OPENING SEGMENT- GREAT! Awesome promos by Foley and Ziggler, and a good one by Punk, too. The stuff with Jonny Ace was good, but seemed a bit abrupt. Them just cutting away with Vickie laughing at Foley also seemed kind of weird.

WWE TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Primo & Epico(c) (w/Rosa Mendes) vs. Air Boom- 3.5/10. WAY too short for a title match.

JOHNNY ACE & JERICHO BACKSTAGE- This main event sounds GREAT!

MATT STRIKER INTERVIEWS ZACK RYDER- great

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Zack Ryder(c) (w/Eve Torres) vs. Jack Swagger (w/Vickie Guerrero)- No rating. Good segment. They made the right booking move here. 100%.

EVE, ZACK RYDER, JOHHNY ACE, & A DOCTOR BACKSTAGE- GREAT!

THE BELLA TWINS vs. ALICIA FOX & KELLY KELLY- waste of time, but at least it didn’t waste too much time.

BARRETT & R-TRUTH SEGMENT- transitioned smoothly into…

OVER THE TOP ROPE CHALLENGE: R-Truth vs. Wade Barrett vs. The Miz vs. Sheamus- 4/10, but it did its job well

JOHHNY ACE & JOHN CENA BACKSTAGE- good

JACK SWAGGER vs. JOHN CENA- no rating… GREAT segment (although I think it would have been better to have the match start nad have Cena get DQed).

BRODUS CLAY vs. JTG- two pieces of news came out of this match: 1) apparently JTG still has a job. 2) We were wrong. It CAN get EVEN MORE AWESOME! “Should I get him?”

DANIEL BRYAN PROMO-lots of feeling, but the words seemed off. Very scripted. They just didn’t feel like Dragon. This promo felt a lot like one of those promos Sting occasionally had to cut this summer. He did the best with what he was given.

CM PUNK, DANIEL BRYAN, & CHRIS JERICHO vs. MARK HENRY, DAVID OTUNGA, & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Vickie Guerrero)- 7/10 Glad to see that Ziggler’s mislabeled anatomy trunks are gone. The term “showing your ass” isn’t supposed to be literal, Dolph!

CLOSING SEGMENT- AMAZING! Punk and Johnny Ace were both absolute GOLD!

Overall an extremely fun episode of Raw. The most enjoyable piece of wrestling television so far this year.
