SHIMMER tapings this weekend (3/26 & 3/27)

SHIMMER Women Athletes returns to the Berwyn Eagles Club in Berwyn, IL, just outside Chicago, on Saturday & Sunday, March 26th & 27th, 2011. Bell time on Saturday, March 26th will be 2pm. Bell time on Sunday, March 27th will be 1pm. Volumes 37-40 of the SHIMMER DVD series will be filmed over the course of the weekend.

Danger and Prazak should know that they need to announce matches if they want to create excitement. If they got more of the top level SHIMMER talent (Melissa, Daizee, Death Rey, Kong, Hamada) WSU would be kicking their asses.

There's going to be 2 or 3 title matches for each title, as well as they've confirmed Hamada vs. Kurihara, which was teased near the end of 36. Part of this is also that their website makes it pretty clear that SHIMMER intends to be DVD-only for the forseeable future.

That's fine. My point is that it is easier to follow WSU (even just via results rather than by actually watching) and it is a lot easier to get excited about something that you know is coming, rather than hearing about it for the first time in the results.
