Victory Road as main show i get because it was their first PPV but these past few years the show has been terrible.

That could be said of pretty much any TNA PPV right now...

That doesn't make it major. It was done as an introduction to TNA, and by the time it came around again, you could tell that Lockdown & Slammiversary were much more important.
