A bunch of those were guesses. The only things I knew for sure was the order between CZW, ROH, CHIKARA, and DDT, and the fact that JAPW and IWA-MS were the two oldest, but I didn't know which one was older. The others were complete and total guesses.

They were good guesses. IWA-MS and JAPW started around the same time, as did CZW and OSAKA.
