CANDICE LERAE, CEDRICK ALEXANDER, WILLIE MACK, & BRANDON GATSON vs. CALEB KONLEY, ODB, “MAN-SCOUT” JAKE MANNING, & “PRETTY” PETER AVALON- 5.75/10
Standard fun PWG big tag team match.
MR. AGUILA vs. REY BUCANERO- 5.5/10
A bit sloppy at times, but still a decent lucha match.
JOEY RYAN PROMO- GREAT!
JOEY RYAN vs. SHANE HELMS (w/some unnamed blonde chick)-6/10
An okay pre-match promo from Helms and a GREAT one by Joey Ryan. Also… A HURRI-SLAM!
LOW KI vs. DAVEY RICHARDS- 9/10
FREAKIN’ AMAZING! Just as awesome as you would imagine this would be.
JAKE “THE SNAKE” ROBERTS vs. SINN BODHI (w/Stacy Carter)- 4/10
Good for what it was.
LEGENDS BATTLE ROYALE- the standard nostalgia piece at this sort of thing.
CHRIS HERO vs. KEVIN STEEN- 7.5/10
DDT 4 2011 QUALIFYING MATCH: The Fightin' Taylor Boys (Brian Cage-Taylor & Ryan Taylor) vs. The Young Bucks vs. The Cutler Brothers (Brandon & Dustin Cutler) vs. The RockNES Monsters (Johnny Goodtime & Johnny Yuma)- 7/10
PWG WORLD TITLE MATCH: Claudio Castagnoli(c) vs. El Generico- 8/10
An awesome match with an awesome finish. I really didn’t like Generico kicking out at one off of the Alpamare Waterslide, though. This match just didn’t feel anywhere near epic enough to warrant kicking out of a finisher at one.
POST-MATCH SEGMENT WITH THE KINGS OF WRESTLING AND JOEY RYAN- Joey’s promo wasn’t very good. Claudio was good. Hero was mostly window-dressing.
Overall, another GREAT show from PWG.
