in these awards)


Worst Promotion of the Year: WWE
RU: TNA (both TNA and New Japan had their problems this year, but New Japan delivered better in the ring and while New Japan’s problems were new [for this era in the company’s history] TNA’s problems were the same mistakes they’ve made time and again for the past decade.)


Best Individual Show of the Year: NJPW Wrestle Kingdom IX
RU: ROH War of the World 2015: Night 2

Worst Major Show of the Year: TNA debut on Destination America
(You can dismiss this as me hating on TNA if you want to, but I really think that this was the best opportunity TNA had to right the ship, and they completely failed at it)
