ROH Death Before Dishonor XI Review:
Opening video package: Put over the ROH World Title tournament very well as a big deal
Jay Briscoe promo: Jay Briscoe comes out and says he hates the fact he has to give up the belt due to injury even tho Nigel (who is now the match maker) got to defend the belt when he was injured but says he knows Nigel is just the messenger not the guy who decided to strip him of it but either way he says it's Bulls**t but if whoever wins the belt wins it like a man like he did he will hand it over Great segment that put over how it was killing Jay to hand over the belt but he'd do it cuz he's honorable and it's the right thing

Silas Young vs Jay Lethal: **3/4 Fun opener Silas looked good in defeat and Jay got a win going into his TV Title shot at the TV Tapings the following day

Tomasso Ciampa vs Adam Cole: ***1/2 Great match fast paced match with crazy high spots such as a running powerbomb into the guardrail a slam on the floor with no pad a slingshot DDT a Super White Noise and lots of stiff action for 15 minutes which Cole wins to advance in the tournament

Kevin Steen vs Michael Elgin: ***3/4 This match was the exact opposite of the previous match they did more of a slow paced match with lots of submissions strikes and power moves that told a story and Elgin got his win back from his previous match with Steen last October

IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Title Match Forever Hooligans (Rocky Romero and Alex Koslov) vs American Wolves (Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards): ***1/2 Good match there were some weird parts such as Davey randomly acting like he had pain in his stomach and never following up on it but it was still a good tag match that had some hard hitting action

RD Evans Promo: Veda Scott says it's an injustice that RD Evans got his fingers broken at Manhattan Mayhem and Nigel washed his hands of the incident and RD Evans wants a match tonight so Adam Page comes out and accepts the challenge and that was basically Page hitting a couple moves and hitting that stupid Alabama Slam style piledriver Kazarian used to do: No Rating Decent Segment

Roderick Strong vs Ricky Marvin: ***1/4 Good match Ricky did some pretty sick high flying spots such as a crazy coast to coast dropkick a rope to rope cross body to the outside and a few others Ricky may have put on a few pounds over the years but he's still crazy athletic

Adrenaline RUSH (ACH and TD Thomas) and C&C Wrestle Factory (Caprice Coleman and Cedric Alexander) vs reDRagon (Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish) Matt Taven and Michael Bennett: ***1/4 Pretty good fast paced match like you'd expect from a match that involves reDRagon C&C and ACH and TD there were odd spots such as Bobby Fish randomly leaving the match to join Kevin Kelly and Maria and I couldn't tell if Maria and The Hoopla Hotties grabbed the face teams legs or if they randomly grabbed them and pulled them up on the apron but still a good fast lucha style match

ROH World Title Tournament Finals Michael Elgin vs Adam Cole:****1/2 Great match Elgin and Cole both have great chemistry together my onlly real complaint was the match for the 1st 10 minutes or so Elgin sold his neck being injured from his earlier match with Steen where he got dropped on his neck a bunch of times but after that he just stopped which hurt the match given Cole loves to do German Suplexes and did many in this match
Post Match: Jay Briscoe comes out and hands the belt over to Adam Cole the COLE FINALLY TURNS HEEL AND KICKS JAY IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD KNOCKING HIM OUT AND THEN SMASHES ELGIN IN THE HEAD WITH THE ROH WORLD TITLE AND THE SHOW ENDS WITH COLE STANDING TALL WITH THE ROH WORLD TITLE!!!!! THIS WAS AWESOME!!!!!
Overall Rating: 7.5/10 Really good show some epic moments such as Cole's Heel turn and win of the belt and the end of the ROH World Title Tournament and Jay's opening match promo as well as some great matches such as the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Title Match, Elgin vs Steen, Cole vs Ciampa, and Cole vs Elgin pretty nice recommendation
