Explain it in kayfabe!
Why WWE offers contracts to crazy cults like The Wyatt Family, to dead people like The Undertaker, Vampires like Gangrel, or to little Bulls like Torito, etc etc?

Torito is simple: He is Los Matadores mascot. hec ame with them as part of the deal.
As for the other guys... they are all extremely talented wrestlers. Wrestling promoters are willing to put up with crazy eccentricities as long as the wrestler's talent justifies it.
