PWG Mystery Vortex (12/1/2012)- Reseda, CA

THE YOUNG BUCKS vs. RODERICK STRONG & EDDIE EDWARDS-8/10
F*CKING AWESOME opener. Tons of fast-paced hard-hitting awesomeness! Exactly what you want from an opener.

DRAKE YOUNGER vs. SAMI CALIHAN-6.75/10
They hit a point where it really started to feel like gratuitous headdrops and not enough selling.

ADAM COLE & KEVIN STEEN SEGMENT- so tonight’s main event will now be a Guerrilla Warfare match. Sure. Why not?

PWG WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Super Smash Brothers(c) vs. The Rock-NES Monsters- 7/10
Great cheating by the heels. SSB’s finish is just plain sick!

JOEY RYAN vs. SCORPIO SKY- 6.75/10
I was expecting this to get a lot more time than it did, considering that this was Joey’s last PWG match.
Scorpio Sky got â€"Harold!” chants. I can’t wait to watch this show in a year when I don’t even remember his appearance in the anger management skits, just to hear the confusion in my voice as wonder â€"why the f*ck are chanting Harold?”

JOEY RYAN SPEECH- exactly what you would expect this to be. Oh, and Joey closes his promo out by saying â€"Don’t worry PWG. When you turn sixteen, Joey Ryan will be back.” CLASSIC!

B-BOY vs. BRIAN CAGE vs. WILLIE MATCH vs. TJ PERKINS- 7/10
Lots of cool stuff in this match, especially from TJ. The others all looked impressive, but TJ reminded us why he is one of the most unique talents in the world.

RICH SWANN vs. EL GENERICO- 7/10

EDDIE EDWARDS & RODERICK STRONG vs. THE SUPER SMASH BROTHERS- 7.25/10
Great effort from all involved to put on such a great match in their second match of the night. Eddie & Roddy’s heel turn in the beginning of the match felt kind of random, but PWG had too many babyface teams anyway, so it can only help things.

GUERRILLA WARFARE MATCH FOR THE PWG WORLD TITLE: Kevin Steen(c) vs. Adam Cole- 8.25/10
A bit too much screwing around by Steen, going for the same thing all around the ring in the beginning, but it picked up and hit the level of violence that you would expect from a Guerrilla Warfare match.

This show was filled with great wrestling from top to bottom. An awesome show, capping off an awesome year for PWG.
