Possible Feud For A New Day, Big E Comments On Debut

As noted, it appears the "New Day" stable with Xavier Woods, Big E and Kofi Kingston will be feuding with Stardust and Goldust. WWE is also teasing a feud between the two groups and a possible clash on Monday's RAW.

On a related note, the new stable was scheduled to make their TV debut on this coming Monday's RAW but that was obviously changed. A hot topic on social media this weekend was how WWE debuted them on Black Friday. Big E even pointed this out on Twitter:

All of these people clearly have no idea what the Black in Black Friday means.

I feel like people are grasping at straws for things to be offended at lately.

Don't even get me started on how true this is.

It's pretty sickening how everyone feels they have to have a strong feeling about EVERYTHING!

My apathy is bliss

That's what I thought... until I heard what other people who claim to share my political beliefs think.

I was on fb a sec ago and got so disgusted I'm not even gonna look at it again today. It's not that people have controversial opinions, it's more just the unwillingness to have a civil, intelligent CONVERSATION. Everyone wants to editorialize and not have dialogue. The Ferguson stuff is the main cause for my disgust bc I don't believe I've heard one person say what I think about all this.

This black Friday crap just makes it worse. I saw a post last week that said they call it black Friday bc the day after thanksgiving was when slaves we sold the cheapest; which is not at all true bc the term didn't come into existence until the 20th century. My own aunt posted that. I really, really hate everyone's willingness to believe bs so long as it perpetuates hatred. And these same people become enraged when you call the gullible.

Yes-no one can debate anything or listen to honest opinion on the Internet without becoming the toughest mother fuck alive-....

I actually think it started with the Kim Kardashian nudes (I feel like I spelled her name wrong, but I don't actually care), then Matt Taylor's shirt (poor guy) and then the Ferguson crap and all that. People can't seem to go through their lives without picking something to direct their malevolence at, because it's an outlet for the frustrations in their lives that they just can't let out to the people that are the actual targets. And it's all of these people that are letting out their misplaced frustrations that are bogging the world down with their opinions that meaningful dialogue is lost in the shuffle.

It makes me ashamed to call myself a human being.

All of that being said, I bring myself back to the topic at hand. I'm not huge on the New Day. I'm not a fan of Big E (they should have kept it Big E Langston in my opinion), and as much as I want to like Xavier, I just don't. I love Kofi, but I feel like being in a stable hurts him, because he doesn't really have much of a character outside of his physical ability, I feel like he could too easily be overshadowed by charismatic personalities (like Xavier's).

Plus, they tried this already and it didn't really work out that well haha

I actually think this will help Kofi, specifically for the reason you mentioned. Having Big E. and Woods there could cover up for Kofi's lack of personality.

People just can't stop judging others. That's 9/10ths of the problem.

On the point though-these guys are having a match on RAW any moment, as we speak. That said-King said something about a "return". Which brought the question to my mind? Where the fuck HAVE these fools been and why is it allowed and why has there been no explanation as to there whereabouts? To pull out one of BRM's often asked questions-"Why is all this kayfabely allowable?"

Because people can disappear for months without hide nor hair seen of them, don't you know? That's why its okay for Lesnar to win the belt and then disappear.

They didn't disappear. They've been working house shows. They just weren't booked on TV, and that's all the kayfabe explanation you need.
Lesnar is more of a problem, but that's because of the 30 Days Rule.

real question, why are they and that new cesaro/kidd team in a no 1 contendership match tonight!? now in real BRM thinking, they haven;t done anything to earn them!

Well if I didn't know they've been booked at house shows, which I truthfully did not-it just seems to me that they're just not appearing on television and just always doing gospel stuff in church. And the casual fan would think the same. One could also think they just "have to go to church instead" every single day instead-which is an excuse that would never last any length of time.

I haven't been to a house show in a while and they were not at the last ones I went to. :P

Still, house shows don't mean jack to the casual viewer. I think there should have been a little promo or something saying that they took some time off to find themselves or whatever motivational self-talk crap they did to come up with this gimmick. :P

It's a fair point that casuals don't read house show results (neither do I, honestly, I just hear that some people have been doing things at house shows), but I don't see what the problem is with the idea that they weren't on TV because they simply weren't booked that night.
