Who's the best shoot wrestler of all time?? is it Malenko?? is it Backlund?? Is it Cena (just in case you consider him to be a shooter)??

I love Scott Steiner's Shoots, most of his stuff is shoots but its still great. Only Steiner can screw up a promo and make it look good in the process.
