Good for what it was. I think they are trying to get over the Bloody Sunday following the Coup de Grace as being an indicator of Finn’s dark nature coming out.

ALEX REYES INTERVIEWS DANA BROOKE & EMMA- Emma was good, Dana was bad.

SHINSUKE NAKAMURA VIDEO PACKAGE- okay

SARAH DOBSON vs. ALEXA BLISS! (w/Blake & Murphy)- 4.5/10
I assume Sarah Dobson is Mary’s sane identical twin.
We had a standard Alexa Bliss! match with basic stuff but really good personality from Alexa. Then Dobson went for a diving crossbody but instead she wound up kneeing Alexa in the face and sh*t got real. Alexa got even angrier than usual and rocked Dobson with a forearm. Dobson made a quick comeback but Alexa got the win (with some help from Murphy, who pulled her out of the way of one of Dobson’s moves).

ANGRY JOE DOESN’T WANT TO BE INTERVIEWED- good.

BULL DEMPSEY vs. DANNY BURCH- never got started because Samoa Joe assaulted them both and choked them both out.

AMERICAN ALPHAS VIDEO- F*CKING AMAZING! You see this, Creative? This is called a “story.” Here are two guys who came so close to winning championships but failed… and that has only made them more determined to win here in NXT.
Also… was that a shoot german suplex?

JOSE NO WAY- not sure what this was about.

Crews vs. Riley and Joe vs. Dempsey signed for next week.

ASUKA vs. EMMA (w/Dana Brooke)- 7.5/10
Think of their match from Takeover: London but with less story to draw upon for false finishes.

A good show from NXT. There were a lot of short matches, but they all had something making them fun, and then we got a great main event.

Vinny V described Alexa's reaction as "going Stan Hansen" on Sarah Dobson. How's that for a mental image?

you mean the promotion with Bullfit, The Drifter, Hype-Bros, Vaudevillians, etc. Nothing would surprise me

Yeah but... most of those guys are average at best, and aside from Ryder, who had been buried as long before NXT started, none of those guys had anything even close to resembling Sombra's experience. A more apt comparison for Sombra would be Steen, KENTA, Devitt, Joe, Zayn, and Nakamura, all of whom have been treated quite well.

But he is well-respected within the business for his talent and accomplishments, and thus I think Hunter will protect him.

Some dude named Lewis Venezula Jr is NWJ

Sombra's ring name is Manny Andrade and is expected to debut in the Cruiserweight deal in October.
