No you have not seen better matches on Raw and Smackdown (at least not since Cena vs. Cesaro, which was months ago). This claim is ludicrous.

As for the finishes... there is some logic to all of them. I don't think they were the right finishes, but there is logic to all of them. Even the Rider victory, which I thought was the closest thing on this show to one of WWE's coveted "WrestleMania moments" other than Shane's dive.
As for the storylines not mattering, I don't see how you can say that. What didn't matter?
AJ/Jericho had better matches on Smackdown, Owens vs Ziggler was better than most of these, Ziggler vs Miz from Smackdown was better. seriously, there has been better matches. The wrestling at WM was way slow, prolonged, and plain boring.

If we want to find logic, yes of course we can find logic to AJ losing to Jericho, but why? There is no reason why Ryder should win, why Jericho should win, why LON should win JUST to get squashed 3 minutes later, why extend the Charlotte reign? This is WM, this is not the show to squash people and swerve people on wins.

As for storylines, the whole build up to Ambrose not giving up, he fell at ONE f5, ONE! and all this story with chainsaws and barbwire bats, he didn't even use them! Are we getting a second match? because if we're not, Dean looks like a total loser than can't hang with the big boys.
The Shane Story. He lost, all this hint to new authority is down the drains because there was a stipulation and there is no let's try this again, he is now gone from the family, he needs to turn in that dumb box that was never mentioned again, and no one is fired. BTW, where the fuck was Vince making sure Shane doesn't win?

Which brings me to Reigns and Hunter. So HUnter is again not a champ and the authority, and Reigns is back to champ vs the authority. we're back to December and January. 4 months and a title change down the drain, nothing mattered.

This was a really irrelevant wrestlemania

You make some fair points (especially as relates to Ambrose- although he did TRY to use the weapons).
As for Shane... the good guys don't always win in the end.
I agree that the Roman story is back to where it was three months ago and that that is not a good thing, but that isn't a function of the Mania finish. It's a function of WWE's limited capacity for storytelling. I'd argue that there in the same place that they were two years ago with Daniel Bryan.

I wouldn't have minded the Shane thing if it had been a smaller stipulation, but they really did hint a huge change in how things are done in WWE, we were going to have a face boss for the first time in a long time. I don't feel it's the type of stipulation you promise without giving something to the fans. I'll wait for tonight to see what happens

I would normally agree with you about a stip that big, but this whole thing was an act of desperation on their part, and because of the injuries, I can't blame them for doing it.
