1. Do you really think they had time to start a secret MC while working a WWE road schedule?
2. This is TNA. Do you really think they would turn down ex-WWE guys? They had MONTHS between the debut of the group and Doc's reveal. There must have been a way to get them hired (or even not get them hired. Just have them jump guardrails... that seems to work decently well enough in wrestling promotions and almost always leads to a contract.
3. if the goal is the World Heavyweight Title, then the trust of Hogan and Sting is irrelevant! They could have helped Bully cheat to (and I use this word loosely) earn title matches, and everything would have happened a lot sooner!
4. He wouldn't be meddling in the club's affairs if they hadn't decided to "invade" TNA as a group of outsiders. Additionally, Bully JUST got done feuding with Parks. He has seen the man snap, so why torture him and risk him going all Abyss on their asses in their clubhouse, then escaping and revealing everything?
7. Of course it was! If anyone found out that he was working with a group of outsiders who were orchestrating attacks on TNA employees, TNA has every reason to fire him!
8. Doesn't fit in with the storyline, though. Why would Anderson join them after they beat him up? "Just to be an asshole" doesn't cut it. His stated reason was that Sting didn't trust him or didn't think he was tough or whatever. There are plenty of other ways for Anderson to prove his toughness or get back at Sting that are much more in character than joining a motorcycle gang whose sole purpose is to put the TNA World Heavyweight Title on Bully Ray.
(1) yeah, they have to travel by road sometimes, why not just ride a motorcycle. Hell, American Badass undertaker used to be the former president and Chuck Palumbo is still part of the club, but in the California chapter.
(2) they did turned down Snitsky
(3) But you have to earn the title shot, the way things have been working for the last year or so is that Hogan decides who's the No 1 contender for any title, it's like there's no more No 1 contenders matches, only matches to please Hogan so he can later choose his own son in law. Plus this wasn't only about fooling Hogan and Sting, Ray also wanted to fool the fans.
(4) Sometimes we like to live dangerously, you worry too much about taking risks

plus snapped Parks never seems to remember what happened so i don't think the would need to worry about him revealing stuff.
(7) if Taz, Anderson, Briscoe, or Garrett didn't get fired, why would D'lo? Hogan can't fire D'lo, he is under Dixie's jurisdiction.
(8) maybe you're right about just being an asshole is not a good enough reason to join the club, but if he's trying to get back at Sting, this is one likely answers, especially after Anderson was approached by them, he wasn't the one who went looking for them. Maybe he will end up being a spy for Sting.
