Ring of Honor has announced a new contract for one of their top wrestlers.

In a post on their social media accounts today, ROH revealed that Bandido has signed a new deal with the company: "Wrestling Superstar @bandidowrestler Has Officially Signed A New Contract With ROH! Ring Of Honor Wrestling Takes Great Pride In Signing And Developing Top Wrestling Stars From Around The World And We Are Very Proud To Have Bandido On Our Roster!"

Further details about the contract weren't revealed.

It was confirmed in December 2018 that Bandido had signed with ROH. He then made his debut for the promotion last January.

Bandido and new ROH signee Flamita defeated Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll & Flip Gordon) at ROH's Final Battle pay-per-view last month.

Dave Meltzer reported in yesterday's daily update that Scurll is close to signing a new deal with ROH: "Marty Scurll has not signed a new contract but it is very close. The deal will include him wrestling in ROH, New Japan and NWA. There looks to be more than that as well as the door contractually would not be closed to AEW."
