Did You Know... Paul Heyman and the Dudleys

The famous story, as told by Bubba and Devon, about their departure from ECW is as follows: That they asked Paul Heyman for just a token showing that their value to the company was worth increasing their salary: all they asked for was literally one more dollar each, per match, and Paul still turned them down... which seems utterly insane for Paul to do.
But did you know that there was one additional MAJOR factor in Heyman's decision? At ECW's previous PPV, Heatwave '99, Bubba went on his usual rant, cursing at the crowd, but apparently this time it was too much for the PPV provider, who told Heyman and Steve Karel that he didn't want the Dudleys used on PPV again. This severely hurt the Dudleys value to ECW, so Paul let them go. The PPV people apparently thought that WWE would do a better job controlling Bubba and keeping him from saying some of the more vulgar things, so they were fine with him being on PPV in WWE.
