are but two names that rejected WWE contracts in 2006 when WWE revived the ECW brand? Apparently both them them were offered contracts when they started bringing all the ECW originals back

Yes. I did know about both of these. This is what prompted Rhino to cut that promo in TNA where he supposedly burned the original ECW World Heavyweight Title.
