JIMMY JACOBS PROMO- AWESOME! And to think that this was the WORST promo he cut that weekend.

OPENING SEGMENT- GREAT!

JAY BRISCOE & DELIRIOS vs. MATT SYDAL & CHRISTOPHER DANIELS- 7/10 Great opener!

BJ WHITMER PROMO- eh.

CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI vs. YAMATO- 4.5/10

ERICK STEVENS vs. MITCH FRANKLIN- PERFECT squash!

Nigel McGuinness vs. Chris Hero (w/Larry Sweeney & Johnny Fairplay)- 5.5/10. At least Fairplay got what was coming to him, and it was fun hearing the announcers (& Gabe, too) dis him by saying that it was worse having him than other infamous visitors in ROH history (“He’s worse than Jeff Hardy.” “He’s worse than ICP!” “He’s worse than that Canadian guy throwing up all over the place”).

JACK EVANS & NARUKI DOI vs. DAVEY RICHARDS & ROCKY ROMERO- 8/10. CRAZY!

BRENT ALBRIGHT vs. HOMICIDE- No rating, because it transformed quickly into…

HOMICIDE & COLT CABANA vs. BRENT ALBRIGHT & ADAM PEARCE (w/Jim Cornette)- 6/10, and fun towards the end. I liked having Cabana and Homicide show that they have retained their mutual respect by teaming one year after they ended their feud.

STEEL CAGE MATCH: BJ Whitmer (w/Daizee Haze) vs. Jimmy Jacobs (w/Lacey)- 10/10! This was amazing. One of the most brutal matches I have ever seen. One thing that they did that put this over the top for me was the lack of pinfall attempts. This match was about hate, and they remembered that.

FIP WORLD TITLE MATCH: Roderick Strong(c) vs. Austin Aries- 8.25/10. AWESOME match!

DRAGON GATE RULES MATCH: CIMA, Shingo, & Sosumo Yokosuka vs. Dragon Kid, Ryo Saito, & Masaaki Mochizuki- 9/10. Typical Dragon Gate spottiness, but with a lot more storytelling than usual.

JIMMY-LACEY STUFF AT THE END- good.

Overall an awesome show from ROH with a PERFECT blow-off to an amazing feud.

I forgot how good this show was (mainly bc I'm such a big mark for the first SCOH) but that Jimmy v. Whitmer match IS 10/10; just incredible. Honestly, prolly the best Cage match I've ever seen bc it had all that happens in a traditional cage match PLUS the elements of an ECW/Extreme style cage match.

For some reason, I don't remember the JacK & Doi v. NRC match, but I'm DEF gonna get this show so I can own the match. Four of my fav guys...

Thanks to your review, I got this show. And it was AMAZING. Jack and Doi vs. NRC wasn't memorable but it was a good match. The second half of the show though, unbelievable. Jacobs vs. Whitmer was a classic 10/10, Strong vs. Aries was amazing, and the six man tag was freakin' insane. Awesome show.

this was one of the first shows i bought when i got into ROH. I honestly can't remember half of the things happening, considering i didn't know much about ROH.

Probably gonna watch it again today, I was planning on doing BOLA today and tomorrow, so i don't know.
