Brock Lesnar's SSP at Mania.

Brock Lesnar's Powerbomb on Hardcore Holly, which broke his neck.

Brock Lesnar's F-5 on A-Train which could of broke his neck.

there had been a previous discussion somewhere that this was intentional, and not a botch

From what I heard, the reason that Holly got hurt was because he sandbagged the move, so it's his own damn fault.

I thought this too; and it does look like that's what he does. However, it also looks like Brock gets frustrated and just drills Holly down. Maybe they're both at fault.

This was instant WIN! I loved how Sheri was laughing her a*& off and Booker was hiding his face the moment he said it!

Of course this really should be in the BOTB Botch because this was just AWESOME!
Also, if you watch the clip in slow motion, you see Mean Gene get the absolutely most brilliant, "WTF" look on his face before going back into it.

One of my favorite botches of all time was Randy Savage attempting to pin Yokozuna in the Royal Rumble. Another one that comes of note is Sabu's continual botching of the Triple Jump (Insert move here). You'd think that, after years of doing this move, Sabu would either learn how to do it or just stop.

In his defense Sabu was prolly so beat up and wasted he shouldn't een have been in the ring; yet, even with his botches, he lived up to each of his monikers....

Ok well I know I have the right finisher in this :)) but AJ Styles botched a Styles Clash one time and folded the guy on his neck. I kept wondering if the guy either had a broken neck or just died...

I think the guy was fine; it may have even been someone ACTUALLY notable...

Yeah. Because AJ said he was going to break his neck.
