This was pointed out to me the other day and it has just topped the year off with a fantastic glacé cherry

So this year I started going to a lot of independent Sydney wrestling shows, mainly PWA and FWA.
- side note, I have now been to every size show from the stadium to the ‘bingo hall’ and everything in between. VERY MUCH prefer the 40 people in the crowd shows -

Anyway, one of the recent shows I went to was at a local club’s function hall. And one of the matches

MADE IT ON BOTCHAMANIA
And I saw myself on BOTCHAMANIA

It’s botchamania 397. At around the 8 minutes 55 seconds mark (just after Juvi gets sandbagged) there is a tag match and the guy in blue gets up on the top turn buckle, jumps off and smashes the chandelier

And at the 9m 33 sec mark you can see me laughing on the left hand side (green jumper and glasses)

I made it XD

Any way, the next show Rhys came out to Chandelier by Sia and his tag partner held a 2 dollar lamp over his head. It was hilarious. All 40 or so people were shitting themselves laughing. Myself and friend included

He also won ‘omg moment’ of the year for FWA for this.

It’s these moments in life that I’m glad to be a wrestling fan

Not going to lie... I'm pretty sure the botchamania entry was for the commentary more than the broken chandelier. That was pretty brutal.
