You'd think he'd wear his mask at all times when it was possible fans could see him. At the very least he should have put it on right before stepping out of the car. Kayfabe....

He is jacked. At least, that was when I met him, before the whole Chris Benoit thing and before his name came up in the following steroid investigation... So chances are he was on steroids at that point.
