(1) Matt Sydal def. Cedric Alexander. Sydal was overly happy, almost toying with Alexander, who was in super serious mode. They have a nice match, with Sydal winning with the Shooting Star Press.
(2) Moose def. Mark Briscoe. This isn’t the first time we’ve been told this, but Moose – while still very new and green as a wrestler – has great athletic ability for a 300-pound man.
(3) The Kingdom def. The Addiction, Karl Anderson. Doc Gallows was delayed at the Detroit airport, so Anderson is going it alone here. He fares well all things considered, but Bennett and Taven picked up the win with a spike piledriver.
(4) Roderick Strong def. BJ Whitmer. Actually a surprisingly slow-paced match. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. A change of pace from the last match.
(5) ODB def. Maria Kanellis. The pink furry championship of love is supposedly on the line; fairly sure that’s NOT an officially recognized ROH title belt. Mike Bennett and Mark Briscoe are ringside for their respective ladies. Eric Young probably isn’t happy.
(6) AJ Styles def. ACH. Apparently this match was incredible.
(7) reDRagon def. The Young Bucks to retain the ROH Tag Team titles. Very lengthy, very good tag team match. On par, if not better than the ones they’ve had recently in New Japan. UFC fighter Shayna Baszler was ringside for the champs.
(8) Jay Lethal def. Alberto El Patron to retain the ROH TV title.
-Samoa Joe comes out and the place goes insane, absolutely raining down streamers on him. Joe thanks the fans for the warm welcome and says he’s coming (back) for the ROH world title, no matter who wins tonight’s main event match.
(9) Jay Briscoe def. Hanson, Tommaso Ciampa and Michael Elgin to retain the ROH world title. Excellent main event match.
-Samoa Joe comes out, hands Briscoe the world title and the two shake hands.
