Mandy Rose has reportedly been released from WWE
Former NXT Women’s World Champion, Mandy Rose, has been released from WWE.
Fightful Select is reporting that Rose was released due to WWE officials feeling like they were put in a tough position due to content that Rose was posting on her FanTime account. The report indicates that WWE officials felt that the content was outside the parameters of her WWE contract.
On this week’s episode of WWE NXT, Rose lost her NXT Women’s Championship to Roxanne Perez. Perez won an opportunity at Rose’s title by winning the first-ever women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at the NXT Deadline PLE on Saturday night. That title match was scheduled to take place at the New Year’s Evil event on January 10. The match was expedited and took place in the main event this week. Rose had held the NXT Women’s Championship for over 400 days.
Rose was a contestant on the final WWE Tough Enough reality show. She didn’t win the WWE contract, but secured one after the fact. Rose has spent time on the WWE main roster, but dropped down to NXT when it pivoted to NXT 2.0 in September of 2021. She has been the face of the NXT Women’s Division alongside her faction, Toxic Attraction, since the brand pivot.
Neither Mandy Rose or WWE has made public comments about this release.

Re: Mandy Rose reportedly released from WWE
That's a pretty wild one, but also says something that she'd rather keep doing that and be released than the opposite. I always feel like going the Onlyfans/whichever route is either short-term gains but no long-term repercution if you keep it relatively clean (bikini, lingerie, cosplay, ...), or longer-term (and let's be real, bigger) gains but potential long-term damages if you go any further and from what I've seen, Rose definitely chose the latter.
Re: Mandy Rose reportedly released from WWE
When you also think that top subscribed accounts on OnlyFans and comparable websites can make anywhere from hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to tens of millions, I'm guessing what she's doing there is more financially lucrative.Thelone wrote: ↑Dec 15th, '22, 07:02 That's a pretty wild one, but also says something that she'd rather keep doing that and be released than the opposite. Which is INSANE to me, because there's free porn all over the internet (or so I'm told).XIV wrote: ↑Dec 16th, '22, 01:56When you also think that top subscribed accounts on OnlyFans and comparable websites can make anywhere from hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to tens of millions, I'm guessing what she's doing there is more financially lucrative.Thelone wrote: ↑Dec 15th, '22, 07:02 That's a pretty wild one, but also says something that she'd rather keep doing that and be released than the opposite. Although, it can't have been that already lucrative because I read this morning that's she's put her subscription price up from $25 to $40. Which is a mental price for someone to pay to just look at pictures of Mandy Rose in a bikini and underwear, which I'm sure you can get on Instagram and Google.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Dec 16th, '22, 08:44Which is INSANE to me, because there's free porn all over the internet (or so I'm told).XIV wrote: ↑Dec 16th, '22, 01:56When you also think that top subscribed accounts on OnlyFans and comparable websites can make anywhere from hundreds of thousands of dollars per year to tens of millions, I'm guessing what she's doing there is more financially lucrative.Thelone wrote: ↑Dec 15th, '22, 07:02 That's a pretty wild one, but also says something that she'd rather keep doing that and be released than the opposite. Re: Mandy Rose reportedly released from WWE
If the rumors about her earning $300k/month just on subscriptions alone (so not counting PPV/custom content) are true, then I totally understand why she chose to continue doing this and not wrestling. I assume Rose was still earning main roster money even in NXT, but I very much doubt it was more than those 500k/year basic deals.
OF and sites like that can be worth it for amateurs/lesser known pornstars (basically people who don't have that much content available "for free") and/or specific kinks, and even then it depends what they offer and for how much.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Dec 16th, '22, 08:44Which is INSANE to me, because there's free porn all over the internet (or so I'm told).
Rose was/is doing more than just bikini/lingerie stuff, which is why she got canned. WWE seemed to be fine (and most likely okay'd it in the first place) with her site when it was what I call "Instagram Premium", much less since she's been moving towards nudes, dick ratings, and basically softcore porn with Sabatelli (and who knows what she does for customs).XIV wrote: ↑Dec 16th, '22, 08:52Although, it can't have been that already lucrative because I read this morning that's she's put her subscription price up from $25 to $40. And she has apparently made $500,000 in a week.

Gotta get that Mandy Rose dick rating!
But yeah that wouldn't surprise me considering I didn't notice she had an OF-like site even though I follow her on IG.

Re: Mandy Rose reportedly released from WWE
I've now seen the particular video that has done the rounds, she's in the pool topless and is just generally chatting to the camera. Apparently Matt Bloom was sent the video and he immediately told Triple H which lead to this.
Let's not forget that this is the same company that once pushed several playboy editions on their fans. I know it's a different era, but still. I think a suspension would have been sufficient if it was just about punishment, but my guess is that behind the scenes Triple H probably said either you continue doing this or that, you can't have both.

The difference is that back then there was no policy saying not to do this. She violated a policy. If she was doing this while the company was promoting someone else's Playboy, it would still be justifiable because the policy is not to make internet money using your imagine for side-businesses.XIV wrote: ↑Dec 21st, '22, 02:12 I've now seen the particular video that has done the rounds, she's in the pool topless and is just generally chatting to the camera. Oh I whole heartedly agree, not justifying it. Just sometimes WWE needs to remember its history, it cannot be "holier than thou" all of the time.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Dec 21st, '22, 02:19The difference is that back then there was no policy saying not to do this. It's like Glenn Jacobs recent posts about not "forcing" kids to watch drag shows, yet he used to be part of a TV show encouraging kids to say "suck it" and regularly had male on female violence alongside such questionable angles as "Katie Vick". Short memories.

Re: Mandy Rose reportedly released from WWE
Rose probably would have been suspended if she had decided to clean up/close her site. Obviously that wouldn't have erased what is already out there, but you can pretend it was a short phase/lapse of judgement and let the fire die out.XIV wrote: ↑Dec 21st, '22, 02:12 I've now seen the particular video that has done the rounds, she's in the pool topless and is just generally chatting to the camera. When you think about it, the whole OnlyFans/personal subscription site craze is fairly new. Not that they didn't exist before, but it wasn't nearly as easy as it is now.Big Red Machine wrote: ↑Dec 21st, '22, 02:19The difference is that back then there was no policy saying not to do this. I feel like letting Rose have a pay site in the first place was a test run to see if they could trust women with those and... yeah. Of course I'm not saying that if given the opportunity, every woman in WWE is going to expose themselves, but how many are going to see what they earn from a family/shareholder-friendly pay site (you know quite a few of them would make serious bank just posting IG-level stuff) and ask themselves "do I even need WWE anymore?" or go to
I don't know, it seems like this is the kind of Pandora's box WWE does not want to open, and Rose just gave them the perfect reason to close that door, for now at least.
