i find it interesting that they're gonna push to scout wrestlers overseas, wonder if they go into the NJPW dojo/young lion program, or just a new dev system

I think they are trying to do their own NXT. It seems like it will be a lot better for the development of guys like Komatsu and Tanaka if they get experience being in an important spot on the card, and this way it's New Japan that gets to make money on their development instead of ROH, CMLL, or wXw.
