WWE announced this afternoon that Shane McMahon will be at Raw tonight in Los Angeles and will once again, be in charge of Raw.
Dr. Phil will be appearing as a guest star on the episode as well.

i'm starting to think that Shane was legit knocked out at WM and couldn't follow up with pinning the undertaker, or WWE's booking doesn't matter

Umm.... WHAT THE F*CK?!
The brand split has to be coming back. That's all I can think of.
But annoyingly there are reports elsewhere stating that Shane isn't even going to physically be at RAW. But obviously we'll wait and see on that.
