WALTER VS. MASTIFF VIDEO PACKAGE- great

ALEXANDER WOLFE vs. TRAVIS BANKS- 6.75/10
Solid opener. Wolfe wins clean, working over Banks’ knee.

EDDIE DENNIS PROMO- GREAT!

TAG TEAM DIVISION VIDEO PACKAGE- This was good, but also a little unnecessary. We know who the top teams are and who the champs are. If you’ve watched more than three episode of NXT UK over the past three months, this was basically just a random video package of action shots and shots of the titles.

SAXON HUXLEY vs. RIDGE HOLLAND- squash
Another win for Holland. Now they need to give him some depth.

JORDAN DEVLIN PROMO FROM EARLIER THIS WEEK- He returns to the UK next week with the Cruiserweight Title.

AOIFE VALKYRIE vs. ISLA DAWN- 5/10
Pretty damn good for just five minutes, and it never felt like they were trying to blow you away by fitting in everything they possibly could, either. Another win for Valkyrie, and this one was MUCH better than that terrible Valkyrie vs. Amale match.

EL LIGERO PROMO ON NOAM DAR- very good
We’re getting Dar vs. El Ligero next week.

NXT UK TITLE MATCH: WALTER(c) vs. Dave Mastiff- 6.75/10
This was, as advertised, a very heavyweight-style match. I just don’t understand why they built this match up so much and then only gave it nine minutes.

This was a good episode of NXT UK, but still feels disappointing because the main event was built up so much and then wasn’t really given the time to deliver.
