JAY WHITE & JUICE ROBINSON vs. DAVID FINLAY JR. & CAPTAIN NEW JAPAN- 4.25/10
Really good for the time it got.

MANABU NAKANISHI, RYUSUKE TAGUCHI, & TIGER MASK IV vs. CHAOS (Roppongi Vice & YOSHI-HASHI)-3.5/10
A mess.

YOSHITATSU, TOGI MAKABE, & TOMOAKI HONMA vs. BULLET CLUB (Yujiro Takahashi & the Guerrillas of Destiny)- 6.75/10
Makabe bled much. He also got the win.

KATSUYORI SHIBATA & KUSHIDA vs. JUSHIN "THUNDER" LIGER & YUJI NAGATA- 6.5/10
The match these guys had a few days ago on day four was much better. Seeing Liger act like a dirty cheating heel is mind-boggling. So is a referee who lets someone getting away with a chairshot. The Shibata vs. Nagata stuff was very good, but I don't understand what the point of KUSHIDA beating Liger is if Liger is the much older guy and he's been cheating and he is the challenger. All of those things should point to him beating KUSHIDA.

LOS INGOBERNABLES DE JAPON vs. CHAOS (Tomohiro Ishii, Hirooki Goto, Kazuchika Okada, & Gedo)- 6.75/10
The Naito-Ishii stuff was very good but the rest of it was just meh.

HIROSHI TANAHASHI vs. BAD LUCK FALE- 6.5/10
They've really stopped protecting the idea that Fale is too big and heavy to pick up easily and it made this match feel odd.

IWGP INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH: Kenny Omega(c) vs. Michael Elgin- 8.75/10
Well... that was crazy. The match was already awesome before they did that table spot, but that brought it to a whole other level of crazy. The only negative here was the copious non-penalized weapon use in the beginning. In the long run that weapon-use would turn out to be more important than originally intended, as the use of the ladder sets up for the Ladder Match they would have at Dominion... even though at this point that match was supposed to be Omega vs. Tanahashi.

A fine "Road to..." show from New Japan with a solid undercard and then an absolutely awesome main event.
