“Authors of Pain” is a terrible name. Speaking of names, no one in this match had one.

NEW GIRL (Kathy?) INTERVIEWS ANDRADE CIEN ALMAS- Tye Dillenger shows up and wants a rematch. He claims Andrade’s victory at Takeover was a fluke.

POINTLESS SEGMENT WHERE A DIFFERENT NEW GIRL ASKS A DUMB QUESTION AND PAUL ELLERING REFUSES TO ANSWER FOR NO REASON- pointless.

CARMELLA vs. TESSA BLANCHARD- 2.25/10
Carmella needs to drop her pre-match schtik. She’s just no good at it. Tessa was a good heel.
Also during this match we were informed that William Regal had made the Dillenger vs. Almas rematch official. It will happen tonight.

POST-MATCH SAMOA JOE INTERVIEW- good

KATHY INTERVIEWS BLAKE & MURPHY- did its job well.
They say they are giving being a team one more shot tonight against TM61. One of them started to blame the other for their recent losses, but the other blamed it on Alexa Bliss! saying that she had been “dragging them down.” That might well be the single most backwards statement I have ever heard made on a professional wrestling show.

BLAKE & MURPHY vs. TM61- 3/10
Fans appear to be cheering for Blake and Murphy. They must have forgotten that Alexa Bliss! dumped them. This time around they have taken her name out of their TitanTron. TM61 win because Blake & Murphy have screw-ups.

REVIVAL PROMO AFTER REGAINING THE TAG TITLES- great

THEY PLUG BOBBY ROODE’S DEBUT AT THE DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL- they tease an interview with him in the near future.

ANDREA INTERVIEWS BAYLEY ABOUT HER INJURY- she might be cleared next week. She wants to win her title back.

ANDRADE CIEN ALMAS vs. TYE DILLENGER- 6/10
As the fans have pointed out, this feud is 10 vs. 100. I can’t wait until Mil Mascaras and Billy Gunn join in. The match was fine. Almas needs a new finisher.

FINN BALOR PROMO- turns out it’s Shinsuke.
Balor not doing his entrance arm-stretching thing was a good touch. He said a lot of things teasing a main roster debut, but then Shinsuke came out and said that Finn is the “Icon of NXT” and if he wants to earn a title shot, he has to beat the icon. This should be pretty f*cking awesome.

A good, direction-setting post-Takeover edition of NXT.

Between myself and Brian Alvarez I have pieced together the meaning of TM61. Alvarez says that the "61" refers to the country code for Australia, while I myself am of the belief that the TM stands for their last names (rather than being a holdover from their old team name).

Man this show's already crockin' up everywhere and I'm only Match 2...

The dudes with Ellering need names badly... you can only say "the tattoo one" , and "the other one" so many times before it gets ridiculous.

I can't tell Graves from the other one...but when Ellering is on the ramp with the fat boys after the match (that's another thing... they really need to work out...when you keep trying to bill them as giants, and beasts etc etc, but they're only just a little flabby here and there...it doesn't work.)..but he said "look at how confident Paul Ellering is.."

That wasn't confidence...it was determined fury if anything.

You said Carmela's entrance is bad. I say she's all around horrible in the ring...so she needs so much work it's ridiculous lol.
