Watching Resistance Pro's first episode, Raven says he was the most memorable Champ (ECW) and i was like...mmm, i don't know about that...

thus i bring the question to you.

Who was ECW's most memorable world champion, or the best champion in other words.

I'm torn between The Franchise and Taz. Shane deffenitely earned the honor, but Taz is the one that sticks out in my head. Maybe because he got more mainstream media...?

I'd say.....overall Shane Douglas. I couldn't stand him during interviews, and I never thought he was anything special in the ring-but he was great as a scumbag heel champion.
Taz is a close second...The Human Suplex Machine gimmick was one of the best wrestling persona's ever.

Def the Franchise; When he threw down the NWA World Title, it cemented his legacy.

However, the most dominate champ was Raven; he was the champ for like two and a half years of a three year period. Taz of course deserves a mention as well.
