WWE News: RAW could be in jeopardy tonight
Monday, 26 January 2015 07:54
By Josh Nason, Wrestling Observer
Connecticut governor Dannell Molloy announced Monday morning that he is issuing a travel ban on state roads as of 9 PM EST Monday night due to a major snowstorm hitting the East Coast tonight through Tuesday.
RAW is scheduled for Hartford's XL Center tonight starting at 7:30 PM EST. The arena's website and social media presences have posted as of Sunday night that the show will still go on, but Molloy said at his press conference that public safety trumps the event. WWE hasn't said anything about the show on social media, so as of now, the event is still on.
How this will affect WWE travel to Boston Tuesday for the Smackdown taping is also an issue as the storm is expected to rage all day.
More on this story throughout the day.
