TAG WARS FIRST ROUND MATCH: The Embassy (Erick Stevens & Necro Butcher) (w/Prince Nana & Ernie Osiris) vs. Grizzly Redwood & â€"SkullKrusher†Rasche Brown- 4.75/10.
AWESOME KONG vs. SARA DEL REY (w/Chris Hero, Claudio Castagnoli, & Shane Hagadorn)- 5.75/10. Some GREAT cheating by KoW & Death Rey here. Good, old-school stuff that still draws heat. At one point Kong shoved Death Rey off the apron, but Hero and Claudio caught her. Kong took exception to this, so she got onto the apron and dove onto all three! The finish feels a bit weird, considering who wins and how they win (you’ll know what I mean when you see the shows). Better than their match at Supercard of Honor V.
TAG WARS FIRST ROUND MATCH: House of Truth (w/Truth Martini) vs. The Briscoe Brothers- 7.5/10. Really good tag team match, with one or two really good nearfalls.
AUSTIN ARIES vs. RODERICK STRONG- 7.25/10
Truth Martini got sent to the back early on. After the match, Aries cut a very good promo about Roddy and Truth Martini. He then transitioned it into a promo on Delirious, then introduced the All Night Express.
TAG WARS FIRST ROUND MATCH: All Night Express (w/Austin Aries) vs. Jerry Lynn & Delirious- 6.25/10. Aries comes out wearing Daizee Haze’s attire. It definitely distracted from the match, and just plain looked dumb. It is going to be pretty hard to take Aries seriously tomorrow when I watch Bitter Friends, Stiffer Enemies 2.
TAG WARS FIRST ROUND MATCH: The American Wolves vs. Colt Cabana & El Generico-7.5/10
I was really disappointed because Generico used a BRAINBUSTAH on Davey and it didn’t seem significant at all. The BRAINBUSTAH is a move that should be saved for VERY special occasions.
After the match, Shane Hagadorn came out to yell at the Wolves... so Davey kicked him in the gut.
GENERATION ME vs. THE KINGS OF WRESTLING (w/Sara Del Rey & Shane Hagadorn)- 8.25/10. Awesome match.
ROH WORLD TITLE MATCH: Tyler Black(c) vs. Kevin Steen- 9/10.
WOW! Lots of blood, and AWESOME wrestling. Amazing match!
Overall, a GREAT show, and the top two matches on the card make it worth buying.
