Triple H announced via Twitter that the 12/16 NXT event in London will be a NXT: Takeover event live on the WWE Network.

So, there will be Takeover broadcasts on 10/7 and 12/16.

Not sure I agree. ROH's six PPVs a year model was working fine in 2007-2008.

Six Takeovers with eight weeks of build will be fine. They'll feel a little less special, but assuming the right talent is there to push, they'll be able to build things well enough that the shows won't disappoint.
