the person who found this particular connection must really have a lot of observation skills, Holmes level skillsSerujuunin wrote:I don't really know if this should be in a spoiler box but...

This. I didn't even think of something like this and I had just watched a CHIKARA show where they brought something similar up.cero2k wrote:the person who found this particular connection must really have a lot of observation skills, Holmes level skillsSerujuunin wrote:I don't really know if this should be in a spoiler box but...

In other words, CHIKARA > TNA. (See: 17).Serujuunin wrote:Well, I must admit, it's not an easy thing to notice, but at the same time, if TNA really put enough thought into it, they'd go "Maybe someone will notice their tattoos and post pictures online, then the whole thing will be blown". And now that its out there, those people that still care about the angle will be more aware of that sort of thing and look harder? Iunno, I just think they should have thought ahead about this lol
That's a fair point... but I think that TNA's track record makes the skepticism warranted.KILLdozer wrote:You ever think they did this on PURPOSE just to give the fans some excitement,so to speak? Excitement maybe the wrong word but I would believe someone would ENJOY making that connection and then discussing the possibilities and reasons...Sometimes it little things like these in this kind of angle that make a difference...The result wanted or intended was not..."Oh man how can you be stupid and have such a bad attention for detail to not know to cover that up?" ....More like...Aces and 8's guy with tattoos...Hmmmm who else has tattoos....Wait a minute...GARRETT BISCHOFF?! holy s**t!" maybe not the holy s**t or marking out or nothin...But I say it was done purposely to give the fans some food for thought and something to think over to get them further invested...Deductive reasoning explained it was him...It got someone more involved with the product...They knew what they were doing.
Track records are left behind with time. Its a well known fact they've greatly greatly cant stress it enough, greatly improved...This isn't the TNA of 2-3-4 years ago...Once people accept that they will enjoy the product more.Big Red Machine wrote:That's a fair point... but I think that TNA's track record makes the skepticism warranted.KILLdozer wrote:You ever think they did this on PURPOSE just to give the fans some excitement,so to speak? I disagree. This angle has been utter crap.cero2k wrote:This! Thank you!KILLdozer wrote:

track records show that TNA has had ups and downs. by all means, i see this as an 'up' season
I've liked it, it's been long and they're taking a lot of time to give answers, but I like this whole idea of a bike gang invading TNA. The company overall is in a good place right now compared to the last 3 yrsBig Red Machine wrote:I disagree. This angle has been utter crap.cero2k wrote:This! Thank you!KILLdozer wrote:

THIS! I honestly don't give a crap abou who's in A8s or who they go after or who's in it anymore. It's gone on too long and now I don't care.Big Red Machine wrote:I disagree. This angle has been utter crap.cero2k wrote:This! Thank you!KILLdozer wrote:

Got to disagree with you here, Dozer. An angle needs to progress. This one isn't progressing at all in any meaningful way. The identities of the individual members of Aces & EIghts are almost irrelevant (especially if they have never had anything to do with TNA before). It is their motives that are important, and we still have no idea what those are... and we are five months into this angle. Nothing Aces & Eights has done has had any consequences whatsoever for any character on the show aside form making some people angry a bit. The execution has been extremely poor, and what little we know of the backstory either contradicts established continuity, defies common sense, or makes no sense at all.KILLdozer wrote:
Your attention span has just adapted to angles being rushed and not given proper time. I don't mean that how it might sound, but too long things have been wasted and ruined in wrestling with things like this...GIven more time....And now you hate it. Alright playa I get you.
All true now that I think about it,but this isn't the case in "Oh its just drawn out too long/Gone on to long."Big Red Machine wrote:Got to disagree with you here, Dozer. An angle needs to progress. "Drawn out" might not be the right term. Maybe "going nowhere" or "treading water" would be better.KILLdozer wrote:All true now that I think about it,but this isn't the case in "Oh its just drawn out too long/Gone on to long."Big Red Machine wrote:Got to disagree with you here, Dozer.
