completely forgot about this, i was watching Sons of Anarchy

It was a really good match, a lot of counters, but Christian is right back to where he was before he left for TNA.

As much as it pains me to say it, I'm bored of seeing Christian in the spotlight. He's past his prime. If WWE had capitalised on Christian's first WHC reign, instead of having him drop it the next Smackdown, then I'd probably feel differently, because he had so much momentum going into it and the reaction when he won was huge.

Then they blew it. They took the belt off him, they turned him heel and they completely killed all of that momentum to the point that Christian, to me, just seems old now. He's been around since the late 90's, his prime is over, and I think WWE need to move him into the veteran role now, and take the spotlight off of him.

Why is this match going on so early? I expected it to be the main event.

You don't even have to be in the main event to be in the spotlight. When I say he's in the spotlight, I'm referring to the fact that he's in one of Smackdown's top storylines.
