Basically, ROH has been running an angle in which Steve Corino and Jimmy Jacobs have been (using their own term) "sober" from being evil. This has caused Kevin Steen to lose all respect for his former mentor, Corino, so he has been trying to knock them off the wagon. Against Corino's advice, Jacobs challenged Steen to a No DQ's match, and during the match, Jacobs pulled out his trademark railroad spike and stabbed Steen in the head with it. Then Jacobs kind of froze up with this look on his face that said "what did I just do?!"

At one of the next shows, Jacobs came out and said (something along the lines of) "I didn't freeze up because I was sad about what I did. I froze up when I stabbed Kevin Steen because I had been celibate for a year and just had my first orgasm."
