UK wrestler James Finn has been accused of groping several male wrestlers while he thought they were sleeping.

IWL posted a series of Tweets claiming that a venue told them to unbook Pollyanna or lose a venue because of Ospreay.


Scurll put out a statement saying that he thought the encounter was consensual (and reading the woman's own Tweets about what she said to him, that seems completely understandable). Scurll also noted that the woman was over the age of consent in the UK.

Jay Skillett and Julian Pace are both gone from wXw and fired as trainers at the school after allegations of sexual harassment by a female trainee. There is also a story of another trainee getting hurt badly on their watch, and accusations of bullying.

Darby Allin has been accused of emotional manipulation bordering on rape, and being a horrible, terrible person.

This is the same year as the supposed incident. Not too many thirteen year olds in nursing school.

That being said, if she told Theory she was 13 (even if she really wasn't) and he still sent her the pictures, he's a moron.

Alex Shane has been accused of getting a 15 year old drunk and having sex with her... which really isn't shocking, as he was someone else with a scummy reputation.

The Riddle situation gets more weird:


At least according to Candy, the two of them were having an affair that continued well after the alleged assault, and Lisa Riddle knew about it, but base don the text Candy has provided, doesn't seem okay with it, but also knows they're communicating, which makes her corroborating Riddle's harassment claim seem a little weird to me. Unless, of course, this post from Candy is all bullsh*t, which is possible, because someone has pointed out that the texts seem to be cropped.

Also, the date for TakeOver is wrong.

Quackenbush and Icarus specifically. Hallowicked, Fightmare, Kimber Lee, Green Ant, and Jakob have all reportedly resigned. I'm guessing more are doing it, but those where the ones i've seen. Quackenbush has also resigned out of his own promotion that everyone is quitting, whatever that means.

More than just Saturyne? She was the only one I heard about, but I haven't kept up with pretty much anything CHIKARA in the past year-plus.

The specific accusation against Kobald seems to be more a case of being an asshole and cheating on your wife than anything that should be lumped into the category of sexual abuse. The other stuff feels to me like it's the "desperate for money, so we'll do everything we can to talk you into staying around" and "try to squeeze every free service we can out of anyone" thing that any sort of grooming for sexual abuse. It's carny.

The woman (though I guess "girl" is more accurate if she's telling the truth about her age) who accused Theory has now accused Josh Briggs as well. Someone else has accused Briggs and his wife of continuously soliciting her for a threesome even when she made it clear she wasn't interested.

Add Hade Vansen to the list.

I mean yeah, but just because you're a cheap-ass and a carny doesn't mean that you're a monster behind the scenes.

I don't doubt that Quack practiced voodoo magic to his trainees so they stay cheap and loyal to him, but it's not like any of those guys amounted to much in the last decade either, which makes you wonder how overrated Quack is as a trainer and how much people like Claudio/Hero/Death Ray/others I'm most likely forgetting actually helped him in the past.

Again, I don't really see losing a bunch of people because you're cheap as a sign that something wrong is going on, but the fact that almost no new up-and-comer comes in to replace them kinda does though. It could just mean that your promotion is becoming irrelevant of course (and CHIKARA did fall in that category), but also a toxic backstage environment (like ROH not long ago).
