Of course they hurt. Don't you remember Roode's big title win? They ruin the matches with overbooking. If you want to bring the guy in, bring him in, but I would much prefer they just let EY and Angle have a regular match (you know... the week after they had a stretcher match).

Lashley been around still? I've no idea what they're doing lately at all. If he's been gone, then it'll just be him just because. If not, maybe Jeff Hardy. I wouldn't say it'll be a "haven't seen this guy in YEARS! " thing, moreso, just a regular return bullshit.

The impression I got is that it's someone who isn't currently on the roster. Considering that Sabin's in ROH, AJ's in New Japan, Jarrett is with GFW, and Sting and Christian are with WWE and Joe is looking for a deal with WWE, I'd assume it's going to be Bully Ray. Maybe there's an outside chance that it's RVD.
