Wrestled at a WWE house show in Calgary in 1996. Teddy Hart and TJ Wilson, the future Tyson Kidd wrestled Harry Smith and an unknown named Andrew Bacarnia Teddy Hart and TJ were 16 years old, and Harry Smith was a mere 11 years old! This was done as a tribute to Teddy Hart's brother Andrew, who had died a month earlier. One dollar of every ticket sold was donated to the Calgary Children's Hospital

Yes.

There is an excellent story about Barry Windham politely trying to explain to Teddy that it was disrespectful to use Windham's Superplex finisher as a nearfall in their match because he was going ot be wrestling later that night, with Teddy responding by trying to explain to Barry that his Superplex was from the top rope while Barry's was only from the second rope and thus they were different moves and thus it wasn't disrespectful.

So basically every PWG match then. Teddy was being a ridiculous spot monkey before it was cool.

It was normal in the early 2000s, too. The Canadian Destroyer just hadn't been discovered yet.

Barry Windham is a complete and utter dickhead in this scenario. "Listen kid I know you're putting on a pretend fight with your friends to honor your dead brother but don't do my move in this pretend fight."

Not at all. The kid is in the business so he was trying to teach him something. He wasn't yelling at him or anything.
