ROH Civil Warfare (5/17/2010)- Manassas, VA
BOBBY DEMPSEY PROMO- very good )although I'm really not sure why he mentions Philly. Maybe because all of the TVs up to that point had been taped from Philly. Wouldn't it have been a lot easier to call it the TV Title?
EDDIE EDWARDS TEN MINUTE HUNT: Eddie Edwards (w/Shane Hagadorn) vs. Bobby Dempsey- 4/10
Those Manassas fans sure do love their snapmares. I was very disappointed that they never used a snapmare-based name for any of the Manassas shows. The two best suggestions I had ever heard were â€"Friday Night Snapdown†and (for the show that would eventually become Eye of the Storm II)... â€"The Snapmare Before Christmasâ€.
KINGS OF WRESTLING PROMO- okay
JAY BRISCOE vs. CLAUDIO CASTAGNOLI (w/Shane Hagadorn & Sara Del Rey)- 5.5/10
After the match the Kings of Wrestling jump Jay, and Mark comes out to make the save, flowing well into...
MARK BRISCOE vs. CHRIS HERO (w/Shane Hagadorn & Sara Del Rey)- 5.25/10
COLT CABANA PROMO- too much rambling.
PICK 6 CHALLENGE MATCH:Roderick Strong(1) vs. Erick Stevens (w/the Embassy)- 6.75/10
Disappointing, considering that it is a Strong vs. Stevens match.
CHRISTOPHER DANIELS PROMO- Dragged on a bit too long, but otherwise good.
KEVIN STEEN PROMO- great
PICK 6 CHALLENGE MATCH: Kenny King(5) vs. Colt Cabana- 5.25/10
Lots of fun with the crowd until Kevin Steen interferes, resulting in a DQ and a brawl.
PICK 6 CHALLENGE MATCH: Kevin Steen vs. Christopher Daniels- 7.5/10
A Daniels proves that he can definitely still go at an ROH level, but I fail to see how taking advantage of a distraction to get a win helps prove babyface Daniels' claim that he is the "best in the world"
AUSTIN ARIES & RHETT TITUS vs. TYLER BLACK & DELIRIOUS (w/Daizee Haze)- 7/10
This really felt like it belonged on the TV show

THE AMERICAN WOLVES (w/Shane Hagadorn & Sara Del Rey) vs. ORANGE CASSIDY & LESLIE BUTTERSCOTCH (from ROH on HDnet Ep #8)- an extended squash. Why even include this as a bonus feature on this DVD?

Normally when they throw a bunch of bonus matches on a show, it is to make up for the show not being very good in the hopes of selling more DVDs. These bonus matches really aren’t much to see, either, so they don’t come close to making up for how dull this show was. Manassas always seemed like such a good market for ROH and the crowd was always hot, so it is very disappointing to see the last Manassas show be so dull.
