No. They were hot before. There was a point early in the Rollins-Balor match where they started chanting about something that I couldn't make out, and the crowd seems to have died off quite a bit.

That's the only thing that makes even a modicum of sense, but even then you've still screwed everyone out of an advertised PPV title match. And if you're going to turn Roman heel, there are guy you can have him turn on that will be a lot more effective than Rusev.
