WWE.com announces that Night of Champions will see a true clash of the titans as the “Big Red Machine” Kane takes on “The Big Guy” Ryback!

WWE.com announces that as a result of his interrupting their match on Smackdown, David Otunga has been signed for face Jimmy Uso on Raw and Jey Uso on Main Event!
Also on tonight’s Raw, we will see Natalya face Summer Rae in a grudge match, we will have contract signing for two major matches, the WWE Universe’s voting results for the Young Lions Showcase- and with them the #1 contender to the WWE United States Title at Night of Champions- will be revealed.

Seth Rollins will not be on tonight’s Raw because he is doing publicity for WWE in Nashville the home of Sunday’s Night of Champions PPV.
Kane will not be on tonight’s Raw due to injuries suffered as a result of being put through the announcers’ by the Wyatt Family.

Raw: (9/15/2014)- Lafayette, LA
The show opens with Steph in the ring to take care of some important business. First she officially announces that Cody Rhodes will defend the World Heavyweight Title against Dolph Ziggler at Night of Champions. She plugs International Airstrike’s announcement of their challengers at Night of Champions, and lets people who for some reason don’t have the WWE App and haven’t been on WWE.com know about the Kane vs. Ryback match at Night of Champions. She then plugs the WWE Title contract signing between Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho for later tonight, and also tells us that she has looked over and approved the contract that Paul Heyman will bring Randy Orton tonight for a match against Brock Lesnar at Night of Champions.
She tells us that AJ has been cleared to return to the ring a bit earlier than expected, and will be in action this Thursday night on Superstars!
She then plugs the NXT Night of Champions special (available only on the WWE Network for $9.99), including Sami Zayn defending the NXT Title against Rusev, the debut of Tensai’s new protégé Finn Balor, and also matches for the other titles, including heel Ashley Flair defending the NXT Women’s Title against Cameron, and also some sort of tag team title match. To plug this, she tells us that both Sami and Rusev are here tonight and will be in action!
Speaking of up and comers looking for an opportunity, she segues perfectly into talking about the Young Lions Showcase and thanks the fans for voting. Then, right here live on Raw, she puts the final voting tally up on the TitanTron for everyone to see for the very first time!
Everyone in the running had a respectable showing aside from David Otunga. The next tier of vote-getters included Big E. at the bottom, Brodus Clay not far in front of him, and the Usos just a few percentage points above that. A bit higher than that were Luke Harper and Kalisto. The next tier up from them (and a decently significant jump, too), included Bray Wyatt, Seth Rollins, and Antonio Cesaro. This leaves two men at the top: Michael McGillicutty and Roman Reigns. But which of them got the higher percentage of the vote, and thus will go on to challenge Sin Cara for the US Title at Night of Champions?...
IT’S A STATISTICAL TIE! (Crazy how that works out, isn’t it. It’s almost like the whole thing was a work.)
Steph promises that she will come up with a solution to this problem by the end of the evening.

TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya Neidhart) vs. R-TRUTH-
Kidd wins a fast-paced seven minute match cleanly with the springboard elbow drop.
Nattie does commentary and talks up her match with Summer Rae, promising to give Summer a beating that not only will the fans at home remember or a long time, but more importantly, a beating that Summer herself will remember for a long time.

Kofi Kingston and the Big Show cut a promo vowing to end Bray’s evil influence over the WWE.

PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. JEY USO & BIG E. LANGSTON-
The announcers note how easily Jey Uso slips back into wrestling in a tag team match, and point out that he is the ring general on his team with the inexperienced Big E. PTP win clean in ten, pinning Big E. after the Prime Time Play.
After the match, International Airstrike 2.0 come out and announce that they have chosen the Prime Time Players to challenge them for the WWE World Tag Team Titles at Night of Champions. They say that they have been impressed by both PTP’s great in-ring talent and their great connection with the WWE Universe.

Paul Heyman calls Randy Orton out to the ring for their contract signing. Things go surprisingly amicably, with Orton saying Brock will be a great test for him and Paul putting Orton over huge as a once-a-generation talent. Then they shake hands and- of course- Randy pulls Paul in and hits him with an RKO. Randy then stands over Paul’s fallen body and cuts a fiery promo saying that he is what he claimed to be: the most dangerous man in the WWE. His RKO can come out of nowhere, from any position… but in order to get shots in on Randy, Brock had to attack him from behind. Heyman might claim that Brock’s holding the heavyweight titles UFC, NCAA, and WWE makes Brock a legend, and he’s probably right. But Randy was, still is, and always will be “The Legend Killer.”

We get a pre-recorded promo from Kane vowing to get revenge on Ryback at Night of Champions for what Ryback did to Tensai.

RUSEV (w/Lana) vs. A JOBBER-
Rusev squashes the jobber, then Lana cuts a promo telling us that Rusev will win the title for Russia because the USA is dumb. The announcers put over both Rusev himself and the NXT special.

JIMMY USO vs. DAVID OTUNGA (w/the Brain Trust)-
Otunga wins in six minutes, capitalizing off of a distraction by Sandow and Naomi.

The Bella Twins cut a backstage promo saying AJ made the biggest mistake of her life by offering to take on both of them at once because when the Bella Twins work together, there is nothing they can’t accomplish! So at Night of Champions, they are going to rip AJ’s girlhood dream of being Divas Champion away from her. “Wake up, little girl. It’s time for you to go to school.”

Steph comes back out and announces that, after getting the full count of the votes in the Young Lions Showcase, she can reveal that the winner, buy a mere ten votes, was… Michael McGillicutty, who will go on to challenge Sin Cara for the US Title at Night of Champions this Sunday.
But… Roman Reigns had such an impressive showing in the Young Lions Showcase that it would be wrong not to give him something. Fortunately, part of this impressive showing involved absolutely dominating WWE Intercontinental Champion Damien Sandow not once but twice… and Sandow does not yet have a title defense signed for Night of Champions, so Steph has chosen Roman Reigns to be Sandow’s challenger!

DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. MARK HENRY-
Zolph wins clean in sixteen minutes, making Mark pass out in the sleeper hold. As Dolph comes through the curtain, Renee Young is there to ask him for a reaction interview. She wants some comments on his upcoming World Heavyweight Title match at Night of Champions. Dolph vows to win.
Cesaro then shows up. He thanks Dolph for picking him as his partner and giving him the chance to earn the tag title opportunity they had last week on Smackdown. He wishes Dolph well in his big title opportunity this Sunday at Night of Champions, and says that he is about to go out and make a big opportunity of his own.
Cesaro comes out to the ring and says that he wants to prove that he has what it takes to make it to the top of the WWE, so he is going to start by taking on the man who has been on top of WWE for the past ten years: JOHN CENA! Cesaro wants a match with Cena at Night of Champions! Cena comes out and accepts!
Michael McGillicutty cuts a backstage promo thanking the fans for supporting him in the Young Lions Showcase and vowing to win the US Title at Night of Champions.

SAMI ZAYN vs. DAMIEN SANDOW (w/the Brain Trust)-
The announcers plug the NXT special this Wednesday. The match is fairly even for a few minutes, but then Rusev interferes, attacking Sami for the DQ. Sami valiantly fights back, but the evil Russian beats him up and poses with the NXT Title.

Cody Rhodes comes out to the ring and says that while he is happy that Sheamus isn’t getting the World Heavyweight Title shot at Night of Champions and he thinks Sheamus should be suspended from WWE for life, it’s definitely not because he is afraid of Sheamus, and to prove it, he has brought in a friend of his who is exactly Sheamus’ size and skill level to have a match with here tonight.
Sheamus’ music plays, but a mini dressed as Sheamus comes out and Cody beats him up. Steph comes out tells Cody that she warned him to keep his mouth shut about Sheamus’ suspension about who should get shots at his World Heavyweight Title. Because Cody has just clearly proven that he has nothing to fear from Sheamus, Steph has decided to reinstate him as of Night of Champions… and add him to the World Heavyweight Title match! Cody sh*ts a brick and starts begging Steph to reconsider, but she just walks away.

HEATH SLATER, ZACK RYDER, CHRISTIAN, & THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes & Paige) vs. THE WYATT FAMILY (Bray Wyatt, Ryback, Luke Harper, Brodus Clay, & Erick Rowan)-
Erick Rowan’s presence allows the announcers to hype up Wednesday’s like NXT Night of Champions special, available only on the WWE Network for $9.99.
After a few minutes of unsuccessful attempts to take the big scary Wyatts down, the Colons & Christian decide it isn’t worth it and walk out, abandoning the plucky babyface jobbers to their fate, which is to get destroyed and eat a double shell-shock from Ryback.
After the match, Bray gets on the mic and challenges Kofi Kingston and Big Show to be men of action. If they truly believe that Bray is so evil and must be stopped, then why aren’t they out here trying to stop him spreading his message? Kofi and Big Show take bait and wind up getting beaten down. The Wyatts hold both babyfaces down on their knees so Bray can hit them with the Monster Tamer. The segment ends with the Wyatts (and Bray in particular) standing tall over the fallen babyfaces.

Sami Zayn cuts a backstage promo saying that it doesn’t matter how many times Rusev knocks him down- he will always get back up!

SUMMER RAE vs. NATALYA NEIDHART (w/Tyson Kidd)-
Nattie beats the living sh*t out of Summer. Tyson joins commentary and explains how much everyone in the locker room hates the way that Summer, a mere rookie, runs her mouth the way she does- especially against the veterans. The normally pro-heel JBL is thrilled at the way Nattie is “taking Summer to school” and puts Nattie over as the keeper of old-school traditions in the women’s side of the locker room.

JACK SWAGGER vs. KALISTO (w/Sin Cara)-
Kalisto wins clean in fifteen minutes when he avoids a Swagger bomb, then hits a big flippy move of his own. On commentary, the announcers ask Sin Cara for his opinion on the way Steph handled the Young Lions Showcase tie. He says he thinks Steph did the right thing. McGillicutty did win, but Reigns has also proven that he deserves a title shot of some sort, so giving Reigns an IC Title shot was the perfect compromise.

Roman Reigns cuts a big promo thanking Steph and the WWE Universe for giving him this big opportunity at Night of Champions. Since he has arrived in the WWE, he has been saying that he has the heart of a champion, but now, at Night of Champions, he will finally prove it!

Daniel Bryan and Chris Jericho sign the contract for their WWE Title match at Night of Champions. Lots of mutual respect and stuff like that. They put each other over, and also show reminisce about their match on the first episode of NXT and how much things have changed since then, with Dragon growing from a good wrestler who was unproven on the big stage into one of the biggest superstars in WWE, while Jericho has gone from the world champion to being the guy who trying to prove that he still has what it takes to compete on the big stage.

After Raw is over, Nattie Tweets out that she hopes Summer Rae has learned her lesson.

WWE.com reports that Smackdown’s singles match between Chris Jericho and Jack Swagger has now been changed to a tag team match, which will see Jericho team up with the man he will challenge for the WWE Title at Night of Champions, Daniel Bryan, to take on Jack Swagger and one of Swagger’s opponents in the pre-show battle royale for #1 contendership to the US Title, Jey Uso. Will these two team be able to co-exist? Find out this Friday night on Smackdown!

Zack Ryder and Heath Slater Tweet out that they have found themselves some partner who aren’t cowards, and they want a rematch with the Wyatt Family on Main Event!

WWE.com announces that a battle royale to determine the next contender to the US Title has been added to the pre-show for Night of Champions. Participants will be announced later this week.

NXT Night of Champions: (9/17/2014)- Winter Park, FL
ERICK ROWAN vs. FINN BALOR (w/Tensai)-
Balor wins clean in ten minutes.

NXT TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Ummm… stuff happens. Someone wins clean.

HIDEO ITAMI vs. TYLER BREEZE-
Itami wins clean with a big running knee to the face. When Breeze awakens, he covers his face with a towel and won’t let anyone see it.

NXT WOMEN’S TITLE MATCH: Ashley Flair(c) vs. Cameron-
Ashley wins clean with the Bow to the Queen.

NXT TITLE MATCH: Sami Zayn(c) vs. Rusev (w/Lana)-
Rusev takes most of the match. Sami sells like the awesome babyface that he is. The finish sees Rusev go for the Accolade, but before Rusev can lock the hold in, Sami manages to slip out underneath and behind him, then trips him up and quickly rolls him over into a double chicken wing pin for the three count. Sami grabs his title and escapes the wrath of the angry Russian, then celebrates on the stage to end the show.

Main Event: (9/17/2014)
JEY USO vs. DAIVD OTUNGA (w/the Brain Trust)-
Otuna picks up the win in eight minutes after Sandow distracts the referee, allowing Naomi to shove Jey off the top rope. Otunga then hits The Verdict to pick up the win.

THE BELLA TWINS vs. ROSA MENDES & PAIGE (w/Christian & the Colons)-
The Bellas control most of the match. The finish sees Nikki spear Rosa, but Brie blind-tags herself in as Nikki hits the ropes and steals the pin. Nikki looks annoyed, but goes along with Brie’s celebration of their win.

HEATH SLATER, ZACK RYDER, JIMMY USO, & MARK HENRY vs. THE WYATT FAMILY (Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper Brodus Clay, & Ryback)-
The announcers note that Jimmy Uso really takes the reigns for his team as the ring general, even though Mark Henry has more experience because Jimmy spent so long as a dedicated tag team wrestler. The large heels all get to do some spots with Henry and Jimmy Uso gets some chances to fly around, but the Wyatts dominate most of the match and pick up the win in eleven minutes when Bray pins Slater after a Monster Tamer.
After the match Bray cuts a promo about the nature of monsters. Some monsters are usually obvious to someone, whether it is to us ourselves or to those around us. Things like addictions to drugs or alcohol or gambling. Other monsters are much harder to spot. He will be able to see them, but aside from him, only those close to the person in question will be able to spot inner-monsters of this sort.
The most insidious types of inner-monster, though, are the ones that society has tried to trick us into identifying as something else. These monsters hide in plain sight, where no one will ever find them. This is the sort of inner-monster that tormented Ryback.
Ever since he was a little boy Ryback knew he was different from everyone else. He was bigger. Stronger. Better. And yet he was always told that he had to hold back. “Not too hard, or you might hurt the other little boys and girls on the playground.” He heard this so often that he came to instinctively hold himself back in everything he did so that he would not seriously hurt anyone else.
You can look at everything Ryback has accomplished in the WWE and be amazed by it… but how much more could he have accomplished if he was not tormented by this monster? Well… we’re about to find out. Brother Ryback followed Bray’s path, and with Bray’s help, he has tamed this inner monster. He will never hold back again. He fight to the absolute best of his ability and never hold back again, no matter what he consequences might be for those he decides to harm… and that starts this Sunday at Night of Champions against Kane.
As you can see, all I have done is helped Ryback to unlock his potential, but there are some people out there who think is this a terrible thing. So Kofi, Big Show… if you really think what I have done is so horrible, I will offer you the chance to do what you claim to want to do and take me out… at Night of Champions in a tag team match against myself and Brother Luke Harper!

Kofi and Big Show put out a Tout (or something on the WWE App or whatever they do nowadays) accepting Bray’s challenge for Night of Champions. The next day, WWE.com announces that the match has been made official.

WWE.com announces the competitors in the Night of Champions pre-show Battle Royale for a shot at the US Title. They are: R-Truth, Seth Rollins, Jack Swagger, Tyson Kidd, Kalisto, Brodus Clay, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Christian, David Otunga, Big E. Langston.

Superstars: (9/18/2014)
THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. TWO JOBBERS-
PTP destroy the jobbers with their big moves, then do their catchphrases and vow to win the WWE World Tag Team Title so that they will make Millions o’ Dollas.

ROMAN REIGNS vs. BRODUS CLAY (w/the Wyatt Family)-
Reigns wins clean in fifteen minutes. On commentary, Bray hypes up his and Harper’s match against the team of Kofi ad Big Show and also hypes up Ryback’s match against Kane for the PPV.

Video package building up Orton vs. Brock.

AJ BRYAN (w/Daniel Bryan) vs. ROSA MENDES (w/the Colons)-
The announcers say that AJ seems to have healed up very well. She wins clean in four minutes with the Shining Wizard.

Video package building up Ziggler vs. Cody vs. Sheamus (and especially the Sheamus part)

FATAL FOUR-WAY MATCH: Jimmy Uso vs. Big E. Langston vs. R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger-
They go for a few minutes before Otunga runs, attacking everyone. This leads to everyone else in the battle royale running in, and match is ruled a no-contest as it all turns into a giant schmoz. We get to see Big E. tossing people around, everyone failing to take Bordus out due to his immense size, Kalisto being all flippy, and the Usos working together to dominate the whole pile before they themselves face off. Things go on for too long, so security is send out to break it up and a point which conveniently happens to be the end of the show.

WWE.com announces that Dean Ambrose of the Wyatt Family has been cleared to return to action at Night of Champions, and will compete in the pre-show battle royale to earn a shot at the US Title.

Aside from the previously announced Daniel Bryan & Chris Jericho vs. Jey Uso & Jack Swagger match, WWE.com also promotes Sin Cara & Kalisto vs. Big E. Langston & Michael McGillicutty, International Airstrike 2.0 vs. Jimmy Uso & Kofi Kingston, and the return of The Miz from his thirty day suspension for putting his hands on announcer Byron Saxton

Smackdown: (9/19/2014)- Biloxi, MI
We start off with Byron Saxton interviewing John Cena in the ring. After first asking about Cena’s health and fitness and whether he is really ready to come back at Night of Champions (he says he is), Byron asks Cena if he thinks Cesaro is trying to make a name off of beating him to try to catapult themselves up the latter, and how Cena feels about people doing that, point out that it seems to happen decently often (Brock at Summer Slam, Miz tried back in April, Punk in his pipebomb promo, the Nexus in their debut, etc. etc.)
Cena says that he thinks that is exactly what Cesaro is doing, and he has no problem with that at all. WWE is about proving that you’re the best. If people are coming after him to prove that they are the best, that must mean that he is the best.

Renee Young interviews AJ and asks her if she regrets offering to defend her title against both Bellas at one. AJ says she is confident she can beat them both because the Bellas are too greedy to work together for long, and things will then turn into a fair, every woman for herself match, the way it is supposed to be.

ANTONIO CESARO vs. MARK HENRY-
Cesaro wins clean in ten minutes, managing to lift mark up for the Neutralizer, which impresses the announcers.

The Prime Time Players cut a backstage promo thanking the fans for their support. They promise to win the WWE World Tag Team Titles at Night of Champions, and to produce tons of new, awesome PTP World Tag Team Champs merch for their fans to buy.

Cody Rhodes comes out and cuts a promo claiming to not be afraid of Sheamus. Sheamus’ music plays, and Cody freaks. Sheamus appears on the Tron, live via satellite. He explains that Steph set this segment up because Cody has been annoying her. Sheamus tells Cody that he hopes Cody has the balls that claims to, because Sheamus can’t wait to kick them right up into his throat.

Renee Young interviews the Bellas, asking them if they would like to respond to AJ’s comments from earlier tonight. They say that they are completely on the same page, and they both know which Bella twin will walk out of Nashville as the Divas Champion.

Roman Reigns comes out to the ring to cut a promo vowing to not let anything stand in the way of his winning the IC Title at Night of Champions. The Miz comes out and tells Reigns that he will never be a champion. Reigns asks why Miz thinks this, and Miz tells him it is because he is weak. In order to prove his point, Miz tries to sucker-punch Reigns, but Reigns ducks it, lands a few punches of his own, then hits Miz with the Superman Punch and lays him out with a spear.

Ryback cuts a promo vowing to destroy Kane at Night of Champions.
SIN CARA & KALISTO vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY & BIG E. LANGSTON-
As has been the case in previous matches, Big E. is able to dominate small men with his power when he is able to get his hands on them. He tosses them around the ring, but always throws them so far that they are able to roll out of the ring by the time he gets over to follow up. The announcers hype up both Cara’s US Title defense against McGillicutty on the PPV, but also the pre-show battle royale which could result in either Kalisto or Big E. becoming the next challenger to the US Title.

Dolph Ziggler cuts a backstage promo saying that since Sheamus was added to the World Heavyweight Title match, everyone has been focusing on the Cody-Sheamus feud and not on him, and that is a mistake that, if Cody or Sheamus make it, will allow him to become the World Heavyweight Champion.

INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE 2.0 vs. JIMMY USO & KOFI KINGSTON-
The announcers remind us that it was a loss to International Airstrike that led to the Usos deciding to break up. They wonder if Jimmy will have any more success here with Kofi Kingston as his tag team partner. He doesn’t, as they lose cleanly to Airstrike in twelve minutes when Neville pins Kofi after both Neville and Gabriel hit their flippy finishers.
After the match, the announcers cut to a video package to build up the Kane vs. Ryback match for Night of Champions, but quickly cut back live as the Wyatt Family have come out to assault Kofi while he made his way up the ramp. They beat him down until Big Show comes out, swinging a steel chair which he uses to level Brodus and to fend off Ryback. He is about to flatten Bray with the chair when Harper saves Bray. Show manages to fight back and levels Harper with the chair, but Wyatt and Ryback escape.

Summer Raw cuts a backstage promo saying that everyone wants to know if she had learned her lesson… well she has. She has learned to never let that ugly, jealous hag Natalya bully her ever again! And she will make sure it never happens!

Renee asks Orton if he is worried that attacking Heyman might piss Brock off. Orton doesn’t care. He says it doesn’t matter how big or strong or angry a beast is… it will wall to the strike of the viper just the same.

Big Show cuts a backstage promo vowing not to let Bray get away from him at Night of Champions.

Seth Rollins cuts a backstage promo vowing to win the pre-show battle royale at Night of Champions and earn himself a shot at the US Title. After he is done, Nattie and Tyson walk up to him and ask him why he didn’t talk to Summer to make sure she understood the message. Rollins responds by asking “You beat the crap out of her. What was I supposed to do? Tell her she deserved it?”
Nattie answers “yes,” and Tyson tells Rollins that this sort of thing needs to come at her from both sides. If no one is there to gently explain to her what she is doing wrong, she’ll never get it and the whole locker room will go on hating her. Nattie tells Rollins that he had better talk to Summer because she will have no problem kicking Summer’s ass a second time if she acts up again.

JACK SWAGGER & JEY USO vs. CHRIS JERICHO & DANIEL BRYAN (w/AJ Bryan)-
Both teams work together seamlessly, but Jericho and Bryan pick up the victory when Jericho makes Jey tap to the Walls of Jericho. The show ends with Bryan and Jericho having a staredown.

WWE Night of Champions 2014: (9/21/2014)- Nashville, TN

PRE-SHOW:
BATTLE ROYALE FOR A FUTURE SHOT AT THE WWE UNITED STATES TITLE: Dean Ambrose vs. Brodus Clay vs. Jimmy Uso vs. Jey Uso vs. Kalisto vs. Big E. Langston vs. R-Truth vs. Jack Swagger, vs. Christian (w/Paige) vs. Seth Rollins (w/Summer Rae) vs. Tyson Kidd (w/Natalya Neidhart) vs. David Otunga (w/the Brain Trust)-
Ambrose and Brodus work together as a team and control the match early, eliminating R-Truth. Everyone else starts to gang up on them leading to Brodus’ ROAR spot and Brodus eliminating Christian. Big E. gorilla presses Kalisto, tossing him out of the ring and pretty much up the ramp. He then starts to trade blows with Brodus in the middle of the ring before finally backing Brodus up to the ropes and then eliminating him with a HUGE clothesline.
The Usos now start to work as a team, saving each other from eliminations and generally dominating the match by throwing superkicks every which way. This continues until Swagger counters one into a Patriot Act. The other Uso manages to come over and nail Swagger with a superkick, breaking the hold, but his brother is in too much pain to be able to save him when Big E. picks him up and tosses him over the top rope to the floor. Otunga tries to talk Big E. into allying with him, and Big E. agrees, but the moment he turns his back, Otunga betrays him and almost eliminates Big E.
Jack Swagger now starts to dominate the match, sending everyone flying with suplexs- even Big E. He runs around the ring hitting Swagger Bombs in each corner. One for Big E. One for Ambrose. One for Rollins. As he goes to hit Otunga with a Swagger Bomb from the remaining corner, Sandow jumps up onto the apron, grabs his arm, and yanks him over the top rope to the floor. The angry Swagger gets up and chases Sandow and Naomi to the back.
Tyson Kidd starts to dominate for a bit until he is cut off by Big E. Big E. hits both Rollins and Tyson with huge clotheslines. He then picks Rollins up for the gorilla press, but Rollins wiggles free, lands on his feet behind Big E., and hits him in the back with a dropkick that sends Big E. tumbling over the top rope to the floor. The non-eliminated Uso comes at Rollins from behind and tries to eliminate him, but Rollins blocks it and eliminates the Uso instead.
Summer Rae runs over to the Uso and starts to point and laugh at him, which draws the ire of Nattie. Nattie starts to move towards Summer who starts to run away. Nattie chases Summer around the ring until Summer suddenly turns around and floors Nattie with a single solid punch to the head. Nattie stays down, completely unmoving, while Summer smirks and starts to taunt the unconscious Nattie with her shiny new pair of brass knuckles.
Tyson Kidd sees Summer standing over his fallen wife, which distracts him enough for Ambrose to eliminate him. Tyson goes over to yell at Summer and prevent Nattie from any further injury at her hands. Seth Rollins looks up and sees Tyson yelling at his girlfriend, which distracts him enough for David Otunga to eliminate him from behind. Rollins runs over and demands to know what is going on here. This causes Tyson to start to yell even more, then he picks Nattie up and carries her to the back. Rollins asks Summer what happened, and she just smirks and says “Nattie got what she deserved,” before she starts to head backstage, and Rollins follows.
In the ring, Otunga and Ambrose work a mini-match for a few minutes until Ambrose wins, eliminating Otunga and earning a future shot at the WWE United States Title.

Miz, who is part of the pre-show panel, assures us that Roman Reigns WILL NOT win the IC Title tonight.

MAIN SHOW:
WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. The Prime Time Players-
Airstrike win clean in fifteen minutes to retain the titles when Neville pins Titus after both Neville and Gabriel hit their flippy finishers on him.

Jack Swagger cuts a backstage promo threatening to screw Sandow out of the IC Title tonight as revenge for Sandow costing him a US Title shot in the pre-show battle royale.

KANE vs. RYBACK (w/the Wyatt Family)-
A hard-hitting big-man match with Ryback kicking out of a chokeslam and winning clean in eleven minutes with the Shell Shock.

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE WWE DIVAS TITLE: AJ Bryan(c) (w/Daniel Bryan) vs. Nikki Bella vs. Brie Bella-
The Bellas double-team AJ early on, but as often happens in these situations, they start to argue over who should get the pin. They yell at each other and shove each other and eventually come to blows. They wind up doing a double-down spot, and as they both start getting up, AJ quickly nails first one Bella and then the other with the Shining Wizard, then pins Brie to retain the title in nine minutes.

The Brain Trust cut a promo appealing to Steph to ban Jack Swagger from ringside for tonight’s Intercontinental Title match.

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Sin Cara(c) (w/Kalisto) vs. Michael McGillicutty-
Cara wins clean in eleven minutes, pinning McGillicutty after his finisher to retain the title.

Steph cuts a promo from her office in which she announces that she has decided to ban Jack Swagger from ringside for tonight’s IC Title match… but she has also banned the Brain Trust from ringside, too!

RANDY ORTON vs. BROCK LESNAR (w/Paul Heyman)-
Heyman is in some sort of neckbrace to sell the RKO he took on Raw. The story of the match is Orton hitting the RKO from all different positions (including to counter the F-5), but Brock always kicks out. Brock eventually picks up the win in twenty-four minutes, making Orton tap to the Kimura, and the announcers speculate about possible damage to Orton’s arm and shoulder.

WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Damien Sandow(c) vs. Roman Reigns-
The announcers note that in the past few weeks, Reigns has had Sandow beaten twice, but the first time the Beat The Clock Challenge time limit expired and the second time David Otunga interfered, causing a DQ. Tonight, Reigns doesn’t have to worry about either of those things.
Reigns dominates most of the match for about twelve minutes until he accidentally spears the ref. This allows Miz to interfere, first hitting Reigns in the back with a steel chair then giving him a Skull Crushing Finale onto the chair for good measure. Sandow makes the cover, and soon a second referee runs down the ramp to count the pin:
ONE!

TWO!

THRE-NO!
REIGNS KICKS OUT! Miz can’t believe it!
Reigns makes a comeback and nails Sandow with a Superman punch to set up another spear. Miz grabs the chair and runs into the ring to attack Reigns and cause a DQ, but Reigns spears Miz before Miz can do anything. Reigns then sizes Sandow up for a spear and finally connects with it to win the WWE Intercontinental Title. We show a bunch of replays and focus on this big moment for Roman Reigns as he celebrates with his first championship in the WWE (total time, celebration included is about nineteen minutes).

Byron Saxton interviews Brock Lesnar. He asks Brock what is next for him. Brock says he’ll do one of his favorite things in the world: go hunt some big game. Heyman smirks at this.

JOHN CENA vs. ANTONIO CESARO-
Cena wins clean in twenty-four minutes, making Cesaro tap clean to the STFU. After the match, Cesaro shocks the world by offering John Cena, super-babyface and super-patriotic American, a handshake, which Cena accepts. Cesaro even raises Cena’s hand in the middle of the ring.

KOFI KINGSTON & BIG SHOW vs. BRAY WYATT & LUKE HARPER (w/the Wyatt Family)-
Bray and Big Show start the match for their teams, but Bray immediately tags out to Harper. Show and Harper do some big-man stuff, and Show eventually gets the advantage. He tags out to Kofi, who gets some offense in before being cut off. Kofi is the babyface in peril until he makes a hot tag to Big Show. Show KOs Harper with the WMD and bears down on Bray. Ryback tries to get into the ring, but the ref tells him off. This allows Brodus and Ambrose to interfere, but they all eat WMDs. Show bears down on Bray once again, but BROCK LESNAR comes out and attacks Big Show, hitting him with an F-5, allowing Bray to get the pin in eleven minutes.

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Cody Rhodes(c) vs. Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler-
Sheamus spends most of the early part of the match chasing Cody around. They go for about twenty minutes, with Cody trying his best to only go after Ziggler and to avoid Sheamus at all costs. The finish comes at around the nineteen minute mark when Sheamus nails Dolph with a Brogue Kick, but Cody pulls Sheamus out of the ring and steals the pin, then quickly snatches his title belt from Lilian and runs off through the crowd.

WWE TITLE MATCH: Daniel Bryan(c) (w/AJ Bryan) vs. Chris Jericho-
Bryan wins clean in twenty-five minutes, making Jericho tap out in the middle of the ring to the Yes Lock.

WWE.com reports that Randy Orton suffered an arm injury at the hands of Brock Lesnar during their match last night at Night of Champions, and will need to take some time off to heal.
In other Night of Champions-related injury news, while Natalya Neidhart did not suffer a concussion from the brass knuckles of Summer Rae, WWE doctors have taken the precaution of not clearing her to compete on tonight’s show. She will still be in the arena, at ringside to support her husband, Tyson Kidd, in his match with WWE World Tag Team Champion Justin Gabriel.

Damien Sandow & Naomi will not be at tonight’s Raw because they are doing publicity for WWE’s upcoming live events.

Raw: (9/22/2014)- Memphis, TN

ANTONIO CESARO vs. ZACK RYDER vs. HEATH SLATER-
Cesaro comes out first, giving the announcers ample time to put him over for taking John Cena to the limit last night at Night of Champions. The match goes about five minutes, which mostly consists of Cesaro throwing both guys around but always getting his pins broken up by the loose opponent. Big Show shows up and punches out both Slater and Ryder. He tries to punch Cesaro out as well, but Cesaro ducks it and runs away. The ref throws the match out. The angry Big Show gives both Slater and Ryder chokeslams.
Show grabs a mic and rants about how he was SOOOOO CLOSE to finally getting his hands on Bray Wyatt, but then Brock Lesnar showed up and attacked him for no reason. Show says that he wants to get his hands on Brock, and he isn’t moving until he gets him.
Steph and security come out and Steph tells Big Show that Brock isn’t here tonight, and neither is Paul Heyman, so there is nothing she can do for him. Big Show refuses to move, so Steph sends security out to remove him. It doesn’t work very well.
The Wyatt Family then comes through the crowd and attacks Show from behind laying him out. Bray grabs a mic and tells Steph that any time she needs a monster tamed, he will always be willing to lend his services. Security removes the unconscious Big Show from the ring, and Steph orders them to send him home.

Dolph Ziggler cuts a promo saying that his loss last night at Night of Champions isn’t going to stop him from reclaiming his rightful place as world champion. He vows to let NOTHING stop him from becoming world champion.

TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya Neidhart) vs. JUSTIN GABRIEL (w/Adrian Neville)-
Justin wins clean in almost thirty minutes. He spends the entire match working over Tyson’s ribs, then gets the pin with the 450 Splash. Tyson seems to be in severe pain, and Nattie and Neville attend to him while Justin Gabriel frantically calls for medical personnel.

Miz cuts a backstage promo saying that Roman Reigns doesn’t deserve to be a champion, much less hold a prestigious belt like the IC Title and vows to take the title from him.

Cody Rhodes cuts an in-ring promo saying that now that he has beaten Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus, he is ready to move on to other challengers. Sheamus comes out and Cody runs away. Sheamus cuts an angry promo pointing out that not only did Cody not pin him or make him submit, but Cody won the match by stealing Sheamus’ pin. JBL calls Shamus a crybaby, but Cole says that Sheamus has a good point.

We go backstage to Steph who has an announcement to make. She says that while The Miz really hasn’t earned a shot at the IC Title, she will give him an IC Title match on Smackdown because Roman Reigns just came to her and told her that he not only wants the Miz, but that he wants to prove that he is a deserving champion by taking on all comers.
As Steph finishes making her announcement, Kofi Kingston and Kane come into her office. They tell her that she shouldn’t be encouraging or be in league with a man like Bray Wyatt. They warn her that Bray’s message is a toxic poison that will spread throughout the WWE and WWE Universe.
Steph responds that she understands their concerns, but she didn’t see them coming out to help calm their friend the Big Show down… but the Wyatts did. "Tonight, the Wyatt Family saved Raw."

BIG E. LANGSTON vs. SIN CARA (w/Kalisto)-
Like in Big E.’s previous matches, he hits some big power moves, tossing his opponent far across the ring, but the opponent is often able to roll out of the ring to recover before Big E. makes it over to follow up. Cara wins clean in twelve minutes with a missile dropkick, followed by a high angle senton.

David Otunga comes out and cuts a promo claiming that he was screwed at Night of Champions by Jack Swagger in the US Title #1 Contendership Battle Royale… which he shouldn’t even have been in except that he was screwed by the WWE Universe in Young Lions Showcase because they wouldn’t vote for him because they knew he’d destroy their precious Sin Cara. He claims he’s good enough to be WWE Champion!
Jack Swagger comes out and runs him off, then cuts a promo saying that if anyone was screwed in last night’s US Title #1 Contendership Battle Royale it was him being screwed by the Brain Trust.

Renee Young is backstage with Jey Uso to ask him how he thinks he did in his first major singles title opportunity, last night’s US Title #1 Contendership Battle Royale. Jey says he thinks he did okay, but there is obviously a lot of room for improvement.
Jimmy Uso comes by and the Usos chit-chat. They each say that if they couldn’t win it, they wanted the other one to win it. They console themselves by joking that at least Seth Rollins didn’t win it, because if he had, Summer Rae would never, ever have shut up about it. They also joke about how they seemed to be doing the best when they were working together as a team. Jey wishes Jimmy good luck in his match against Michael McGillicutty tonight.

LAYLA EL vs. NIKKI BELLA (w/Brie Bella)-
Rather than support Nikki at ringside, Brie does commentary and blames Nikki for costing her the Divas Title. Nikki wins clean with the spear in five minutes. Brie claps for Nikki after the match, which seems to annoy Nikki.

JIMMY USO vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY-
McGillicutty wins clean in ten minutes with the McGillicutter.

Emma cuts a backstage promo building up a match against Summer Rae on Smackdown.

CHRISTIAN (w/Paige) vs. SETH ROLLINS (w/Summer Rae)-
Nattie comes out to ringside to try to get at Summer but security and medical personnel come out to hold her back. Summer and Nattie jaw-jack, and the whole thing causes a distraction which allows Christian to roll Rollins up for the pin.

We are told that Tyson Kidd has injured ribs.

MARK HENRY & ROMAN REIGNS vs. THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes)-
Mark & Roman win clean in twelve minutes when Mark catches Primo’s attempt at a corssbody and pins him with the World’s Strongest Slam.

THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. JOHN CENA & DANIEL BRYAN (w/AJ Bryan)-
Dragon & Cena win clean in twenty-five minutes. Dragon plays babyface in peril for PTP, who play the subtle heels. Dragon eventually makes the hot tag to Cena, who pins Titus after an AA. The announcers put over the fact that while the WWE Universe loves the Prime Time Players, they love Dragon and Cena even more. We get a nice post-match celebration for the babyfaces, with Dragon holding up the WWE Title while Cena holds up the MITB Briefcase that entitles him to a shot at said title, anytime, anywhere.

WWE.com announces that Big Show has been suspended through the weekend as a result of his actions on Raw. He will return to action next week on Raw.

WWE.com announces several big matches for the middle of the week’s TV shows:
On Main Event, Jey Uso will face Primo Colon while Dolph Ziggler faces Antonio Cesaro.
On Superstars, Ziggler will face Kane while Kofi Kingston will face John Cena.

Main Event: (9/24/2014)-
JEY USO vs. PRIMO COLON (w/Epico Colon & Rosa Mendes)-
Primo wins clean in seven minutes with the Back Stabber. The Colons put the boots to Jey after the match but Jimmy comes out with a steel chair to make the save for his brother.

Roman Reigns cuts a backstage promo saying that Miz can say whatever he wants, but it is actions that matter, and Roman’s actions will prove that he has the heart of a champion while Miz does not.

ANTONIO CESARO vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER-
Cesaro wins clean in thirty minutes. Let them go tear the house down, then shake hands afterwards.

WWE.com announces that as a result of the events of last night’s episode of Main Event, Jimmy Uso vs. Epico has been signed for tonight’s Superstars.
Jack Swagger will not be at tonight’s Superstars because he is doing a public appearance to promote WWE’s upcoming live event tours.

Superstars: (9/25/2014)-
DOLPH ZIGGLER vs. KANE-
Kane wins clean in fifteen minutes, pinning Dolph after a chokeslam.

David Otunga comes out to once again run his mouth about how he is good enough to be the WWE Champion and the fans all know it, but are afraid to admit it. Daniel Bryan comes out and offers to give Otunga the chance to put his wife’s money where his mouth is and challenge for the title tonight. Otunga wants to do it, but Steph comes out and books the match for tomorrow night’s Smackdown instead.

JIMMY USO vs. EPICO COLON (w/Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes)-
Jimmy wins by DQ in about four minutes when Primo interferes. The Colons beat Jimmy down but Jey quickly comes out with a steel chair to make the save.

JOHN CENA vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Cena wins clean in fifteen minutes, pinning Kofi after the AA. After the match, Cena celebrates with the MITB Briefcase.

Tonight’s Smackdown promises to be a big one, with both the WWE and Intercontinental Titles on the line, an Usos reunion, Emma vs. Summer Rae, Dolph Ziggler vs. Mark Henry, Cesaro vs. Christian, the Wyatt Family vs. Sin Cara & Kalisto and a big six man tag team main event pitting the Prime Time Players and World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes against WWE World Tag Team Champions International Airstrike 2.0 and Sheamus!

Seth Rollins and AJ Bryan will not be on tonight’s Smackdown because they are doing a public appearance to promote WWE’s upcoming live event tours.

Smackdown: (9/26/2014) Little Rock, AK-
THE USOS vs. THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes)-
The announcers give us a quick recap of the events of the week that have led up to this match and make sure that we know that his is only a one-time reunion for the Usos. The Usos win in ten minutes after a double diving splash and look really good doing it, prompting the announcers to suggest that maybe the Usos should go back to teaming together.

ANTONIO CESARO vs. CHRISTIAN (w/Paige)-
Cesaro wins clean in fifteen minutes.

Renee Young interviews John Cena. She says that she and many others in the WWE Universe have noted that Cena seems to be making a bigger deal out of his MITB briefcase over the past week, and have been wondering if he might be cashing in on Daniel Bryan soon. Cena says that he just might do that.

SUMMER RAE vs. EMMA-
They got for a few minutes before Nattie shows up, causing Summer to run away, giving Emma the win by count-out.

SIN CARA & KALISTO vs. LUKE HARPER & BRODUS CLAY (w/the Wyatt Family)-
Wyatts win clean when Harper pins Kalisto. The announcers put over the upcoming Ambrose vs. Cara US Title match. The Wyatts jump the Lucha Dragons after the match, but Kane and Kofi show up with steel chairs to make the save and chase the Wyatts off. Kane cuts a promo telling Bray that Big Show was robbed of his chance to get at Bray, but Kane vows that he will not fail.

PAUL HEYMAN makes a surprise appearance. He says that he was here conducting some important business, but figured that while he was here, he might as well address the Big Show. He tells Show that he should be HONORED to be targeted by The Conqueror Brock Lesnar, but since Show is so upset about it, if Big Show wants a match his man, all he has to do is show up on Raw, and Heyman will bring his man and they’ll have the showdown of the century.

MARK HENRY vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER-
Henry wins clean in ten minutes, with the World’s Strongest Slam.

The Prime Time Players cut a backstage promo saying that they don’t like having to team with a dirty cheater and coward like Cody Rhodes, but they will do what they have to do to win the match for the WWE Universe.

WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Roman Reigns(c) vs. The Miz-
Miz goes on a pre-match tirade, telling Reigns that he doesn’t deserve to be a champion and that he should just lie down for Miz to avoid embarrassing himself. Reigns refuses, so Miz charges at him with a big clothesline, but Reigns ducks it, hits Miz with a few punches that stagger him and send him to the ropes. Reigns then hits his running kick on the outside, hits the Superman Punch, then spears Miz for the quick, dominant victory in just a few minutes.

ALICIA FOX vs. BRIE BELLA (w/Nikki Bella)-
Brie wins clean in four minutes. Nikki spends most of the match on commentary, blaming Brie for neither one of them coming away with the Divas Title at Night of Champions. Nikki gives Brie a sarcastic clap after Brie picks up the win.

WWE TITLE MATCH: Daniel Bryan(c) vs. David Otunga (w/the Brain Trust)-
Dragon controls the match early, but Otunga takes control after Naomi and Sandow distract the ref and Otunga hits Dragon with a low blow. Dragon makes a comeback and sets up for the Busaiku Knee, but Otunga pulls the ref in the way. Sandow creams Dragon with a chair, and then tries to revive the ref, but Jack Swagger runs out with a chair of his own and chases Sandow and Naomi away, but this leaves Otunga in the ring with the fallen Dragon. A second ref comes out from the back and Otunga sees Dragon start to stir, so instead of going for the pin, he picks Dragon up and goes for the Verdict, but Dragon reverses it into the Yes Lock and makes Otunga tap to retain the title. Total time should be about ten minutes.

CODY RHODES & THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE 2.0 & SHEAMUS-
Sheamus starts for his team and immediately wants a piece of Cody. Cody makes Darren or Titus start, though. Sheamus gets shined up on first one Prime Time Player then the other, then tags out to one of the Airstrike guys. The PTP member tags out to Cody, who uses heel tactics to get an advantage. Sheamus charges in after him, but Cody quickly tags out to a member of PTP. The Airstirke guy plays babyface in peril until, with Cody as the legal man, he makes a hot tag to Sheamus. Sheamus throws Cody around and eventually hits the Irish Curse, but PTP come in to break it up. Cody uses this time to roll out of the ring. He leads Sheamus on a chase around the ring, then slips back in, to quickly tag in one of the PTP guys, then runs away. Sheamus looks like he is going to go after Cody, but the PTP guy in question (let’s say Darren Young, because I have more faith in his ability to make this look good), rolls him up with an O’Connor Roll for a nearfall. With Cody having escaped him, Sheamus goes kind of nuts and takes his aggression out on Darren. When Titus tries to come in to help his partner, Sheamus gives him a Brogue Kick, then gives Darren one as well and pins him to pick up the win in thirteen minutes.

Re: BRM Books Raw 1,000 and beyond

Post by Big Red Machine » Feb 20th, '15, 15:34

Here is the rest of the build to Hell in a Cell 2014:

WWE TITLE MATCH:
On the 9/29 Raw, John Cena cuts a promo reminding us all that he never got a decisive one-on-one rematch with Daniel Bryan after losing the WWE Title to Daniel Bryan way back last June at Judgment Day. He won his first rematch by DQ when Mark Henry attacked him, and in the Fatal Four-Way at Money in the Bank 2013, Daniel Bryan retained the title by pinning Tyson Kidd. So Cena figures that at Hell in a Cell, he’ll use his WWE Title Money in the Bank Contract to rectify that. Various heels try to convince Bryan than Cena is tricking him and that Cena will really jump him backstage and cash in earlier, and we get some situations where Cena accidentally hits Dragon while aiming for someone else, but in reality Cena is a good babyface and wants to do things fairly.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
:
Sheamus wins #1 contendership for a title shot on TV. Cody gets himself intentionally counted out. Sheamus gets a rematch in which Cody will be stripped of the belt if he gets counted out, so he gets himself DQed with a low blow and then attacks Sheamus after the match with a weapon, injuring Sheamus. Steph announces that Sheamus is still owed a title shot, and to ensure that Cody can’t weasel his way out of it by running away or getting DQed, the match will take place inside Hell in a Cell!

TAG TEAM DIVISION
:
The Usos decide that they will reform their team and they start to pick up wins. Meanwhile, the Wyatt Family duo of Brodus Clay and Luke Harper also start to pick up wins, while the Prime Time Players go on a losing streak (almost exclusively to tag teams made up of popular babyfaces), but they continue to do their catchphrases and shill their merch before the matches. After a PTP loss to the Wyatts, Bray cuts a promo on them, asking them where the Prime Time Players have gone. Bray says that he thought that he had brought them back in the summer but once he was done with them, they disappeared. He says that if Darren Young and Titus O’Neil ever want to succeed again, the Prime Time Players need to come back.
On the 10/13 Raw, it is announced that The Wyatt Family will get a tag team title shot that Friday on Smackdown. The Usos pick up a win on that same Raw, and it is announced that they will face the winners at Hell in a Cell for the WWE World Tag Team Titles. Airstrike beat the Wyatts clean on Smackdown. The Usos decide that they need to take the go-home week off to train intensely so that they can avenge their embarrassing four minute loss to International Airstrike almost two months ago. Throughout that week’s worth of TV, we get big video packages focusing on the Uso’s training.

DIVAS DIVISION
:
Nikki and Brie blame each other for not winning the Divas Title at Night of Champions. The end result of this is a three-way elimination match for the title between Nikki, Brie, and AJ on Raw. The Bellas plan to double-team AJ and eliminate AJ and then fight it out amongst themselves. During the match, though, Nikki accidentally spears Brie with a spear meant for AJ. AJ then connects with a Shining Wizard to Nikki, before pinning Brie to eliminate her. AJ then goes to pin Nikki, but she is able to get her foot on the ropes. They go for a few more minutes before Brie recovers and yells at Nikki, distracting her at a key moment, allowing AJ to recover and eventually pick up the win by making Nikki tap with the Octopus Stretch.
The Bellas start to argue with each other and cut some worked-shoot promos on each other. On the final Raw before the PPV, a singles match is signed for them for the Raw after Hell in a Cell.
Meanwhile, Emma picks up a bunch of wins and embarks on a good, old-fashioned babyface quest to win the title (including a big motivational speech from her trainer, Lance Storm). Emma is given her title shot at Hell in a Cell.

INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE PICTURE:
On the 9/29 Raw, after Roman Reigns wins his match, the Brain Trust come and Sandow cuts a promo demanding his return match next week on Raw. Reigns says okay. Sandow offers him a handshake and Roman accepts the handshake, but this allows David Otunga to attack Roman, and the Brain Trust beat Roman down until Jack Swagger comes out and makes the save.
A tag team match is booked for Smackdown, but just a few minutes in, The Miz comes out and attacks Reigns and Swagger for the DQ. The heels beat them down until Mark Henry comes out and runs them off. Mark grabs the mic and asks Steph to restart the match as a six man tag. Everyone agrees, so the match is restarted.
The heels work Swagger over before he finally makes the hot tag to Mark Henry, who immediately turns on Reigns and Swagger. Brain Trust take Swagger out with a chair, injuring his leg, while Mark hits Roman with the World’s Strongest Slam and a HUGE splash, injuring Roman’s ribs. While this beat-down is going on, Miz cuts a promo declaring that he has made it his personal mission in life to ensure that Roman Reigns loses the IC Title to prove to the world that Roman doesn’t have the heart of a champion- he’s just another wanna-be. A punk who needs to learn to NEVER disrespect The Miz again, and he has hired Mark Henry to help teach Roman that lesson.

On the next Raw, Roman valiantly defends his title despite his injuries, and manages to pull off the win with a well-timed spear. After a commercial break, we are shown footage from the WWE App of Miz’s reaction to Reigns retaining the title, which is to start to scream and throw things.
On the next Smackdown, Miz and Henry attack Roman once again, and Miz cuts a promo vowing to rip Roman’s dreams away from him and break his spirit by making sure that Roman loses the IC Title. Mark Henry picks up some wins and is awarded the IC Title shot at Hell in a Cell.
Brain Trust, meanwhile, brag about how they have put Jack Swagger out, so when it is announced that Swagger will be cleared to return by Hell in a Cell, it is announced that he will face David Otunga at the PPV.

US TITLE PICTURE & WYATT FAMILY STUFF:
The build to the US Title match sees the Wyatts injure Kalisto on the 10/6 Raw, then Ambrose defeats Cara to win the US Title on the 10/13 Raw. A rematch is scheduled for Hell in a Cell. In the remaining shows before the PPV, Cara cuts promos saying he will win the US Title back and avenge Kalisto. Ambrose, on the other hand, always uses his promo time (on every single show, even Main Event and Superstars) to let Bray preach his message to both the locker room and the WWE Universe.
While all of this is happening, Kane is continuing his quest to get at Bray Wyatt. Every time he comes close, though, either Bray’s minions interfere (sometimes putting the beat-down on Kane or sometimes suffering the Big Red Machine’s wrath to buy Bray time either recover and beat Kane down, or allowing Bray to escape). Kane eventually gets sick and tired of this sh*t, and challenges Bray to face him one-on-one, in a Hell in a Cell match! Bray accepts the challenge, chuckling the whole time, telling Kane that he is a gentleman and an honest man, and therefore it would be wrong of him not to accept such a challenge from a monster crying out for help like Kane is.

BIG SHOW vs. BROCK LESNAR:
The 9/29 Raw is all built around the main event of Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar. Big Show cuts a promo about how he is going to pummel Brock into oblivion. Heyman, meanwhile, won’t let anyone into Brock’s locker room to talk to Brock before the big fight. Instead, Heyman cuts a promo vowing that his client will defeat the Big Show tonight.
It’s main event time. The time has finally. Big Show comes out to the ring and is pacing like a caged tiger, waiting for Brock to come out so we can get this thing started. Paul Heyman then comes out on the stage and starts to talk up THE BEAST BROCK LESNAR and tells Big Show “you asked for it, so I’m giving it to you. You demanded to face my client and I promised to supply my client. So ladies and gentleman, your main event for tonight: The Big Show vs. my client… ANTONIO CESARO!
Everyone is very confused. Cesaro comes out from the crowd and attacks Big Show from behind. Show eventually makes a comeback, and they have a wild brawl all over the place that is broken up by security.
A rematch is booked for Smackdown, which Cesaro wins after a distraction from Heyman allows him to hit a HUGE European Uppercut, then hit the Gotch-Style Neutralizer for the win.
On the next Raw we get a segment where Big Show KOs Cesaro with the WMD, grabs Heyman by the neck, and threatens to chokeslam him off the stage if Heyman doesn’t give him Brock Lesnar, citing his history of doing such things, going all the way back to trying to run Hulk Hogan over with a monster truck when he first debuted in WCW. Heyman gives in, swearing on the lives of his parents, his wife, his children, the memory of ECW- on everything he holds sacred- that he will deliver Brock Lesnar.
Somewhere, Bray Wyatt is laughing at the way Big Show is giving into his anger.
On Smackdown, Big Show comes out and demands that Heyman bring Brock Lesnar out so that they can have their match. Heyman (in a neckbrace), comes out and tells Show that Brock wants to have the match at Hell in a Cell. Big Show says okay, but tells Heyman that if he doesn’t bring Brock Lesnar to fight him at Hell in a Cell, then Big Show will go bring the fight to Brock Lesnar, and Brock will not be happy if he does that.
On Raw, we get a segment where Kofi and Kane try to calm Big Show down and remind him that if he gives in to his anger, he will become the monster that Bray wants him to be. Later in this same show, as Kofi is cutting a promo imploring the Prime Time Players not to listen to Bray, he is assaulted and injured by the Wyatt Family, putting him out of action. On this same show, we also get a pre-taped promo from Brock Lesnar, assuring us that he will be at Hell in a Cell.
The rest of the build to this match involves Heyman cutting promos about Brock’s history of defeating Big Show, while Big Show says that while Brock might have the technical edge, all Show needs to do is connect with one WMD and he can put Brock out.
Cesaro, for his part, wins some matches and is booked against Michael McGilliutty at Hell in a Cell.

ROLLINS/SUMMER vs. TYSON/NATTIE:
On the 9/29 Raw, Rollins is cutting a promo, but is interrupted by Summer Rae, who asks him to promise that he will protect her from “that mean, jealous, psychopath, Nattie.” Rollins tries to explain to Summer that she has brought some of this upon herself with her excessive celebrations and her disrespect towards Nattie and other veterans, but Summer twists Rollins words into meaning that he wants to let Nattie hurt her. Rollins insists that this isn’t the case, and promises to protect Summer.
During a match of Rollins’ on Smackdown with Summer at ringside, Nattie comes out and tries to get Summer. Rollins sees this and jumps out of the ring to protect Summer. Summer scampers up the ramp and Nattie gives chase, with Rollins chasing after her. Rollins manages to get between Summer and Nattie. Nattie demands that Rollins move, but he doesn’t. Over Rollins’ shoulder, Summer starts to taunt Nattie, so Nattie tries to charge through Rollins, who catches her with a waistlock (Rollins has long since lost the match by count-out). Nattie struggles to break free but Rollins won’t let her. Nattie gets an arm free and tries to throw and elbow, but Rollins blocks it and tries to neutralize her arm with a hammerlock. Tyson Kidd comes out, feeling that Rollins is being overly forceful, and attacks Rollins from behind, freeing Nattie.
We get some similar occurrences over the next week and a half until Steph gets fed up and says that it is long past time that this got settled. She declares that Summer will have to face the music by facing Nattie in a match where she can’t run away: a Falls Count Anywhere match… and decrees that if either Seth Rollins or Tyson Kidd get involved, then both the man in question and his woman will be fired!
The match happens on TV, and Nattie is really kicking Summer’s ass all over the arena, even using some weapons. JBL, who had been steadfastly siding with Nattie, thinks that Nattie has made her point and should just end the match, but Nattie keeps the beating going before eventually locking Summer in the Sharpshooter and making her tap. We focus in on Nattie’s face, showing that this match was hard-fought, but that she is quite content with the outcome, and as Nattie walks off, Summer waffles her in the back of the head with some sort of heavy object, and Nattie collapses in a heap.
Nattie is diagnosed with a concussion and taken off of TV. Tyson Kidd is furious with Summer Rae for injuring Nattie after the match, while Seth Rollins (and JBL, too) stand up for Summer by arguing that Nattie kept the beating going far longer than necessary. This leads to Rollins vs. Kidd being booked for the Hell in a Cell pre-show, and because Nattie will not be able to be in Tyson’s corner, Steph bars Summer Rae from ringside as well.

OTHER STUFF
:
Dolph Ziggler goes on a month-long losing streak. Because WWE needs Network renewals and this would be the first show that the people who signed up right before Mania would need to renew for, there is going to be a second pre-show match. Even with two pre-show matches, though, Dolph has been on such a losing streak that he doesn’t get a spot on the PPV. Instead the match will be Epico Colon vs. Big E. Langston, who is still having trouble beating smaller guys because he always throws them so far that they can roll out of the ring before he gets over to follow up.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2014: (10/26/2014)- Dallas, TX

PRE-SHOW:
After the opening video package and our first bit of panel discussion (which would ideally include HBK to put Dragon over), we get a promo from Emma talking up how much it would mean to her to win the Divas Title tonight.

John Cena cuts a promo telling everyone that he is a man of his word. He is cashing in his MITB title shot on Daniel Bryan tonight, just like he said he would- he kept his word. And tonight, he will keep his word about winning the WWE Title from Daniel Bryan, too.

TYSON KIDD vs. SETH ROLLINS-
Unlike their interactions in the mixed tag team match two months ago at Summer Slam, this match is anything but polite, with lots of stiff strikes and vicious submissions. Rollins wins clean in thirteen minutes with a huge buckle bomb, followed by a superkick, and then a curb stomp. When Tyson finally comes to, Rollins offers him a handshake, but Tyson shoves him instead, and walks off. Rollins then walks up the ramp, where he is greeted by Summer Rae. Summer is all gleeful that Seth won, but Rollins is in no mood to celebrate, and just brushes right past her, which angers Summer Rae.

Dolph Ziggler, who has been relegated to the pre-show panel because of his losing streak, cuts a promo vowing that he will do whatever it takes to get back on the winning track.

BIG E. LANGSTON vs. EPICO COLON (w/Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes)-
Same general ideas as all Big E. vs. small guy matches: Big E. shows off his impressive strength by tossing guys around the ring, but he throws them so far that they are able to roll out of the ring to recover by the time he follows up.
This time, though, Big E. follows his opponent onto the outside to follow up, and throws him around the ringside area a bit, but Epico manages to use his adrenaline to put on one big burst of speed and makes it back inside before the ten count, while Big E. is not fast enough to do so. Total match time is ten minutes.

Paul Heyman (with Brock and Cesaro standing behind him) cuts promos to hype up both of his charges matches.

MAIN SHOW:
HELL IN A CELL MATCH: Bray Wyatt vs. Kane-
A vicious, weapon-filled brawl, which Bray wins after some particularly vicious series of moves (like the Monster Tamer into the ringsteps repeatedly). Kane has to be helped to the back after the match. Total times is twenty minutes.

MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY vs. ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman)-
Cesaro wins clean in ten minutes with the Gotch-style Neutralizer.

WWE INTERTCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Roman Reigns(c) vs. Mark Henry (w/The Miz)-
Roman comes out of the gate hot and heavy, landing a big early flurry of strikes on Mark. Roman goes for the Superman Punch, but Henry counters it by catching him in a bearhug. Mark uses his strength to work over Reigns’ midsection, while Miz stands on the outside, screaming for Mark to “BREAK HIM!” Mark eventually goes for the World’s Strongest Slam, but Roman manages to slip free, ten lands a few shots before nailing Mark with the Superman Punch, which sends him stumbling backwards. Reigns then connects with a spear… which only manages to make Mark stumble backwards! So Roman charges off the ropes, then off the ropes again, and then off the opposite ropes before hitting Mark with an even bigger spear, which takes him off of his feet and earns Roman the pinfall victory in a little under ten minutes.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: AJ Bryan(c) (w/Daniel Bryan) vs. Emma-
Emma gets a good false finish or two in, but AJ wins clean to retain the title. Total time is about fourteen minutes.

THE BIG SHOW vs. BROCK LESNAR (w/Paul Heyman)-
Show tries to keep Brock at a distance and win with punches, while Brock tries to get inside and take Show down to the match. Show manages to hit the WMD, but Brock kicks out. Brock wins clean in fourteen minutes with the F-5.

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Dean Ambrose(c) (w/the Wyatt Family) vs. Sin Cara-
Ambrose wins clean in thirteen minutes. After the match, on Bray’s orders, the Wyatts all beat the sh*t out of Sin Cara, ending in a vicious double powerbomb on the ramp by Harper and Ryback, followed by the Fall of Man by Brodus. Cara is stretchered out while Bray laughs.

WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. The Usos-
Things are even in the beginning before Airstrike take control. The Usos eventually make a hot tag and run wild. They go for a double big splash, but Neville rolls out of the way and both Usos crash to the mat. Neville tags in Gabriel and Airstrike take over, eventually simultaneously hitting their big flippy finishers on an Uso and Neville covers Jey for the pin to retain the titles in thirteen minutes. The Usos look absolutely devastated and head to the back while Airstrike soak up the cheers from the crowd…
THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS JUMP THEM FROM BEHIND!
PTP are absolutely vicious in their beatdown, and wind up each laying out one member of Airstrike with their own tag team titles belts.

John Cena comes out and says that he still technically has his Money in the Bank Briefcase, so he technically still gets to choose when his title shot will take place... and he is tired of waiting. He wants to win the WWE Title right now so he can get an early start on his celebration all through the streets of Dallas.
WWE TITLE MATCH: Daniel Bryan(c) (w/AJ Bryan) vs. John Cena-
Dragon wins clean in twenty-five minutes, pinning Cena after the Busaiku Knee. Both guys show a ton of mutual respect afterwards.

JACK SWAGGER vs. DAVID OTUNGA (w/the Brain Trust)-
Swagger immediately picks Otunga’s ankle and locks in the Patriot Act, but Otunga manages to get to the ropes. Otunga comes at Swagger, but Swagger slips behind him, and picks his ankle and locks in the Patriot Act a second time. As Otunga makes his way towards the ropes, Swagger drops down and scissors the leg as well, stopping Otunga’s progress and applying even more pressure. Otunga screams in pain and starts to tap almost immediately. Swagger releases the hold, gets his hand raised and heads to the back, while Sandow and Naomi check on Otunga, who can’t even stand under his own power. As they help him to the back, we cut to a video package to build up the…

HELL IN A CELL MATCH FOR THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE: Cody Rhodes(c) vs. Sheamus-
Sheamus, the challenger, makes his entrance first, and as he does so, Cody attacks him from behind, clipping his knee (I figured that’s about the only way to cheat in a Hell in a Cell match). Cody thrashes Sheamus all around ringside and beats on him with a chair before slamming the cell door on Sheamus’ head to make him bleed, then tossing both the chair into the cell to start the match.
Cody beats the crap out of Sheamus until Sheamus makes his big fiery comeback. They trade control of the match and weapon-shots and false finishes until Cody finally puts Sheamus down with multiple Cross-Rhodes onto a chair to retain the title. Total time is about thirty minutes.

SYNOPSIS OF THE SEPT. 7 – OCT. 26 HALF SEASON OF TOTAL DIVAS: BRM’S WAY!
You read that correctly. I am actually doing this. So…
I would start the season out with the whole deal they did as the cliffhanger at the end of this season (Brie and Brother Bella confront Cena because they think Nikki is making too many sacrifices for him, like giving up on ever having children or getting married). When Nikki finds out, she is furious that they were trying to sabotage her relationship with Cena, and the twins start fighting. Nikki brings up all of the times that Brie has been b*tchy to her before (all of those Total Divas clips they showed during their real-life [you know what I mean] feud this summer), says she doesn’t even want to be around Brie anymore because she is always so mean and condescending, and goes to Steph to ask her to book a break-up. Steph agrees.
We get insights from the other Divas saying that they think that the Bellas need some time away from each other for now and that things will repair themselves in the future.
They don’t. They just get worse.
While they aren’t booked together for publicity appearances, they still get stuck working together, and this forced interaction makes their few backstage interactions colder and nastier (and we can also use this to teach about how important communication is in wrestling and how dedicated wrestlers like the Bellas are that they might not like someone but will still put their lives in that person’s hands for the sake of entertaining the fans because they all love wrestling so much).
We get some sort of thing where they wind up working each other in four-ways on house shows, and maybe one accidentally gives the other a black eye because she punched too stiff, then the other knocks a tooth out with a big boot that was too stiff or something like that. Stuff to make them both hate each other because they are working too stiff. They each go to Steph separately and ask her if she can just end the angle (but they don’t complain that they think the other is working too stiff because that would make Steph think they aren’t tough enough for the WWE because that’s how wrestling works). Steph tells them that they will cut the angle short, but she wants to at least be able to do some business out of it, so they’ll need to have a blow-off match… and in what has to just be the biggest darn coincidence in the whole world, that match is scheduled for the Oct. 27th Raw, the very next night after the Total Divas half-season finale!
During the finale, I would not only have a bunch of commercials air DURING Total Divas that are designed to push that match, but I’d also use the show to hype it up as a major moment for the Bellas. Have Naomi tell her husband that she is concerned that the Bellas might just shoot on each other in the ring, and have him respond that sometimes siblings just need to do that and they get it out of their systems and then hug afterward, and he tells a story about him and his brother doing that.
I’d have Brie going to Dragon and asking him to teach her some shoot moves. Dragon tries to talk her out of it, but she says she wants to be prepared in case Nikki tries to take liberties with her, so he reluctantly teaches her a move or two.

In addition to this, I would also do a storyline where Brie muses on how weird it is to now be married to Dragon, but to have Dragon have to pretend to be married to someone else when they are on TV or on the road. It seems like there could be some interesting material here, and more importantly, it will explain to the Total Divas viewers why, when they tune in to Raw to watch this big match between the Bellas to see if it either helps heal their relationship or if they just start shooting on each other, Daniel Bryan is not only not married to Brie, but is actually married to someone else.

The other big story I’d do this season is Cameron down in NXT. She misses her friends and also has to work really hard not only to make it back to the main roster but to ensure that she doesn’t get released entirely. Our (half) season-ending cliffhanger for this storyline will be Steph coming down to NXT to meet with Cameron, saying she has important news about her future.

THE BUILD TO SURVIVOR SERIES 2014

WWE TITLE MATCH:
BROCK LESNAR has recently defeated John Cena, Randy Orton, and the Big Show… and now he is coming after Daniel Bryan’s WWE Title!

TRADITIONAL SURVIVOR SERIES TEN MAN ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH:
Sheamus wants another shot at Cody- one where Cody fights like a man and doesn’t jump him from behind. Cody says that he has already beaten Sheamus fair and square in a Hell in a Cell match, so Sheamus doesn’t deserve another shot. Steph comes out and offers the following solution: Each man will captain a five man team at Survivor Series, and if Team Sheamus wins, he will get another title shot at the December PPV: WrestleWar… but if Team Rhodes wins, then Sheamus will not get another shot at the World Heavyweight Title for as long as Cody is champ. Both men agree to this and go about recruiting members of their teams.
Kofi Kingston gets screwed out of a match by Cody, so he sympathizes with Sheamus’ situation, and offers to team with him. Dolph Ziggler also offers to team with Sheamus, seeing it as an opportunity to earn a world title shot of his own if he pins Cody, or at least get himself to the top of the card by having an impressive showing and eliminating multiple opponents.
In other important news, the second Raw after Hell in a Cell takes place in Boston, and on that show, Antonio Cesaro, now under the tutelage of Paul Heyman, avenges his loss at Night of Champions by defeating John Cena in his own hometown. Christian starts to make fun of Cena for this so Cena goes after Christian, but Christian always runs away. In an attempt to dodge Cena’s challenge for a match at Survivor Series, Christian announces that he has joined Team Rhodes. Unfortunately for Christian, Cena responds to this news by simply joining Team Sheamus. We also get a similar deal to this with Damien Sandow trying to dodge Jack Swagger.
Team Sheamus is now filled out, but unfortunately for Cody, no one else wants to team with him because he’s such a massive dick. On the go-home Raw, Steph tells him that if he doesn’t fill out his team, he will have to go in short-handed. On the go-home Smackdown, exhausted of all other options, Cody offers title shots to anyone who agrees to team with him. Tyson Kidd and Michael McGillicutty answer the call to fill out Team Rhodes.

DIVAS DIVISION:
On Raw the night after Hell in a Cell, Nikki and Brie have their match, which Nikki wins clean, but Brie doesn’t shake her hand afterwards. They continue to feud, and decide to solve things in a traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team match, which each Bella captaining a four woman team. Brie assembles Naomi, Paige, and Summer Rae, while Nikki gets Emma, Layla, and on the go-home Smackdown, the returning Nattie.
While this is going on, Alicia Fox is built up for a Divas Title shot against AJ.

ROMAN REIGNS vs. THE MIZ:
On Raw the night after Hell in a Cell, Miz blames Henry for not being able to get the job done against Roman Reigns, berating Mark until he turns babyface by giving The Miz the World’s Strongest Slam. Miz comes to the conclusion that if he wants to break Roman’s spirit, he’ll have to do it himself. He tries to cost Roman the title by distracting him or interfering in his title defenses, and when that doesn’t work, he just assaults Roman backstage. Roman wants a piece of the Miz, so Miz tells him he’ll have to put the title up for grabs in an I Quit match. Steph isn’t happy about Miz trying to make up his own stips, but he explains to her that will not stop until he either breaks Roman’s spirit or breaks his own. Steph, not wanting Miz to keep screwing up title matches and also seeing a money match, signs the match for Survivor Series.

TAG TEAM DIVISION:
The Prime Time Players explain their heel turn: They got into wrestling for two reasons: to win championships and make money. A few years ago they realized that they could get more championship opportunities if they had the fans’ support, and they realized that they could make a lot more money if they could convince the fans to buy their merch, so they changed their ways and started acting like other fan favorites did and it worked really well for a time… until International Airstirke 2.0 came along, and all of a sudden the fans were cheering Airstrike instead of PTP. They hung in there and tried to get the fans' support back and made a lot of new merch for the fans to buy and figured they could make it work…
But then Night of Champions came along. The support of the fans is the whole reason why Airstrike chose to give PTP the tag title shot… but when they got to the actual match, all of the fans were cheering for Airstrike and no one was cheering for them, and it made them realize how fickle the fans are. Everyone is just a flavor of the month to them. So they listened to Bray Wyatt’s words and did what they should have done all along: They dropped the façade of caring what the fans want and they went out to be themselves again, and they want the WWE World Tag Team Titles, and they won’t let anything stop them.
Airstirke also want to fight PTP, so PTP pick up some wins, and a tag title match is signed or Survivor Series.
Meanwhile, Mark Henry takes Big E. Langston under his wing and explains to him that there is more to using your power than just throwing guys around. He explains that bigger wrestlers need to keep their opponents closer to be able to utilize their power better. Mark teams with Big E. to help teach him, and teaches him a new finisher which will utilize his strength while keepping his opponent close to him so that he can pin him right afterwards: the Big Ending. Mark and Big E. are signed to take on the Colons at Survivor Series.
The Usos, for their part, once again consider breaking up after failing to beat International Airstrike 2.0, but decide to stay together because they’ve come too far as a tag team to just give up without ever having won the WWE World Tag Team Titles.

US TITLE PICTURE & WYATT FAMILY STUFF:
One the Raw after the PPV we learn that Kane has been injured and will be out for a while. Also that show, the Wyatt Family murderize some jobbers, who do a stretcher-job. On Smackdown, we see Bray talking to R-Truth backstage, and later in the show R-Truth destroys Zack Ryder, who gets injured.
On the second Raw, Steph comes out to address Bray. She says that he has been a very bad influence on the WWE, and lists off all of the people who have been injured because of him and his influence: Sin Cara, Kalisto, Kane, Kofi, Ryder, and especially guys like Tensai and Evan Bourne, whose careers have been ended. She tells Bray that she thinks it would be in the best interests of everyone in the WWE if Bray took some time away from everyone, so she wants to suspend him for sixty days to give the other Wyatt Family members and others some time to “cool off” from the violent frenzy that Bray seems to have whipped them up into.
Bray comes out and laughs the whole thing off. He tells Steph that she can’t stop him or his message, but if she wants to suspend him, she should do it fairly and send a knight in shining armor to slay the monster.
We get a backstage segment later with Steph and Big Show. Steph is going to suspend Bray, but Show points out that this won’t do anything because Bray could just call people on the phone or spread his message via social media. Show tells Steph that the way to defeat someone like Bray is by playing their games. He proposes the following: They take Bray up on his offer to suspend him “fairly” by sending a knight in shining armor against him. Show will take on Bray at Survivor Series, and if Show wins, Bray will agree to the sixty day suspension, and will also not contact anyone in WWE or make any social media posts for the entirety of that period, on threat of termination. Steph says okay, and on Smackdown, she takes the message to Bray, who agrees. On the go-home Raw we get a contract signing, and before signing the contract Bray warns Steph that she might not like the way things happen when he is influencing his “brothers,” but she might like what happens even less when he isn’t there to stop the monsters when they run wild.
Also during this time, Kalisto returns from his injury to get revenge on the Wyatts for injuring Sin Cara. He winds up in a US Title match against Ambrose which Ambrose wins cleanly.
On the go-home Smackdown, Big Show, Kofi, and Kalisto cut promos talking about how great it will be without that evil Bray Wyatt influencing people to do evil things.

Kalisto is booked against Cesaro at the PPV.

SETH ROLLINS vs. RANDY ORTON

Randy Orton shows up on the Raw after Hell in a Cell to announce that he will be returning at Survivor Series, and has gotten Steph’s permission to come out and make an open challenge for that show. Never one to turn down a big match, Seth Rollins comes out and accepts the open challenge. Rollins wants to develop a game plan, so he asks for help from Daniel Bryan- one of the most brilliant wrestlers in the world- and the man who knows Randy Orton better than anyone else: John Cena.
Over the course of the month, Summer Rae’s mouth continues to cause backstage problems for Rollins, and he finally confronts her over it. He tells her that he loves her, but that she can be really hard to get along with and all of his friends can’t stand her, and he doesn’t want to have to choose between her and them. Summer gets all pissy and tells Rollins that she is his girlfriend, so she should be the most important thing in his life. Summer continues on with her trash-talking ways, so Rollins dumps her. Summer vows to make him sorry.

NXT STUFF:

Finn Balor wins a bunch of matches under the guidance of his mentor, Tensai. It is announced that Sami Zayn will defend the NXT Title against Balor on the pre-show of Survivor Series.

WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. The Prime Time Players

TRADITIONAL SURVIVOR SERIES EIGHT WOMAN ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH: Team Nikki (Nikki Bella, Layla El, Natalya Neidhart, & Emma) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Team Brie (Brie Bella, Paige, Summer Rae, & Naomi) (w/Damien Sandow & Christian)

Byron Saxton is waiting outside of Randy Orton’s locker room for an interview with him when, surprisingly, we see Summer Rae emerge from Orton’s locker room. Byron asks her what she was doing in there, but she tells him to mind his own business. Randy comes out and says that he is confident that he will defeat Seth Rollins, no matter what Seth’s game plan is.

MARK HENRY & BIG E. LANGSTON vs. THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes)-
The Colons control things by being fast, but eventually Big E. catches one of them and the big guys take over, eventually winning when Big E. hits Primo with the Big Ending and gets the pin in seven minutes.

SETH ROLLINS vs. RANDY ORTON-
Rollins’ game plan seems to be to go after Randy’s arm so that he can’t hold him for the RKO, but every time Seth goes for the arm, Orton is ready for him, and manages to catch Seth in a submission of his own or throws a quick jab to catch Rollins off guard and create some separation. The announcers deduce that Summer must have given away Rollins’ gameplan.
Rollins changes his strategy up and things become more even. Orton wins in about seventeen minutes with an RKO.

TRADITIONAL SURVIVOR SERIES EIGHT-WOMAN ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH: Team Nikki (Nikki Bella, Layla El, Natalya Neidhart, & Emma) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. Team Brie (Brie Bella, Summer Rae, Naomi, & Paige) (w/Damien Sandow & Christian)-
Early on in the match, Jack Swagger comes out and chases Sandow away. Brie and Nikki are eager to go at it with each other, while Summer does everything she can to avoid being in the ring with Nattie. The first one out is Layla, who is pinned by Summer via roll-up at around the four minute mark. Nattie immediately rushes in to be the legal woman for her team and go after Summer, but Summer scampers away and makes a tag to Naomi.
Stuff happens for a while until Brie eliminates Emma by avoiding the Emma-mite Sandwich, then hitting the Bella Buster for the pin. Nikki then comes in and she and Brie trade shots into a double-down, and both make tags, with Nattie coming in for her team and Paige coming in for hers.
With Nikki being down and the two other members of her team eliminated, Nattie is effectively fighting by herself against three opponents. The heels work Nattie’s legs over (with Summer only tagging in when Nattie is down, and tagging out as soon as she shows signs of life) until Nattie counters an attempted Figure Four Leg Lock by Naomi into a small package for the pin at about the ten minute mark.
Paige comes in and works Nattie’s legs over until Nattie hits some sort of desperation counter and they do a double-down, then both tag in their respective Bella. The Bellas slug it out until Nikki pins Brie after a spear at about the twelve minute mark, but Summer Rae immediately runs in and hits Nikki in the back of the head with her big spinning heel kick and gets the pin. Nattie rushes in to go after Summer, but Summer scampers away and tags in Paige. Nattie and Paige go at it, with Summer occasionally coming in to cheap-shot Nattie from behind. Nattie eventually manages to make Paige tap to the Sharpshooter at about fourteen and a half minutes, which leaves just Nattie and Summer left.
Summer is scared and tries to run away, but Nattie catches her half-way up the ramp and drags her back to the ring. Nattie then beats the sh*t out of Summer for about two minutes before locking in the sharpshooter and making Summer tap in a total time of about seventeen minutes.
(Team Nikki wins; Natalya Neidhart is the sole survivor)

WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. The Prime Time Players-
PTP take most of the match, working over Neville’s midsection, but Airstrike get a few comebacks. The finish comes at about the twelve minute mark, when Titus calls for the Prime Time Play and Darren goes up to the top rope, but Neville counters Titus’ attempt to pick him up by catching Titus in a small package for the flash pin.
Despite the fact that Airstrike have won the match, Darren Young comes off the top rope anyway, and hits Neville from behind with a flying double axe-handle. Justin Gabriel comes in to save his partner, but Titus recover from the surprise of getting rolled up, and PTP beat Airstrike down, focusing on the midsection of Adrian Neville.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: AJ Bryan(c) (w/Daniel Bryan) vs. Alicia Fox-
AJ wins clean in seven minutes when Fox misses a moonsault, then eats a Shining Wizard.

TRADITIONAL SURVIVOR SERIES TEN MAN ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH IN WHICH IF TEAM SHEAMUS WINS, SHEAMUS WILL GET ANOTHER SHOT AT THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE, BUT IF TEAM RHODES WINS SHEAMUS WILL NOT GET ANOTHER SHOT AT THE TITLE FOR AS LONG AS CODY IS CHAMPION: Team Sheamus (Sheamus, John Cena, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston, & Dolph Ziggler) vs. Team Rhodes (Cody Rhodes, Michael McGillicutty, Damien Sandow, Tyson Kidd, & Christian) (w/Natalya Neidhart, Naomi, & Paige)-
Sheamus starts for his team, McGillicutty starts for Team Rhodes. They do some stuff, with Sheamus getting the advantage, Sandow gets tagged in for Cody’s Team so Swagger asks Sheamus for a tag and gets one. They go for a few minutes before Swagger locks in the Patriot Act and makes Sandow tap… but Swagger doesn’t release the hold, even after the referee yells at him a lot, so the ref DQ’s Swagger, too. Swagger’s teammates come in to pull him off, and Naomi helps Sandow limp to the back. Swagger, too eventually goes to the back.
Kofi and Cody are in the ring, and Kofi really takes it to the champ. Cody tries to cheat by ripping off the turnbuckle pad and trying to slam Kofi’s head into it, but Kofi blocks it, and connects with a big kick, then hits the champ with an early Trouble in Paradise, but Tyson Kidd breaks it up. Cody winds up tagging out, and we cycle through competitors until Tyson pins Kofi after a blockbuster.
Dolph Ziggler comes in for Team Sheamus and works with Tyson for a while, eventually pinning him after giving him a hard shove that sends his head into the exposed turnbuckle, then hitting the Zig Zag. Michael McGillicuty is in next, but Dolph pretty much dominates him and pins him a few minutes later with the Zig Zag.
Cody Rhodes comes in next and he doesn’t fare too much better against Dolph, eventually tagging out to Christian. Dolph gets the best of Christian, too, and Christian eventually tags Cody back in. Dolph once again gets the best of Cody for a while, but Cody manages to roll him up and gets his feet on the ropes for extra leverage, which the ref doesn’t see, resulting in Cody pinning Dolph. Dolph is angry, and yells and screams at both Cody and the ref the whole way to the back.
Sheamus comes in and starts to take it to Cody, eventually lining him up for a Brogue Kick, but Cody manages to duck under it, then lunges across the ring to tag in Christian. Christian takes it to Sheamus for a while, so Sheamus tags in Cena. Cena and Christian go at it for a while, eventually brawling on the floor to a double count-out, leaving things down to the two captains.
Sheamus once again takes it to Cody and goes for a Brogue Kick, but this time Cody pulls the referee in the way, causing a ref bump. Sheamus goes to check on the referee, and Cody takes advantage by giving him a low blow, then starts to dominate the match. Cody controls things until Sheamus hits a big desperation counter, giving us a double-down, and during this double-down, Dolph Ziggler comes out to the ring with a steel chair, and he looks PISSED OFF. As both men start to make it to their feet, Dolph gets into the ring and clobbers Cody with the chair. Then he turns around and clobbers Sheamus as well! Dolph drags Cody over Sheamus and then revives the referee, who counts the pinfall for Cody at around the twenty-eight minute mark as Dolph walks off, looking grim and determined.
(Team Rhodes wins; Cody Rhodes is the sole survivor- Sheamus cannot have another shot at the World Heavyweight Title until Cody loses the belt).

Justin Gabriel gives us an update on Adrian Neville’s condition. He has injured ribs. Justin swears vengeance on PTP for this.

I QUIT MATCH FOR THE WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE: Roman Reigns(c) vs. The Miz-
Roman makes Miz quit after spearing him through a table, then setting up another table and spearing Miz through that, then spearing him through a third table before Miz finally quits when Roman has him set up for a spear through a fourth table.

IF BRAY LOSES, HE IS SUSPENDED FOR 60 DAYS AND CANNOT CONTACT ANYONE IN THE WWE: Big Show vs. Bray Wyatt (w/the Wyatt Family)-
They do stuff for about fifteen minutes before we get a big ref bump and the Wyatt Family (including Erick Rowan) interferes to beat up Big Show. To counter this, Kofi Kingston, Kalisto, Justin Gabriel, Tensai, and Finn Balor run in to fight them off, leaving it at just Bray and Big Show.
Once the ref recovers they go into their false finishes, with Bray kicking out after a chokeslam and Big Show kicking out after a Monster Tamer, before Big Show finally picks up the win by chokeslamming Bray, then picking him up by the hair and hitting him with the WMD right in the back of the head, banishing Bray from the WWE for sixty days.

WWE TITLE MATCH: Daniel Bryan(c) (w/AJ Bryan) vs. Brock Lesnar (w/Paul Heyman)-
Dragon gets bursts of offense in, relying on hard strikes (particularly aimed at Brock’s head to set up for the Busaiku knee), but Brock dominates most of the match. We get some good close-ups of AJ’s very concerned face throughout the match. Brock eventually picks up the win in thirty minutes after an F-5 to win the WWE Title.

After the show, Cody Rhodes goes on Twitter and offers Adrian Neville a shot at the World Heavyweight Title tomorrow night on Raw.

WWE.com reports that despite Adrian Neville’s injured ribs, the title match offered to him by World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes for tonight’s Raw has been signed and made official.
Also on tonight’s Raw, we will see Neville’s tag team championship partner Justin Gabriel take on Kalisto in a battle of high-flyers, Antonio Cesaro face Seth Rollins, Randy Orton vs. Kofi Kingston, Dean Ambrose face Heath Slater, and NXT star Xavier Woods will get a big opportunity when he faces Ryback, while recent NXT call-up Big E. Langston gets a chance in his first Raw main event as he teams with Christian to take on John Cena & WWE Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns!
PLUS… we will hear from NEW WWE CHAMPION BROCK LESNAR!

The Miz and Daniel Bryan will not be at Raw tonight because they are recovering from injuries sustained during their big title matches at Survivor Series. AJ Bryan will also not be at tonight’s Raw because she is home tending to her husband’s injuries, but we will hear from the Bryans tonight, live via satellite.

Sheamus sends out a Tweet saying that he is going to kick Dolph Ziggler’s ass tonight for betraying him last night at Survivor Series.

Raw: (11/24/2014)- Indianapolis, IN

The show opens with Steph and Cody coming out to the ring and talking up the World Heavyweight Title match. She says that Cody’s idea of having one of the tag champs challenge for the World Heavyweight Title intrigued her because Champion vs. Champion is always a great match, so she talked it over with Adrian Neville, who said he had no problem fighting through hurt ribs to get a shot at the World Heavyweight Title.
She gives Cody the chance to cut a promo, which he does, putting Neville over as being a deserving challenger, and putting himself over even more for so generously offering Neville the match. Tyson Kidd and Michael McGillicutty both come out and accuse Cody of trying to avoid giving them the title shots they were promised in exchange for joining his Survivor Series team by challenging an injured man instead. Cody assures them both that they will get their title shots in due time, and Steph pointedly lets all three men know that she will make sure that everyone gets the opportunities they deserve. For tonight, though, Steph informs Tyson & McGillicutty that they will be teaming up to face the Usos.

Big Show cuts a backstage promo about having defeated Bray Wyatt last night, banning Bray from the WWE and any contact with anyone in the WWE for sixty days. He says he is sure that without Bray’s constant influence on them, the members of Bray’s “family” will recover from Bray’s indoctrination, and that Bray’s evil will thus be vanquished. He also expresses thanks to his friends, Kane, Tensai, and especially Kofi Kingston, without whom he would surely have fallen under Bray’s influence and become a monster for the rest of his life.

We get a short video package detailing Jack Swagger’s actions since Hell in a Cell, with a focus on what appears to be a newfound aggression. Then we get that standard shot of Swagger walking down the hallway while the announcers tell us that he will be in action right after this commercial break.

JACK SWAGGER vs. EPICO COLON (w/Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes)-
Swagger pretty much squashes Epico, tossing him around with various suplexes. The announcers play up that this new aggression seems to be helping Swagger, but that he needs to control it or else it could lead to him getting DQed like it did last night at Survivor Series.
Swagger wins clean, making Epico tap out to the Patriot Act. He keeps the hold locked in after the tap, until the referee pulls him off.

We go to a backstage promo from International Airstrike 2.0. They both put over their matches tonight, with Neville getting to cut a big promo about being willing to fight through any pain to in the World Heavyweight Title. Justin says he will be at ringside right there with his pal, and Neville says he won’t let his injuries keep him away from ringside for Justin’s match, but Justin tells him that he should stay backstage and work with the trainer to get ready for his world title match tonight.

EMMA vs. LAYLA EL-
Emma wins clean in six minutes.
The announcers tell us that right after this commercial break, Dolph Ziggler has promised to reveal why he betrayed Sheamus last night at Survivor Series.

Dolph comes out to cut his promo, but can barely get a few words out before Sheamus charges out from backstage. As Sheamus gets in the ring, Dolph slides out one of the sides and runs up the ramp. Sheamus gives chase at full speed. Surprisingly, once he reaches the top of the ramp, Dolph turns around to try to fight Sheamus. Fueled by his rage, Sheamus takes it to Dolph, but then is attacked from behind by Cesaro. Sheamus and Cesaro exchange hard shots, with neither guy backing down. Then BROCK LESNAR comes out and attacks Sheamus as well, and Dolph, Cesaro and Brock beat the sh*t out of Sheamus, ending with a big F-5 into the LED panel on the stage.
As medical personnel attend to Sheamus, Paul Heyman comes out, laughing and clapping. He proceeds to cut a promo putting all three men over, talking about how they are all prime physical and mental specimens, three of the most talented, athletic, and dangerous men this industry has ever seen. They’re like the Four Horsemen, except they only need three of them to raise ten times as much hell as the Horsemen ever did. They’re more dangerous than the Dangerous Alliance, and calling them the Triple Threat just simply doesn’t go far enough because they are each more than a threat: they are a certainty that if you step into that ring with one of them, you will lose and you will get hurt. There is only one name that can adequately describe just how truly extraordinarily exceptional these three men are: Ladies and gentlemen, I give you “the Natural” Dolph Ziggler, “the Swiss Superman” Antonio Cesaro, and your WWE Champion “the Beast” Brock Lesnar… the PAUL HEYMAN GUYS!

JUSTIN GABRIEL vs. KALISTO-
The match goes for about eight minutes before the Prime Time Players come out and assault Gabriel, causing a DQ. Kalisto tries to make the save, but he just winds up getting beaten down, too.

Byron Saxton interviews Big E. Langston, asking him how he feels going into his first Raw main event tonight.

LUKE HARPER vs. A JOBBER-
Harper just charges out, immediately hits the Steam Roller, and gets the pin. The announcers comment that not having Bray around doesn’t seem to have affected his performance at all.

Renee Young interviews AJ & Dragon live via satellite. Dragon talks about his match against Brock last night and how Brock beat him and how bad it feels to lose the WWE Title which he had worked his whole life for, and how he is depressed because it seems like his dream has been ripped away from him and is over… but then he looks at his wonderful wife, AJ. AJ is currently the WWE Divas Champion, but she’s lost the belt before, and when she lost it she worked her hardest and climbed back to the top of the mountain and won the title back… and she can do it, so can he! He says he will be taking some time off to heal up and train, but when he comes back, he’ll be looking for Brock Lesnar, or whoever the WWE Champion may be, and he’ll be coming to take his title back!
AJ thanks Dragon for saying nice things about her and reciprocates by talking about how he has inspired her, and then announces that she will be back on the road this Friday night on Smackdown!

John Cena cuts a promo on Christian to hype up tonight’s main event.

ALICIA FOX vs. NATALYA NEIDHART (w/Tyson Kidd)-
Nattie wins clean with the Sharpshooter in six minutes. After the match, Steph comes out and puts over Nattie’s impressive performance in last night’s Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Tag Team Match, and announces that as a result of being the sole survivor of that match, Nattie has earned a shot at the WWE Divas Title, which will take place next week live on Monday Night Raw, emanating from Toronto, the largest city Nattie’s home country of Canada!

RYBACK vs. XAVIER WOODS-
Ryback destroys woods in two minutes.
The announcers comment that not having Bray around doesn’t seem to have affected his performance at all.
Randy Orton cuts a backstage promo to hype up his match with Kofi Kingston. Summer Rae shows up and tries to cozy up to Orton, but Randy rejects her. He says that he led her on last night because she offered to tell him Seth Rollins’ gameplan. That was what he needed to get to ensure that he won the match, so that is all that he wanted… so he doesn’t want Summer. Summer pouts off unhappily.

BRODUS CLAY vs. A JOBBER-
Brodus completely mauls the jobber. The announcers comment that not having Bray around doesn’t seem to have affected his performance at all.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Cody Rhodes(c) vs. Adrian Neville-
Neville has his ribs taped up. The announcers tell us that Justin Gabriel isn’t at ringside because he is still being attended to by a trainer. Neville does his best to fight through his injury, although Cody works it over the whole match. Neville manages to make a comeback, but Cody finally put shim down cleanly with the Cross Rhodes in fourteen minutes. The announcers put over Neville’s heart and toughness.

THE USOS vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY & TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya Neidhart)-
The story of the match is the Kidd and McGillicutty dominate during the early one-on-one feeling-out part of the match, but the Usos take over when they start getting the chance make frequent tags and hit double-team moves. They get the heat on McGillicutty for a while, but eventually McGillicutty manages to break up an attempted double-team move and sends the illegal Uso out of the ring. Unfortunately for McGillicutty, the legal Uso hits him with a big superkick. The Uso the goes to the top rope for a diving splash, but McGillicutty manages to roll out of the way and makes a tag to Kidd, who immediately, hops up to the top rope and hits the legal Uso with a springboard elbow drop for the pin in eleven minutes.

Christian cuts a promo hyping up tonight’s main event.

SETH ROLLINS vs. ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman, Brock Lesnar, & Dolph Ziggler)-
Brock and Ziggler both occasionally drop by the commentary booth and put the whole Heyman Guys faction over. Cesaro wins clean with the Gotch-style Neutralizer in twenty-five minutes.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. HEATH SLATER-
They start out having a regular match, which Ambrose dominates with some technical skill, but once Slater reverses a few of Ambrose’s moves, he gets angry, grabs a chair, and hits Heath with it for the DQ.

Roman Reigns cuts a promo hyping up the main event.

RANDY ORTON vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Orton wins clean in twenty minutes, making Kofi tap out to the Koji Clutch.

We get some footage from a few moments ago of Mark Henry giving Big E. a pep talk before his first main event. We have the footage because WWE has had a cameraman following Big E. around all day today as he prepares for his first Raw main event so that they can do a special on it for the WWE Network.

JOHN CENA & ROMAN REIGNS vs. BIG E. LANGSTON & CHRISTIAN (w/Paige)-
The match goes about twenty minutes, with Cena pinning Big E. after an AA. After the match, Christian gets on the mic and says that Big E. is a loser… but he’s not as big a loser as John Cena is because at least he didn’t lose in his own hometown in front of all his friends and family.
Cena grabs a mic and notes that WWE will be in Christian’s hometown of Toronto next week for Raw, and if Christian had any balls, he’d put his money where his mouth is and face Cena in Toronto. Christian says that he will only face Cena next week in Toronto if he is allowed to choose the type of match. Cena says he’s okay with it if Steph is. Steph comes out and says she is okay with it. Christian tells us that he will announce his choice this Friday night on Smackdown.

WWE.com announces that World Heavyweight Champion Cody Rhodes will not be on Main Event or Superstars this week because he is doing media appearances for WWE.
WWE.com also announces that WWE World Tag Team Champion Justin Gabriel is being held off of Main Event and Superstars to heal the injuries he suffered at the hands of the Prime Time Players on Raw. Both Gabriel and his tag team partner Adrian Neville are hopeful that they will be able to return to action on Smackdown, but nothing is 100% confirmed yet.

WWE.com hypes up that Ziggler has promised to reveal his reasons for betraying Sheamus at Survivor Series tonight on Main Event.
Also announced for Main Event is R-Truth vs. Zack Ryder, Titus O’Neil vs. Kalisto, and a mixed tag team match pitting Tyson Kidd & Natalya Neidhart against Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes.

Main Event: (11/26/2014)
MIXED TAG TEAM MATCH: Tyson Kidd & Natalya Neidhart vs. Primo Colon & Rosa Mendes (w/Epico)-
The heels get the early advantage off of a distraction by Epico, but the babyfaces come back and win in seven minutes with Nattie making Rosa tap to the Sharpshooter.

WWE.com plays a pre-taped promo Cody Rhodes saying that he is currently doing his media appearance in whichever city they were in when beat Kofi ([by cheating, though he doesn't admit that, of course] which led to Kofi joining Team Sheamus at Survivor Series), and it reminded him of that match and he knows Kofi wants a rematch, so he offers Kofi a rematch on Smackdown.
Michael Cole lets us know that Steph has said that she will make this match official if Kofi wants it.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. A JOBBER-
The match never gets started as Dean jumps the jobber from behind as he makes his entrance, then tosses him into stuff and ringside, ending with a big shot to the head with the ring steps.
The announcers wonder Ambrose will be able to control himself without Bray around, or whether he will revert to the “hardcore monster” that plagued him before he met Bray.

R-TRUTH vs. ZACK RYDER-
Truth wins clean in eight minutes.

Dolph Ziggler cuts a promo saying that he was completely honest with Sheamus when he joined his team: He wanted a chance to pin Cody Rhodes and earn a shot at the World Heavyweight Title… but then he got eliminated from the match, and as he came through the curtain, his friend Antonio Cesaro was there to greet him, and Cesaro suggested that he talk to Paul Heyman… so he did. And the things that Paul said made a lot of sense.
He had to face the facts: On this night, he had failed to earn a title shot and would go to the back of the line… but if you are going to go to the back of the line, why not try to make the line a little bit shorter? Why not make sure that Sheamus lost the match, and thus wouldn’t get another title shot at Cody? Once he was eliminated from that match he no longer had any obligations to Sheamus, so he wouldn’t be going back on his word. He certainly wasn’t trying to help Cody in anyway. He did his best to make that pretty clear. He was just making the best move for his own career.

KALISTO vs. TITUS O’NEILL (w/Darren Young)-
The announcers read a Tweet from Justin Gabriel putting Kalisto over and thanking for trying to help fight off the Prime Time Players on Raw. Titus wins clean in twelve minutes after hitting his finisher.

Superstars: (11/27/2014)
RANDY ORTON vs. HEATH SLATER-
Randy kicks Heath’s ass, eventually making him tap to the Koji Clutch, which Michael Cole tells us that Orton calls the “Viper’s Bite.”

Kofi Kingston cuts a backstage promo accepting Cody Rhodes challenge (made last night on Main Event) to a match on tomorrow night's Smackdown.

R-TRUTH vs. PRIMO COLON (w/Epico Colon & Rosa Mendes)-
Truth wins clean in ten minutes.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. ZACK RYDER-
They start out with some technical stuff, and continue until Ryder gets an advantage, at which point Dean gets frustrated and kicks him in the nuts for a DQ, then powerbombs him through the Spanish announce table. The English announces say that it really seems like Ambrose can’t control his hardcore urges without Bray Wyatt around.

John Cena cuts a backstage promo saying that it doesn’t matter what stipulation Christian chooses for their match on Raw, because Cena is fighting with the never-say-die attitude of a man with something to prove.

MARK HENRY & BIG E. LANGSTON vs. THE USOS-
Mark & Big E. win clean in seventeen minutes, sticking to their strategy of using their strength o hit hard, but keep their opponents close rather than throwing them across the ring. Big E. gets the pin on Jey after hitting the Big Ending.

WWE.com reports that Zack Ryder will not be at Smackdown tonight due to injuries suffered by being powerbomed through the announce table by Dean Ambrose on Superstars.

Smackdown: (11/28/2014)- Fort Wayne, IN

The show opens with Christian coming out to announce his choice of stipulation for his big match against John Cena on Raw. He cuts a promo declaring himself to be the greatest Canadian wrestler of all-time, so there is no way in hell he’ll lose to John Cena in his hometown of Toronto… especially because he has chosen for that match to be his match: the Ladder Match.
Tyson Kidd comes out and says that Christian is not the greatest Canadian wrestler of all-time: Bret Hart is. In fat, Christian isn’t even the greatest Canadian ladder match competitor of all-time: that would be Edge. Tyson doesn’t even think that Christian is the best Canadian superstar on the WWE roster right now. Tyson says that because Cody Rhodes has found yet another excuse to dodge him tonight, he doesn’t have a match signed yet… so if Christian wants to claim to be the best Canadian superstar in the WWE, then why doesn’t he put his money where his mouth is?
Christian doesn’t want to, but Steph comes out and makes the match official… and it will be tonight’s main event!

LUKE HARPER vs. SETH ROLLINS-
Harper starts the match off by quickly taking it to Rollins, forcing Rollins to fight defensively almost the entire match. Harper is extremely aggressive the whole time. When he hits, he hits hard and very rapidly. When he misses, it is still a big swing, with enough momentum behind it to send him stumbling forward because Rollins’ body wasn’t in the way to provide an opposite force to slow him down. It is these big misses that allow Seth to get in some bursts of offense, but he succumbs to the Steamroller in about ten minutes. The announcers wonder if not having Bray around has something to do with Harper’s aggressiveness… but whatever the case, it seems to be working for him.

The Prime Time Players come out and cut a promo claiming that Airstrike’s win over them at Survivor Series was a roll-up fluke. They say that they will keep beating Neville and Gabriel up until they give them another title shot. Neville and Gabriel come out and they have a big brawl that spills into the crowd and up to the concession stands before security breaks it up.

RYBACK vs. HEATH SLATER-
Ryback completely squashes Slater, giving him literally no offense. The announcers put over this dominating performance. Babyface Cole tries to argue that this is the result of not being influenced by Bray anymore while heel JBL argues that Bray helped to give Ryback the tools he has needed to succeed in the WWE.

RANDY ORTON vs. KALISTO vs. ROMAN REIGNS-
Orton wins clean in eight minutes when Kalisto misses a flippy splash. Orton then avoids a spear from Reigns, sending him to the outside, then locks in the Viper’s Bite on Kalisto for the submission victory.

JOHN CENA & BIG SHOW vs. THE USOS-
Cena & Show win clean in seven minutes when Cena catches an Uso going for a crossbody and hits the AA. Renee Young gets a reaction interview from Cena as he comes through the curtain. She asks him about facing Christian in a ladder match in Toronto. Cena says that if he beat Edge in a TLC match in Toronto, he can beat Christian in a ladder match in Toronto.

BRIE BELLA vs. NATALYA NEIDHART (w/Tyson Kidd)-
AJ Bryan is on commentary. She talks up her title defense against Nattie on Raw, saying that facing an extremely talented wrestler like Nattie is difficult enough, but when you add in that she is facing a Canadian in Canada, and it might just be the toughest title defense she’s ever had. She also talks up Daniel Bryan’s absence, saying that Daniel is healing and training right now, but when he comes back, you can bet that he will have his sights set on the WWE Title once again.
Nattie wins clean in six minutes with the Sharpshooter.

JACK SWAGGER vs. DEAN AMBROSE-
Swager aggressively goes for takedowns, forcing Ambrose to wrestle a very technical, amateur-style match. The announcers remind us that while Ambrose has become known for his hardcore leanings in the WWE, he is a very good technical wrestler… but not as good as the All-American American. As a result, Ambrose is on the defensive almost the entire match. At one point he manages to slip free and goes to the floor to get his US Title belt. He gets back into the ring and tries to use it as a weapon, but Swagger simply ducks it and takes Ambrose down once again, eventually finishing him off with the Patriot Act. Total time is about nine minutes.

Christian cuts a backstage promo saying that he’ll beat Cena on Raw just like he’ll beat Tyson Kidd tonight.

BRODUS CLAY vs. A JOBBER-
Brodus brutalizes the poor jobber to the point that he does a stretcher job.

CODY RHODES vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Cody wins clean in thirteen minutes. Michael McGillicutty is on commentary and accuses Cody Rhodes of ducking him and Tyson Kidd instead of giving them the title matches that they were promised in exchange for joining his Survivor Series team.

Mark Henry & Big E. Langston cut a backstage promo saying that they are going after the tag titles.

THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes) vs. ANTONIO CESARO & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Paul Heyman)-
Cesaro and Ziggler win clean in seven minutes.

TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya Neidhart) vs. CHRISITAN (w/Paige)-
The announcers put over their history together, specifically that Christian has not pinned or submitted or really beaten Tyson in any meaningful way since their very first match together back in June 2009. He hasn’t even eliminated him in a battle royale. His only direct victory of any sort over Tyson since then was at UltraClash 2013, when Tyson was disqualified for excessive punishment. They say that this win would be a great monkey for Christian to get off his back before going into his big ladder match with John Cena on Raw. Unfortunately for Christian, Tyson manages to beat him via roll-up in thirteen minutes.

WWE.com announces that as a result of his victory over Ambrose on Smackdown, Jack Swagger will receive a shot at Ambrose’s WWE United States Title on Raw this Monday.

Tonight’s Raw from Toronto is definitely one you don’t want to miss! Christian finally gives John Cena the chance to defeat him in his own hometown… but in order to do so, Cena will have to defeat Christian in Christian’s own specialty: a ladder match!
In addition to this, there will be TWO big title matches as Dean Ambrose defends the US Title against Jack Swagger while Natalya Neidhart challenges AJ Bryan for the Divas Title in her home country of Canada!
In addition to this, The Miz will return to action for the first time since losing an I Quit match to former protégé Roman Reigns at Survivor Series, and we will hear from Sheamus for the first time since he was assaulted last week on Raw but the seemingly unstoppable combination of Dolph Ziggler, Antonio Cesaro, & Brock Lesnar. Speaking of Paul Heyman’s “Guys,” Cesaro and Ziggler will team up tonight to face the team of Kofi Kingston & Big Show.
Also on tonight’s show, Seth Rollins will face Kalisto in what could be one of the most action-packed encounters of the entire year!

Raw: (12/1/2014)- Toronto, ON
The show opens with Christian running his mouth on Cena, saying that Cena will never beat him here in Toronto- especially in a ladder match, and that the winner’s pruse that is currently hanging above the ring is as good as his.
Cena comes out and takes exception to his comments, especially being called a loser. He says that losing in front of his hometown crowd last month has fueled him, and he has resolved to make Christian feel the same shame for being such a jerk about it. They almost come to blows, but security quickly separates them.

SETH ROLLINS vs. KALISTO-
Rollins wins clean in fifteen action-packed minutes.

Byron Saxton interviews Dean Ambrose backstage, asking him about his upcoming title match tonight. Ambrose says that he is a hardcore monster and would much rather be having a ladder match like John Cena and Christian. He says that if he can’t have a hardcore match on paper, he’ll just make sure his match is a hardcore match unofficially.

MARK HENRY & BIG E. LANGSTON vs. THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS-
Mark & Big E. win clean in ten minutes.

We get a pre-taped video promo from Sheamus warning Dolph Ziggler’s new Heyman guy pals to stay out of his way because “Dolph, when I come back, I’m coming for your head!”

Christian comes out and once again starts trash-talking Cena. Cena comes out and says that he’s sick and tired of Christian running his mouth. If that’s the way Christian wants to play it, then why don’t they get started right now?
Christian and Cena start to brawl, but rather than security coming out to break them up, a referee comes out to ringside and orders the bell to be rung to start the match while Michael Cole tells us that Steph has ordered for the match to start right now.
LADDER MATCH: Christian vs. John Cena-
Cena wins clean in twenty minutes.

RYBACK vs. R-TRUTH-
Truth gets some offense in, but Ryback dominates most of the match. He pounds Truth in the corner, and when the ref tries to tell him off for using a closed fist, he responds by punching the referee in the face. Truth takes this opportunity to run off, while the downed and hurt ref manages to gather up enough strength to do his duty and call for the DQ. Ryback gets angry and goes at the ref, but security rushes out to protect the ref. Ryback fights all the security guys, then ignores the ref, instead grabbing the ring bell (and scaring the piss out of the timekeeper in the process), and angrily throwing the bell up the ramp before storming backstage.

THE USOS vs. RANDY ORTON & ROMAN REIGNS-
Reigns & Orton win clean in ten minutes when Orton counters an Uso dive with an RKO on the floor, then rolls the Uso into the ring and pins him.

We get a segment where Michael McGillicutty and Tyson Kidd call Cody Rhodes out and both demand to know when they’re getting the title shots they were promised. Thinking quickly on his feet, Cody says that they first need to determine which one of them should get the shot first, so he thinks they should wrestle each other tonight, with the winner getting a title shot tomorrow night on Smackdown. Steph comes out and approves this idea, but warns Cody that there had better not be any funny business. Steph makes the match for right now!

WINNER GETS A WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH TOMORROW NIGHT ON SMACKDOWN: Tyson Kidd vs. Michael McGillicutty-
Cody Rhodes does commentary. When Cole asks him about accusations that he is ducking both challengers, Cody says that he isn’t ducking them at all, but maybe he should because neither one of them is in his league.
The match goes for about fifteen minutes, with Tyson picking up the clean win in front of the partisan Canadian crowd.

Renee Young goes to Jack Swagger’s locker room to try to interview him about his upcoming US Title match tonight, but Swagger ignores her.

ZACK RYDER & HEATH SLATER vs. THE COLONS (w/Rosa Mendes)-
The match goes a few minutes until Luke Harper comes out and just runs through all four guys with Steamrollers for the double-DQ.

International Airstrike cut a backstage promo saying that they will fight PTP whenever and wherever they want. Just like on Smackdown, all PTP have to do is let them know.
PTP then jump them from behind and beat them up backstage, focusing Neville’s ribs.

KOFI KINGSTON & BIG SHOW vs. ANTONIO CESARO & DOLPH ZIGGLER (w/Paul Heyman)-
The Heyman Guys win clean in fifteen minutes when Cesaro pins Kofi after a Gotch-style Neutralizer.

WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Dean Ambrose(c) vs. Jack Swagger-
Just like their match on Smackdown, Swagger aggressively goes for amateur takedowns and controls things with mat-wrestling, forcing Ambrose to wrestle very defensively. The few times that Ambrose is able to get free, he goes to the outside to get a weapon, but Swagger always either cuts him off before he can get it, or ducks the weapon shot and takes Dean down, controlling him with amateur techniques. The finish comes when Damien Sandow shows up, disctracting Swagger just long enough for Dean to slips out of whatever hold Swagger has him in and turn it over into a quick roll-up to retain the title. Sandow then runs away, and Swagger chases after him until Sandow gets into his car and speeds off.

The announcers comment on Sandow’s surprising return costing Swagger the US Title, and then segue into talking about the return of another man we haven’t seen since Survivor Series: The Miz! And he will be wrestling right after this commercial break.

Miz comes out and cuts a promo saying he’ll destroy whoever his opponent is. Then he finds out who he is facing…
THE MIZ vs. BRODUS CLAY-
Miz runs away from Brodus, intentionally getting counted out. JBL puts this over as very wise when you consider what Brodus and the other former Wyatts have done to people over the past week.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: AJ Bryan(c) vs. Natalya Neidhart (w/Tyson Kidd)-
Nattie wins in 20-25 minutes, making AJ tap clean in the middle of the ring with the Sharpshooter in front of the always-patriotic Canadian crowd. I’d leave a good five minutes at the end of the show for a big celebration with lots of confetti, and as many (non-Teddy) Harts as WWE can scrounge up. Just do everything possible to make this a huge moment.

Christian Tweets about being very banged up after tonight’s ladder match.

On Tuesday morning, WWE.com announces that a Falls Count Anywhere match between the Prime Time Players and International Airstrike 2.0 has been signed for Smackdown.

WWE.com also announces that as punishment for assaulting a referee, Ryback has been suspended for one week and will return to action on next week’s Raw.

On Wednesday, WWE.com runs a story that WWE General Manager Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley has been in meetings all day, first with the Prime Time Players, and later with International Airstrike 2.0, and she will have a big announcement concerning Friday’s Falls Count Anywhere at the beginning of tonight’s episode of Main Event.

Main Event: (12/3/2015)
Steph announces that after talking to both teams, she has made the Falls Count Anywhere match between the Prime Time Players and International Airstrike 2.0 scheduled for Smackdown into a WWE World Tag Team Title match as well, in the hopes that this will allow these two teams to resolve their issue once and for all.

Tyson Kidd cuts a backstage promo putting over Nattie’s title win on Raw and building up is won World Heavyweight Title match this Friday on Smackdown.

R-TRUTH vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY-
Truth wins clean in ten minutes.

The announcers hype up a big announcement from now-former Divas Champion AJ Bryan about her future, which will happen tomorrow night on Superstars.

THE PRIME TIME PLAYERS vs. DOLPH ZIGGLER & ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman)-
The Heyman guys win clean when Dolph pins Darren Young after a Zig-Zag in eleven minutes.

We get a quick video package recapping Cena’s ladder match win over Christian on Raw and the injuries Christian suffered during the match.

SETH ROLLINS vs. THE MIZ-
Seth wins clean in fourteen minutes.

Announced for tonight’s Smackdown is John Cena vs. Miz, and a big opportunity for NXT’s Sylvester Lefort as he teams up with NXT alumni Kalisto to take on Seth Rollins and WWE Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns. Also on Smackdown, Jack Swagger will get the chance to get revenge on Damien Sandow for costing him the US Title on Raw. This is all in addition to Cody Rhodes defending the World Heavyweight Title against Tyson Kidd and International Airstrike 2.0 defending the WWE World Tag Team Titles against the Prime Time Players in a Falls Count Anywhere match!

Smackdown: (12/5/2014)- Ottawa, ON
MARK HENRY & BIG E. LANGSTON vs. KOFI KINGSTON & BIG SHOW-
Mark & Big E. win clean in ten minutes when Mark counters a Trouble in Paradise into the World’s Strongest Slam and pins Kofi.

Renee Young interviews Lefort & Kalisto. Lefort insists that Kalisto needs to listen to everything he says. Also, he hits on Renee, who politely turns him down.

DEAN AMBROSE vs. R-TRUTH-
They wrestle a technical match for about five minutes before Ambrose goes and grabs the ring bell and attacks Truth with it for the DQ.

We get a replay of AJ’s speech from last night, followed by Michael Cole announcing that AJ’s return match against Nattie has been signed for WrestleWar.

SETH ROLLINS & ROMAN REIGNS vs. SYLVESTER LEFORT & KALSITO-
Kalisto starts for his team while Lefort stands on the apron, trash-talking their opponents and also criticizing Kalisto. At one point he demands a tag, so Kalisto decides to tag him in. He is pretty much completely dismantled by Reigns and Rollins, but Lefort should be able to make it fun. Rollins gets the pin.

A JOBBER vs. A DIFFERENT JOBBER-
Brodus Clay runs in and mauls them both.

JOHN CENA vs. THE MIZ-
Cena wins clean in seven minutes, pinning Miz after an AA. After the match Paul Heyman comes out and cuts a promo. He says that because it is the holiday season, he is here to offer John Cena a “gift” from the WWE Champion, “The Beast” BBBRRRRROOOCKKKK LLLESSNNNNARRR! He is going to give Cena a shot at the WWE Title… and not just any title shot, but Brock wants a No DQ’s match because while he has beaten Cena many times, he’s never beaten Cena in a No DQ’s match- and Cena has also beaten Brock in a No DQ’s match. Brock is getting a bit bored with the competition here in WWE, so he wants a real challenge, so he will face Cena in a match that he thinks gives Cena an advantage.
He tells Cena that before he accepts this “gift” he needs to stop and think for a second: does he really want to experience facing THE BEAST in a No DQ’s match? It could well be the end of his career.
Cena, of course, accepts the match.

When we return from a commercial, Cole tells us that Steph has made the Cena vs. Lesnar No DQ’s match for the WWE Title official for WrestleWar 2014.

Tyson Kidd & Natalya cut a backstage promo about Nattie’s title win on Raw and hyping up Tyson’s World Heavyweight Title match tonight.

DAMIEN SANDOW vs. JACK SWAGGER-
The announcers remind us that this match has been signed because Sandow cost Swagger the US Title on Raw. The match goes about a minute, with Swagger dominating the whole time, not only making Sandow tap, but breaking his ankle.
After the match, Swagger grabs a mic and angrily demands a title shot to replace the one that Sandow screwed him out of. Rather than US Champion Dean Ambrose, though, it is Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns who answers his challenge and offers him a title shot. Steph comes out and says she thinks the match is a great idea, and books it for WreslteWar.

LUKE HARPER vs. A JOBBER-
Harper murderizes the jobber.

RANDY ORTON vs. MICHAEL MCGILLICUTTY-
Orton makes McGIllicutty tap clean to the Viper’s Bite in ten minutes.

Sylvester Lefort cuts a backstage promo trying to place all of the blame for his team’s loss tonight on Kalisto, but he is cut off in the middle of his ranting when Luke Harper just randomly runs by hits him with the Steamroller, then throws him around into to stuff. Harper then shoves the cameraman and destroys the camera.

THE USOS vs. DOLPH ZIGGER & ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman)-
The Heyman guys win clean in twelve minutes.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Cody Rhodes(c) vs. Tyson Kidd (w/Natalaya)-
Cody offers a handshake after the bell rings, and then immediately kicks Tyson in the balls for a DQ. He shouts “you wanted a title shot? There’s your title shot!” then grabs the belt and leaves the arena.

FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE MATCH FOR THE WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. the Prime Time Players-
Airstrike win a wild and crazy brawl cleanly in fifteen minutes. PTP spend their time double-teaming Neville and working over his ribs.

WWE.com has a lot of news to report over the weekend. First is that WWE General Manager Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley is furious with Cody Rhodes for his actions on Smackdown and has promised to address him on Raw.
Second: as a result of the wild Falls Count Anywhere tag title match on Smackdown, Adrian Neville and both Prime Time Players will be out of action for a few days.
R-Truth will also be out of action for some time, having sustained a head injury from Dean Ambrose’s shot with the ring bell.
Also out of action will be Damien Sandow, whose ankle was re-injured by Jack Swagger.

On Monday, WWE.com announces that Raw will be main evented by Mark Henry & Big E. Langston vs. Dolph Ziggler & Antonio Cesaro, and because both teams have recently picked up an impressive string of wins, this match will also determine the #1 contenders for the WWE World Tag Team Titles at WrestleWar.
Also announced for WrestleWar is a battle of ex-friends, as Seth Rollins’ impressive series of wins last week has earned him a shot at the US Title held by his former friend Dean Ambrose.

Raw: (12/8/2014) Detroit, MI

DEAN AMBROSE vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Kofi wrestles a technical match, which seems to force Ambrose to do the same. Ambrose eventually picks up the clean win with the Regal Stretch in fifteen minutes.

Renee Young is backstage interviewing Michael McGillicutty. She asks him for his thoughts on Cody Rhodes intentionally getting DQed in his World Heavyweight Title match against Tyson Kidd on Smackdown, and whether he thinks Cody will do something like that when he eventually gets his World Heavyweight Title shot owed to him from teaming with Cody at Survivor Series.
McGillicutty says that he didn’t think Cody would stoop that low, but he did, so he will be ready for it. Cody then jumps him from behind and rams his head into one of those big boxes a whole bunch of times while Renee calls for help.

KALISTO vs. THE MIZ vs. JEY USO (w/Jimmy Uso)-
Miz spends most of the match hiding, eventually popping up to shove the high-flyers off of the top rope when they go for a big move and then trying to steal the pin. This happens a few times until Kalisto kicks Miz in the face when he tries to interfere, then hits a big flippy finisher on Jey for the pin.

BRODUS CLAY & RYBACK vs. THE MIZ & ZACK RYDER-
Miz starts the match for his team, but soon runs away in fear of the vicious, violent, aggressive Wyatts. Ryder is left all alone, and is utterly destroyed, to the point that the match ends by referee stoppage and Ryder is stretchered off. We go to a commercial and return in time to see Ryder being loaded into an ambulance while several people, including Steph and Big Show look on.

We get a video package to build up the Reigns vs. Swagger IC Title match at WrestleWar, focusing on the fact that Swagger made Reigns tap out in the IC Title #1 Contendership Round Robin Tournament back in July and that Roman passed out in the Patriot Act in September. After the video package, we get a sit-down interview with Roman in which he promises not to tap out or pass out at WrestleWar.

JACK SWAGGER vs. EPICO (w/Rosa Mendes & Primo Colon)-
Swagger wins clean in nine minutes making Epico tap. Epico limps to the back.

We get a segment with Steph and Cena. Steph tells Cena that she wants him to beat Brock because she doesn’t like the idea of Paul Heyman controlling the WWE Title. She asks Cena if there is anything that he thinks might help him win. Cena asks her for some warm-up No DQ’s matches, so Steph books one against Primo Colon for right now.

NO DISQUALIFICATIONS MATCH: John Cena vs. Primo Colon (w/Rosa Mendes)-
Cena wins clean in seven minutes after an AA through a table.

HEATH SLATER vs. A JOBBER-
Heath wins clean in two minutes. After the match, Dean Ambrose comes out and assaults both men with a Kendo stick. He grabs a mic and cuts a promo saying that it’s BS that John Cena gets to have a No DQ’s match, but he, the Hardcore Monster, doesn’t. He demands that his US Title with Seth Rollins be made a No DQ’s match.
Steph comes out and tries to talk Ambrose down, but he warns her that history has proven that he can’t control the hardcore monster within him without Bray Wyatt’s help, so there’s a good chance that he’ll just get DQed at WrestleWar, so Steph should just give him what he wants.
Seth Rollins comes out and tells Dean that he doesn’t need Bray Wyatt’s help to control the hardcore monster within him. His matches against Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston recently have proven that. Ambrose says that Seth doesn’t understand what it’s like, and reiterates that he can’t control himself. He tells Steph at as US Champion, he demands that she change the match to a No DQ’s match or else he’ll no-show the PPV. Steph gets angry but feels caught. He is the champion after all, and she doesn’t want to erode the prestige of the title by stripping it. Seth Rollins steps up and tells Steph to give Dean what he wants. Steph is still hesitant, but Seth assures her that he knows what to do.

FATAL FOUR-WAY MATCH: Naomi vs. Emma vs. Paige (w/Christian) vs. Natalya Neidhart (w/Tyson Kidd)-
Nattie wins clean in fifteen minutes, pinning Naomi.

LUKE HARPER vs. JUSTIN GABRIEL-
Gabriel is clearly still banged up from the Falls Count Anywhere match on Smackdown, and Harper takes advantage of this, slamming and powerbombing him all over the place. Justin tries to make a comeback, but Harper overwhelms him. The referee eventually stops the match, but Harper keeps beating on Gabriel, causing the ref to reverse the decision and DQ Harper for excessive punishment. He still keeps beating on Gabriel, though, until Big Show charges down the ramp to make the save, closely followed by a zillion security guards who restrain Harper and take him away while Big Show attends to Justin Gabriel.
Big Show then grabs a mic and cuts a promo saying that the Wyatts have been running roughshod over the WWE since Survivor Series and it’s his fault. He thought that just making Bray go away would be enough, but now he sees that he needs to put the other Wyatts down, too.

RANDY ORTON vs. JIMMY USO (w/Jey Uso)-
Randy wins clean in twelve minutes with the Viper’s Bite.

Steph comes out to the ring and calls out Cody Rhodes. She says that she won’t keep allowing him to dodge challengers the way he has been, and announces that Tyson Kidd will get another shot at the World Heavyweight Title, but this time Cody can lose the belt on a DQ or a count-out… and the match will take place this Sunday at WrestleWar!
Tyson Kidd then comes out and tells Cody “at WrestleWar, your title and your ass are mine!”

WINNER BECOMES #1 CONTENDERS TO THE WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLES AT WRESTLEWAR: Mark Henry & Big E. Langston vs. Dolph Ziggler & Antonio Cesaro (w/Paul Heyman)-
The match goes about twenty minutes. Big E. is the babyface in peril, with Heyman distracting the ref to cause him to miss several tags. He eventually manages to tag Mark Henry in, though, and Mark runs wild on the heels for a while. He hits Dolph with the World’s Strongest Slam and goes for the pin, but Heyman distracts the ref. The Heyman guys eventually regain control, but then Sheamus comes out of the crowd, making his big return, and chasing the Heyman Guys away, causing them to lose by count-out.

WWE.com informs us that Zack Ryder will be out of action for at least a month following the injuries he sustained at the hands of Brodys Clay and Ryback. We are also informed that Michael McGillicutty sustained a concussion during the heinous backstage attack by Cody Rhodes last night, and will be out of action until he is cleared to return.

WWE.com announces on Tuesday that Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler has been signed for WrestleWar.

WWE.com puts out an article on Wednesday informing us all that Big Show vs. Luke Harper has been signed for WrestleWar, and noting that the locker room scuttlebutt is that Steph is looking for wrestlers willing to step up and face Ryback and Brodus as well.

Main Event: (12/10/2014)

The show opens with a recap of Sheamus returning at the end of Raw. We then go into Sheamus totally squashing a jobber dead. He then grabs a mic and warns “this is what’s coming to you, Ziggler!”
PTP cut a pre-taped promo saying that if Airstrike thinks they are done with them, they have another thing coming.
Orton volunteers to face one of the Wyatts, saying that he is looking for the toughest challenges he can find to prove that he is worthy of a world title shot.

ROMAN REIGNS vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Roman wins clean in twelve minutes.

Heyman volunteers to have Cesaro face one of the Wyatts, but says that he’d like Steph to keep this in mind the next time he asks her for a favor.

THE MIZ vs. TYSON KIDD (w/Natalya)-
Tyson wins clean in twelve minutes.

WWE.com announces that Antonio Cesaro vs. Ryback and Brodus Clay vs. Randy Orton have been added to WrestleWar!

Superstars: (12/11/2014)
The show opens with the announcers telling us about a blockbuster main event signed for Smackdown: The former Wyatt Family (Dean Ambrose, Luke Harper Brodus Clay, & Ryback) will team up to take on their opponents for the WrestleWar (Seth Rollins, Big Show, Randy Orton, & Antonio Cesaro) in a big eight man tag team match!
John Cena comes out and cuts a promo hyping up his No DQ’s WWE Title match against Brock Lesnar this Sunday at WrestleWar. Cena says that he is looking for another opponent to have a “warm-up” No DQ’s match against tomorrow night on Smackdown. Miz comes out and says that he’ll be Cena’s opponent… IF Cena is willing to put his title shot on the line. Cena agrees.

MARK HENRY & BIG E. LANGSTON vs. A TEAM FROM NXT-
Mark & Big E. win clean in six minutes.

NATALYA NEIDHART & TYSON KIDD vs. PRIMO COLON & ROSA MENDES (w/Epico Colon)-
Tyson & Nattie win clean in seven minutes when Nattie makes Rosa tap to the Sharpshooter.

JACK SWAGGER vs. KALISTO-
Swagger wins clean in thirteen minutes with the Patriot Act.

WWE.com reports that Dolph Ziggler will not be at tonight’s Smackdown as his private doctor- recruited for him by his manager Paul Heyman- has advised him not to wrestle tonight due to a potential back injury (with the idea here being that he’s full of sh*t and Heyman just found a way to get Dolph pulled from the show so that Sheamus doesn’t kick his ass).

Smackdown: (12/12/2014)- Grand Rapids, MI

KOFI KINGSTON vs. SHEAMUS-
Sheamus wins clean in just six minutes. The announcers comment on how quickly he beat an established veteran like Kofi Kingston. After the match, Sheamus gets on the mic and says that Dolph claims he can’t be here tonight because he has a “bad back”… but after WrestleWar, Sheamus will make sure that Dolph has a bad everything else to go along with it.

CODY RHODES vs. KALISTO-
Tyson Kidd is on commentary. The match starts to go long and Cody becomes frustrated that he can’t put Kalisto away. The announcers speculate that the longer this match goes, the move of an advantage Tyson Kidd will have at WrestleWar, both physically and psychologically. At about the eighteen minute mark, Cody gets frustrated and kicks Kalisto in the nuts for the low blow. The announcers point out that if that happens at WrestleWar, Cody will lose the World Heavyweight Title. Cody goes to get the title belt to hit Kalisto with, but Tyson Kidd makes the save and lays Cody out with one of his finishers.

Jack Swagger cuts a backstage promo warning Roman Reigns that he had better tap out when he slaps on the Patriot Act, or else he will wind up just like David Otunga and Damien Sandow: with a broken ankle.

ROMAN REIGNS vs. HEATH SLATER-
Reigns runs right through Slater in ten seconds.

INTERNATIONAL AIRSTRIKE 2.0 vs. THE USOS-
The announcers put over what a big match this is for the Usos, as they are once again getting the chance to redeem their losses to Airstrike. The match goes about six minutes with Usos surprisingly taking about three quarters of it, but the Prime Time Players come out and assault Airstrike for the DQ. The Usos make the save with steel chairs.
Steph announces that if PTP interfere in the WWE World Tag Team Championship match at WrestleWar 2014, they will be suspended indefinitely without pay.

Tyson and Nattie cut a promo putting over the possibility of becoming just the third husband-and-wife duo to be world champions together, after first Steph & Hunter, and most recently the Bryans.

Mark Henry & Big E. Langston cut a promo saying that they will win the tag titles at WrestleWar.

NO DQ’S MATCH WITH CENA’S WRESTLEWAR WWE TITLE SHOT ON THE LINE: John Cena vs. The Miz-
Cena wins clean in fifteen minutes, pinning Miz after an AA through a table. The announcers spend the match wondering if whoever wins will be so banged up that it will put him at a disadvantage against Brock at WrestleWar.

We get a quick pre-taped promo from AJ saying that she will take the Divas Title back from Nattie, and that will be the first step to her and Daniel once again living their dream of being champions together.

RYBACK, BRODUS CLAY, LUKE HARPER, & DEAN AMBROSE vs. SETH ROLLINS, BIG SHOW, RANDY ORTON, & ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman)-
The match goes about six minutes, with the Wyatts barely paying any attention to the rules of tag team wrestling, until the ref gets fed up and disqualifies them. While this might end the match, it doesn’t end the fight, as everyone brawls with their respective WrestleWar opponents. While the other pairs have a wild brawl all around the arena, Rollins does everything he can to keep Ambrose grounded by the announcer's table with simple moves like headlocks to prevent Dean from reaching for any weapons.

WWE WrestleWar 2014: (12/14/2014)- Minneapolis, MN

PRE-SHOW:
Tyson Kidd & Natalya cut a promo together about this being their big night, with Nattie defending the Divas Title and Tyson having the chance to win the World Heavyweight Title. They’ve even flow some family in from Calgary.

KALISTO vs. KOFI KINGSTON-
Kofi wins clean in fifteen minutes. Handshakes all around afterwards.

We get a series a promos, one after the other, from the four men taking on the Wyatts, describing their goals in doing so. Big Show says that it’s his duty to clean up the last vestiges of Bray Wyatt’s reign of terror over the WWE. Seth Rollins says that he thinks he can help Dean Ambrose and ensure that he doesn’t fall under Bray’s spell once again when Bray returns. Cesaro (& Heyman) talk about wanting to show off how great Cesaro is and build up some “political capital” by doing Steph a favor. Orton just wants to earn a world title shot, and Brodus Clay was the toughest opponent that wasn’t yet booked.

Cena cuts a big promo about taking the WWE Title from Brock Lesnar and bringing it back to someone who respects the WWE enough to be on the road full-time.

MAIN SHOW:
During the opening video package, we hear Cole franticly yelling for them to go live, as Sheamus has already come out to the ring. He grabs a mic and says that he is tired of waiting. He want Dolph Ziggler NOW!
Dolph obliges him, and Sheamus charges down the ramp to meet him. They brawl on the ramp and stage for a while, until Sheamus gives Dolph a big spear through the LED board on the stage, and medical personnel run out to check on both men, eventually sending them both to the hospital. Total time is about nine minutes.

Big E. Langston cuts a promo about how excited he is for his first shot at championship in WWE, and how much it would mean to him to win the tag titles with his mentor, Mark Henry.

RANDY ORTON vs. BRODUS CLAY-
Brodus is wild and aggressive while Randy is the exact opposite: calm and calculating. Brodus plays the heel role, but Orton does get in a lot of offense. Randy makes a comeback but Brodus cuts him off by blocking the RKO. Brodus gets more offense in and Randy makes another comeback, but Brodus once again cuts him off by blocking the RKO. Brodus starts to really take control of things and goes for the Fall of Humanity, but Orton moves out of the way, then locks in the Viper’s Bite until Brodus passes out in the hold.

WWE WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: International Airstrike 2.0(c) vs. Mark Henry & Big E. Langston-
Airstrike are still banged up from the Prime Time Players various attacks over the past month. Neville’s ribs in particular are taped up, and they are what Mark and Big E. focus on. On more than one occasion, Gabriel has to rush into the ring almost immediately to break up a potentially match-ending bearhug. Neville eventually makes the hot tag, and Gabriel runs wild with head kicks. He eventually hits Big E. with a 450, then tags in Neville who goes up top and hits the Red Arrow, but is too injured to be able to make the cover in time, so Gabriel has to run in and drag Neville to the corner, make a tag, knock Mar Henry off the apron, and then hit Big E. with a springboard 450 to the back as Big E. is crawling towards his corner, and then finally make the pin himself. Total match time is about thirteen minutes.

RYBACK vs. ANTONIO CESARO (w/Paul Heyman)
They both show off their impressive strength throughout the match, but Cesaro picks up the win in fifteen minutes after a Gotch-style Neutralizer.

WWE DIVAS TITLE MATCH: Natalya Neidhart(c) (w/Tyson Kidd) vs. AJ Bryan-
The announcers note Daniel Bryan’s absence from his wife’s corner at ringside and speculate as to whether this means that Brock Lesnar did more damage to him than the Bryans were willing to admit. JBL, being a good heel, says that Brock probably beat Dragon so badly that Dragon is scared to be in the same building as Brock. JBL also wonders whether losing their titles and the end of their dream of being champions together has damaged their marriage.
Nattie wins clean in ten minutes, making AJ tap to the Sharpshooter in the middle of the ring.

NO DISQUALIFICATIONS MATCH FOR THE WWE UNITED STATES TITLE: Dean Ambrose(c) vs. Seth Rollins-
The story of this match is Rollins forcing Ambrose to wrestle a technical match. Whenever Ambrose goes to get a weapon, Rollins manages to cut him off and toss the weapon away. We build up to a spot where Dean goes get some shots in with a Kendo stick, but on the last one they do the spot where Rollins absorbs the blow and traps the Kendo stick between his arm and chest and wrenches it away, then gets rid of it and slows things down again with technical holds. Dean is forced to respond in kind, and eventually picks up the win with the Regal Stretch in about twenty minutes. (I’d also make extra sure that the announcers are able to put over the story of this match).

WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Roman Reigns(c) vs. Jack Swagger-
The match is built around Swagger going for the Patriot Act and Roman blocking it or quickly powering out. The finish comes when Swagger locks in the Patriot Act but Roman quickly rolls through it, sending Swagger into the ropes. Swagger then turns around to go after Roman again, but by the time he does, Roman has already popped up to his feet and lunges forward, connecting with a spear for the pin in thirteen minutes.

LUKE HARPER vs. BIG SHOW-
Show wins clean in sixteen minutes with the WMD and a chokeslam.

WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH IN WHICH THE TITLE CAN CHANGE HANDS VIA DQ OR COUNT-OUT: Cody Rhodes(c) vs. Tyson Kidd (w/Natalya)-
Cody wins clean in about twenty-three minutes, pinning Tyson after hitting Cross Rhodes.

NO DISQUALIFICATIONS MATCH FOR THE WWE TITLE: Brock Lesnar(c) (w/Paul Heyman) vs. John Cena-
An all-out crazy weapons match. Brock wins in thirty minutes with no interference whatsoever, even from Heyman, working Cena’s arm over with weapons before eventually making him tap out to the Kimura.
