TAKASHI IIZUKA & YOSHI-HASHI vs. CAPTAIN NEW JAPAN & TAMAOKI HONMA- 4/10

BLOCK B: Kota Ibushi vs. Yujiro Takahashi- 6.75/10

BLOCK B: Karl "Machine Gun" Anderson vs. Yuji Nagata- 5.75/10

BLOCK A: Katsuyori Shibata vs. Prince Devitt (w/Bad Luke Fale)- 6/10
Disappointing.

BLOCK A: Kazuchika Okada vs. Tomohiro Ishii- 6.5/10
Both men work over each other’s heads. I wish this match had gotten ten more minutes.

BLOCK A: Lance Archer vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi (w/Captain New Japan)- 7/10
Great big man vs. little man match. Tanahashi jumping all the way up and hitting the Sling Blade was freakin’ awesome.

BLOCK B: Tetsuya Naito vs. Toru Yano- 3/10
They did some moves with no coherent story.

BLOCK B: Shelton Benjamin vs. Minoru Suzuki- 4.75/10

BLOCK A: Satoshi Kojima vs. Togi Makabe- 7/10
AWESOME finish.

Overall, a very disappointing show from New Japan. Lots of matches just plain didn’t deliver. This might well be the worst G1 Climax show from this year.
