During the middle of the SD Elimination Chamber match, the following suddenly dawned on me: "REY is going to win, so he and Del Rio can have a World Title match blow-off, and Edge will feud with McIntyre via the Kelly Kelly thing!"
As we know, this didn't happen, but I can't help but thinking that this would have been a much better way to book this match (and Mania). Now McIntyre and Rey both have no angle at all set for Mania, and the Rey vs. Del Rio blow-off seems like it will remain a TV match. This is just plain lame. We all know that Christian would have gotten a monstrous pop for his return no matter what he was doing, so he could have saved Edge from a McIntyre beatdown this week on SD and accomplished the same thing. This PPV was going to have Trish's return. It didn't need a second return.

Re: What they SHOULD have done.
I agree. I would have loved to see Rey and del Rio at Mania for the Smackdown main event. Also, Morrison and Miz at Mania for the RAW event should have happened, but now Cena headlines once again. Grrr. Cena should have had a match against Punk and gotten owned or something like that. I also would like to see Edge and McIntyre in a program after their confrontation last night. In my opinion. Lol
